"y/n, i literally can't find it." carter complained.
"well that's because i hid it really well." you smirked over at him.
you and carter had played this game ever since you had moved in together. you would take turns hiding a little stuffed frog. it sounded childish and was childish, but it kept it interesting and light in the household.
"well i really want to find it. tell me where it is." he said.
"that's not how the game works carter. you're the one that has to find it. pretty soon i'm going to forget where i put it." you chuckled and carter groaned.
"i'm going to find that damn frog." he said and stomped away dramatically.
you smiled and watched as he searched the house high and low. you had no idea if he found it because you had to leave.
carter did end up finding it after tearing apart what was half the place. he wanted that frog for a certain reason.
carter had always had a crush on you but he never knew how to tell you. he didn't have the guts to do it either.
now he was finally ready to do it and wanted to use something that was precious to both of you to do it.
carter was going to be setting up an elaborate plan as soon as he found that damn frog.
you came home later that evening and saw this elaborate setup. you set down your stuff and took off your shoes.
you scoffed, "carter, this is a real good hiding place."
the little stuffed frog was sitting in plain sight on the kitchen table. you quickly noticed that there was a little slip of paper on him.
"you found me, now go find the one that wants to be found."

you smiled gently and walked through the place to find carter.
you saw some light in carter's bedroom and opened the door.
your breath hitched when you saw cart sitting there with a giant bouquet of roses, chocolate, and the biggest stuffed frog you had seen in your life.
"what's all this carter?" you asked with a smile.
you couldn't think of any situation that this was necessary. it certainly wasn't your birthday.
carter pointed at the little tag on the giant frog.
you walked over and opened the little tag and read the text.
you turned to carter with the biggest grin ever, "yes."
"you'll go on a date with me?" he asked.
you laughed and nodded, "yeah, i'd really like that."
carter smiled and dropped the roses on his bed so he could hug you tight.
"thank you." carter whispered.
"you don't have to thank me. i have been waiting for this for a while." you blushed.
carter smiled giddily and hugged you tighter.
"oh, here, these are for you." carter said and handed the giant bouquet of roses to you.
"come on c, let's go get them in a vase." you said and grabbed his hand.
you both arranged them nicely into a vase and put them in the middle of your dining table.
"that's beautiful carter. thank you for this."
"it's nothing. thank you for saying yes and not embarrassing me."
both of you chuckled.
"next time, you gotta hide the frog better hart."

"Like a treasure map in a bottle, We were slowly drifting apart, Mother Nature sailing our purpose out to sea, The more I got to know you, I realised how much of a hoax your devotion was, Almost as fake as the smile I paint across my shattered face."This collection of poetry releases trauma in the form of expression - mainly the words I could never build up the courage to say. Most of these poems present conflict of the mind and allude to mental health struggles, which may be relatable to a certain community of people.Ranks -#3 in poem#3 in poembook#8 in poetry collection #7 in sadpoems#6 in poemcollection #7 in wisdom #15 in poetic
8 52Mo'arka e karbala
BISMILLAH HIR-RAHMAN NIR-RAHIM. Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah; Duniya me aise bahot se waqiyat aur haadse guzre hain jo insaniyat aur sharafat ke naam par badnuma daag hain. Jin ki yaad kuch waqt tak baqi rehti hai phir khatm ho jati hai.Lekin HAADSA-E-KARBALA ek aisa dard naak waqiya hai, aur is me aisi darindgi aur wehshi pan tha ke is ki yaad zamana bhi na mita saka. Balki aaj 1350 saal guzarne par bhi is ki yaad taaza hai.Is ki wajah ye hai ki Hazrat Imam Husain(r.a) ne dashte karbala me jis sabr, shuja'at aur himmat ka sabut diya hai, us ki nazir(misal) nahi milti. Aap par intehai be-rehmana aur wehshiyana zulm kiye gaye. lekin Aap ne sachai ka sath nahi chhoda, ALLAH SUB'HANAHU ko Aap ki mazlumi, be-kasi, aur be-chargi aisi pasand aai ke Aap ka zikr baaki rakha aur In sha ALLAH qayamat tak baaqi rahega.Bhook pyas ki shiddat, azizon ki maut ka sadma, aurton ki be-hurmati ka khayal ye sab baatain sabr aazma thi. Magar Aap ne har sadma har taklif ko bardasht kiya. Aap kis daur se guzar rahe honge is ka andaza lagana bhi mushkil hai. Yaqinan ye waqiya dil toh kya ruh tak ko jhinjod kar rakh dene wala hai, Lekin logon ne is ki Asliyat ko nahi samjha ya toh Husn-e-aqidat me doob kar asliyat ka inkaar karne lage. Logon ne aisi riwayatein gadhli hain jinka koi wajud hi nahi tha.Is qisse "Mo'arka-e-karbala" ko Husne aqidat se likha gaya hai, is me koi andhi taqlid ya gair taarikhi waaqiya shamil nahi hai. Balki jahan tak mumkin hosaka hai galat riwayaton ki tardid ki gai hai. Hamara maqsad logon ko sahi waqiyat se waqif karana hai.
