Amelia's P.O.V

I looked at him in shock as he kept his gaze to the ground playing with the grass

"How?" I questioned

"She was murdered by the russian 10 years ago she was only 12 not even a teenager yet" he said lifting his face to meet my eyes I watched as his eyes turned hard and cold

"You remind me of her, she looked like you, black hair brown eyes and she also had the brightest smile that would lighten up your day no matter how bad it was" he said

I noticed how his eyes went soft and cooler when he talked about his sister. I can't imagine being in his position. I don't think ide be able to live if I lost any of my brothers. Even dean.

"My dad has been pals with your dad since kindergarten, they went through everything together. Your dad and my dad were together when your dad got passed down the legacy of the mafia, so my dad helped him with it, the Russians found out about it and kidnapped Emily, my sister, they then used her against them to find out stuff about us lot, we tracked them down but it was too late" he said his voice cracking on the last word as he tried to keep his tears in

"we found her in a pool of her own blood on the floor, she was beaten and stabbed to death" he said not being able to hold back his tears as he began crying uncontrollably

I instantly pulled him into a hug as he cried onto my shoulder whilst I rubbed his back. He's been through so much I can't believe it

I felt a tear go down my cheek as I realised I was crying too. Grant didn't deserve this. No one deserves this.

My hate for the russian mafia has just grown 100x more at hearing this

"Thank you for letting me talk to u" he said pulling away wiping his tears

"I rarely show emotion" he said giving me a small smile

"I'm so sorry u didn't deserve this Grant neither did ur parents" I said putting my hand on his shoulder

He gave me a sad smile before saying

Soon enough all the boys began running back into the fields taking large gulps of water

Seen as though today was Saturday and we had no school we all went to the mansion and watched tons of movies in the cinema room

After watching 3 movies we ate pizza which I only got one slice of while the others got like 4 each. I don't get how they can eat so much yet still have abs. That's friggin rude I eat one piece of chocolate and I look like a goddamn whale

Liam went home after the pizza because his mum called him and since it was only 5pm I decided to take a nap because I was tired as some people just had to wake me up early in the morning. I usually stay asleep till 1 on weekends.

"Lia wake up"

I opened my eyes to see Jason stood at the edge of my bed. I checked my clock to see it was now 8pm

"What" I said in a groggy voice rubbing my eyes

"Family meeting" he said as I groaned internally. We only ever had meetings if someone got in trouble, someone's coming to visit or if someone got a girlfriend

"I'm here" I said making my presence known as I took a seat on the couch

"I have a girlfriend" Adam said rushed as he had a nervous yet happy look on his face

"That's amazing who is she?" I said a smile on my face

Adam rarely every has a girlfriend but I'm happy for him I just hope she's a nice girl

"Her names Katherine are u fine with this Amelia I don't want u thinking that just because a girls come into my life it means I love u any less" he said looking at me worriedly

"Of course I'm fine Adam why would u even think that no girl could come between family I'm just happy that you've found someone when can I meet her?" I said

Adam smiled widely before continuing

"I've invited her to our house tomorrow at 2" he said with a smile

I nodded my head and was about to go upstairs before Elliot spoke up

"Since when have u two been dating?" He asked

I sat back down as I wanted to hear his story

"We met a few months ago and I asked her out a week ago" he said smiling

"Are u going to tell her about the real work" Grant questioned

Adam immediately shook his head

"Not until we are serious enough or getting married" he said

We all nodded our heads before something popped up in my head

"Hey when can I get my omertà tattoo?" I said excitedly to them

Grant gave me a look to say no don't tell them so I covered it with a lie

My jaw dropped to the floor as I watched Dante and grant stifling a laugh

"Well that's not a good hiding spot many girls have been there" I said standing up

This time deans jaw dropped to the floor as Dante and Grant couldn't keep their laughter in and began laughing loudly

"Shut up I make sure it's hidden" Dean said clenching his jaw

"Anyway it hurts a lot I'm not going to let u get a tattoo" Adam said shaking his head

"What?! but then how do u guys know I'm not gonna still the tea" I said putting my hands on my hips

"The tea?" Danny questioned

"Clearly you've never had Mr Anderson as a teacher" I mumbled rolling my eyes

"That's not right I need to get a tattoo I don't mind, one of you will be there with me anyway so if I feel a lot of pain one of yous can distract me" I said hoping they will let me get it

Adam stayed quiet as he was in deep in thought

"Your not actually thinking about this?!" Dean shouted putting his hands up

"Shut up Dean" me and Adam said at the same time making me smile

He looked taken aback but sat down angrily

"Okay we will go get ur tattoo done but I can't go with u I have to go check on the company" he said after a while

I jumped excitedly

"Where do u want to get it done?" Adam said

"Under my boob at the side here" I said pointing to it

All my brothers and cousins glared at him as he frowned and sat back down

"Take her to Mario" Grant said as he was mostly covered in tattoos he probably knew the best

