Things started to become tense between Wilbur and Techno after he found Angela's grave, he wanted to kill Dream in the most excruciating way imaginable but Will wasn't letting him get anywhere near the prisoner, he felt he was still hiding something and needed more information.
This resulted in both kings cutting ties with each other and stopped talking, Sally hoped that given enough time, they would eventually reconcile with each other, she hoped it with all her heart.
"Mom come on! I wanna see the nice lady!" Fundy said while pulling on his mother's sleeve, ever since the day he said to have seen that 'nice lady' he had wanted to come back to the lake more often, not that she minded, it was good for him to be outside.
She noticed that he always seemed to come back with some floral decorations, like small bracelets or other stuff made out of flowers, which more often than not were red and blue.
"Do you like red and blue flowers sweetie?" she asked one day "No, i like the orange ones! But the nice lady says that red is better" he said excitedly. Now that was weird, Fundy usually only used the flower or the toys he liked, so that set off a bell for her.
The next day she decided to follow him from the distance, so to not be seen. Her son sat in the middle of the flower field, as always, and waited, after some minutes a figure appeared from the forest, carrying several red and blue flowers in their hands, soon going to sit next to him.
"So it was real..." she didn't like this and went to confront whoever kept approaching her son.
"Hey!" she called, startling them both, the figure started to flee but the queen used her powers to capture them with some water, blocking their movements.
"Who are you?" she asked sternly, walking closer to her son to make sure he was ok "Mom let her go! You're scaring her!" he begged, his eyes filling up with tears. She looked back at her prisoner, surprised to not see anything, but her magic was still holding onto something, so they were still there.

"A ghost..." she mumbled when realization hit her, she sighed, relieved. Ghost were usually passive creatures, they don't harm anyone and tend to show up only to children, since they are the most innocent creatures.
"My apologies, i didn't mean to scare you" she released her hold, gently setting the ghost back on the ground, the grass underneath them bending a bit "You can show yourself, i promise i won't hurt you" she assured in a sweet tone, and after a few seconds of silence, the ghost decided to reveal their appearance.
It was a female, she had long brown curly hair that arrived all the way down to her waist, some roses were entangled on her right arm and seemed to live in symbiosis with her. She was a Forest spirit who died and came back as a ghost.
"Nice lady!" Fundy went in to hug her and she smiled, hugging him back "M-my apologies, i'm not used to v-visitors" she quietly apologized.
"I should be the one to apologize, my name is Sally, what's yours?" she asked in a soft voice, so not to scare her again.
"I-i'm Hannah"
"Hannah, thank you for taking care of my son and playing with him, he seem to like you quite a lot" she smiled, ruffling his hair "I like him too" the queen noticed there was a hint of sadness in her voice.
"Do you live nearby?"
"Y-yeah, i have a small house in the forest where i live"
"Alone?" she asked, ghosts who live alone for too long tend to loose touch with reality and fade away, it's not a nice end, especially because no one is sure where they go.
"U-until recently yes, now i live with a friend" she said with a smile, which made the queen feel at ease "Can i see her?" Fundy asked, popping in the conversation.
"Uhm... i don't know, she's really shy" she said uncertainly, Fundy went to grab her sleeve "Pleeeeeaseee?" she chuckled lightly at his plea, deciding that a small visit wouldn't do much damage.

Hannah led them back to a small cottage in the middle of the forest, it was completely covered with flowers and vines, keeping it well hidden.
"She's very shy and scared, so please don't shout, ok?" they both nodded and entered inside the house, Sally was surprised upon noticing how hot it was, she had the fire on and many covers layed around, even though it was almost summer.
"It's hot in here!" Fundy commentated "Sorry, my friend is really sensitive to cold weather" she explained, walking towards a door and knocking "Veronica? Are you up?" she called, not hearing an answer, she sighed, turning around "Wait a moment please" she phased through the door and they heard some talking, Hannah soon returned.
"Sorry, she is really tired now" she apologized, earning a small pout from Fundy "It's ok, we'll meet her another day"
And so they did, they kept returning to that cottage often, sometimes bringing gifts with them, Sally discovered that Hannah loved flowers, especially red ones like roses, so she always brought some. She would play with Fundy and do some small talk with the queen, she wanted to help her remember what she was missing, so she could pass on, like every other ghost, but she refused, saying that she had been living like this for years and wasn't feeling the need to change anything.
"But don't you want to remember? Know why you are still here?" she shook her head "I don't feel the need to, i like it here, i have my flowers, it's quiet and now i have friends to talk to" she said with a smile, making the queen sigh.
"Alright then, if that makes you happy..."
"It does, thank you for understanding"
The queen gave a quick look at the door, ever since her and Fundy started to visit they hadn't run into this 'Veronica' once, she was starting to think that perhaps it wasn't even a real person or it was just a flower.
That's when they both heard a loud scream, followed by something heavy fall, which made them jump. Sally looked around for her son, not seeing him anywhere, that's when she noticed that the door of Veronica's room was now slightly ajar.
"Oh no..." they both darted inside and saw Fundy kneel down beside a very scared person, who was cowering in a corner, shaking and curling up in a ball.
"Fundy!"
"Veronica!"
They both went to their respective loved ones, Sally pulling her son away while Hannah hugged her friend, gently rocking her back and forth.
"It's ok, you are safe, they are not here to harm you" she assured in a soft voice, the flowers around her arm growing and starting to caress her hair in a motherly way.
Sally heard her mumble something incoherently, soon getting hushed by Hannah, who slowly but eventually managed to calm her down enough to at least make her stop shaking.
"I'm sorry" Fundy apologized, seeing that he made her friend sad, it wasn't his intention, he just wanted to play a bit. Hannah smiled, nudging Veronica a bit so she would lift her face.
"He apologized" she whispered to her in a soft voice, receiving a small nod from her. Veronica lifted her head enough to meet Fundy's eyes.
"I-i-i f-forgive y-you" she stuttered out, receiving a small pat on the back by Hannah "Well done"
Sally didn't say anything throughout the whole exchange, she was too stunned, not believing what her eyes were seeing, she needed to inform her husband as soon as possible about this.
