i got him some flowers, he needed something living in his house. when i first met him it was as if no one lived in that house but then after a few weeks of me coming over the apartment finally somewhat became evident of human existence, he started hanging his paintings up and it wasn't much but it was something. i skipped to his apartment and got to the elevator and saw the blonde lady's husband. he gave me three fingers which was a secret signal meaning "want to take a ride?" which had a sexual innuendo. i shook my head no but gave him my braced smile and got out of the elevator while happily fast walking to his apartment.

i felt my heart drop as i saw the blonde come out of his apartment. she gave me a smirk and a pat on the back, that pat on the back brought all the walls back up and everything i promised myself to never get involved in. i left the flower at his door.