"Wait I need to change" I said running up the steps

"Yes" he said as I layed down on the long seat/table thing

"Okay this is going to hurt but u will get used to it" he said holding the needle

I nodded my head as I turned to my side and hugged Danny's arm to my chest which was covered

"Ur going to be okay" Danny said as he noticed the tight grip I had on him

As soon as the needle touched my skin I let out the biggest scream I've ever done in my life

"I'm sorry" I said when I stopped screaming as he stopped tattooing me

"That's okay every new person who gets their first tattoo reacts like that" he said placing the needle above my skin again

I took a deep breathe as he put it on my skin ripping my flesh apart

"FUCK ME THAT HURTS LIKE A BITCH ON A STICK MOTHERFUCKING HOLY BITCH BALLS" I screamed as I squeezed Danny's arm hardly

"Hey hey it's okay Amelia it'll be over soon don't think about it hey look at me" he said holding my face with his other hand

"You'll be okay alright" he said as tears began forming in my eyes

I calmed down abit but still didn't loosen my grip on his arm

After a long painful hour of me screaming and mario stopping to make sure I didn't faint, the tattoo was finally finished

"See u did it" Danny said as I sat up and looked at him with a weak smile

"That hurt a lot" I said taking deep breathes as I layed my head on his chest

"Yup I think u hurt my arm a lot too what type of death grip do u have women" he said putting his arm over my shoulders rocking me

I laughed and apologised

As we were walking out of the tattoo place I bumped into someone, more like someone bumped into me but me being a good person I apologised

"Oh I'm sorry" I said picking up her bag and giving it her

She scoffed before pushing me out of the way again and carried on walking

"Who the fuck was she" Danny said angrily

"A bitch" I said as I watched her walk down the end of the street and shove her tongue down a guys throat

I mentally threw up as I looked away

"Let's go to the car" I said ignoring the rude lady

"I'm back" I said walking through the door

"How was it?"

"Are u okay"

"It was okay it hurt a lot I didn't pass out and no I'm not letting u see it Dante" I said answering the questions

Dante sighed and sat down mumbling something like "it was worth a try"

"How was she?" Chris said coming over to me giving me a hug

"She nearly ripped my arm off and burst my ear drums but it was algood" Danny said making me roll my eyes

"When's Adam coming back?" I said

"He should be here in a few minutes" Jason said

"Can we see the tattoo?" Dean said

I nodded my head but looked at the cousins,Dante and Grant to tell them to look away

Obviously you won't see my chest but I still felt uncomfortable infront of anyone but my brothers

They walked out of the living room and went to I'm guessing the kitchen

I took the sticker thing off to reveal the word omertá written in cursive under my boob near the side

"That looks amazing" Jackson said looking at it

"Does it still hurt?" Dean asked worriedly

I nodded my head

"What still hurts?" Adam said walking in

"Oh gosh how was it wow that looks beautiful" he said rushing to me as he looked at the tattoo

"Are u okay" he questioned

I nodded my head as he let out a sigh of relief

"Okay are u tired would u like to go to bed" he said as I nodded again

I went upstairs with Adam trailing behind me once we made it to my bedroom I went under the covers as he wrapped it around me making sure I was warm enough

I felt like a little kid again. After our parents died Adam used to always tuck me in like this every night, he used to stay with me until I fell asleep

Just as he was about to leave I grabbed his hand. He turned around and furrowed his brows at me

"Stay" I said

He nodded his head and sat on the bed I stared up at him and asked him somsthing that's been bugging me

"I know about Grant and his family and how he came in the mafia but what about Dante?" I questioned

Adam had a hurt and sad expression on his face at the mention of Dante's family

"Did they die?" I said after a while of silence

Adam shook his head no

"They don't deserve the name of being called family, they don't know what family is" he said with anger

"They used to beat Dante up, they abused the guy never took care of him. He was unplanned so their parents saw him as a mistake and they reminded him that he was everyday. But he wasn't a mistake. No one is a mistake, but Dante was led to believe he was one since a young age. One day they got tired of him and threw him out" he said looking up at me

"He was ten years old, Amelia, a poor hurt ten year old. It was around the time mum and dad passed. I found him in the streets barely clothed with bruises and dry blood everywhere. I felt so hurt looking at him begging for someone to give him something to survive with. My heart broke at the sight of it so I took him in. I treated him like my own and he's been living with Grant in this mansion since" he finished a tear falling down his cheek

He pulled his hand to my cheek and wiped the tear that fell down my face too

Gosh second time I cried in one day.

"He's safe now, he's better. you saved him" I said smiling at Adam

He took a deep breath and smiled

"Get some sleep sweetheart" he said kissing my forehead.

Just before he walked out the door I said

"I love you"

He turned around and smiled at me

"I love you too"
