you stepped into your apartment that you loved so dearly. it was small, but comfy. it was big enough for you. you had recently got it.
the one thing you marveled at every time you were in your new apartment was the bookcase that stretched over half the wall. of course, you have read practically every book in the universe so it was almost completely filled.
people always knew what the get you for holiday presents; more books. they always seemed to please you.
you grabbed the fault in our stars off the coffee table that was in front of your cream colored sofa. you had read the book what felt like a hundred times, but it never got old. there were always new things to connect in the books.
you began to read the off white pages, flipping them as you finished.
you heard your phone go off. it was face up on the coffee table.
mitchy 👼
usually you wouldn't answer your phone when you were reading, but mitch was the exception. he was such a great boyfriend and even though he wasn't as in to reading he let you read as much as you wanted. as long as you gave him a little attention every once in a while.
mitchy 👼: i just got done with practice. i miss you! can i come over?
mari 📖: aw i miss you too. come on over.
mitchy👼: see you in 10
you smiled as you delved back into your book.
your door clicked open and someone walked in. you chuckled lightly at the book in front of you.
mitch smiled at the sight of you laughing at your book. he always thought it was utterly adorable when you showed emotion when reading. you could read while he kicked back and watched tv. in actuality he was watching very smile and frown that popped up on your face.

"mari." he whispered as he fell onto the couch next to you.
you stuck a bookmark in your book quickly and set it down to give mitch some attention.
he placed his head on your lap and you played with his hair.
"how was practice?" you asked.
"it was good, but i'm hungry now." mitch complained.
"i just went to the grocery store. you could go search around in the kitchen for something to eat?" you suggested.
he hopped off your lap and ran into the kitchen. you chuckled and grabbed your book again. you could hear rustling around in the kitchen.
you realized you had been reading for pretty long and that mitch hadn't come back to sit by you yet. it concerned you slightly. you stood up and walked to the kitchen. he wasn't in there which puzzled you. you walked further into your place and saw him by the gigantic bookshelf holding one of the books in his hand, reading.
you smiled and walked up behind him. you wrapped you arms around his waist and he jumped in fear.
"do you want to borrow that mitchy?" you asked.
"no." he said quickly and smiled towards you slightly.
he grabbed his food that he found and pulled you to the couch with him.
you talked to mitch as he ate. mitch was such a sweetheart. he always put you first. it was heartwarming and adorable.
"can i take a shower please mari?" he asked you.
"of course you can mitch. your stuff is in the shower and towels are in the basket in the bathroom."
he nodded, kissed you on the check, and got up off the couch, "read your book mari." he said pointing to the book on the table.

"why? i don't read like ever." you said sarcastically.
he rolled his eyes dramatically as he walked towards the bathroom.
once again you picked up you book and began to read. you had gotten to the saddest part of the book.
it never got less sad you figured out over the many times you had read it. you eyes were beginning to water and you could feel them.
"oh mari baby." mitch cooed with wet hair.
he grabbed the book out of your hand and placed it gently on the table.
"what's wrong?" he asked.
"my book is sad mitchy." you cried.
"awww baby." he grabbed you and pulled you into his chest protectively, "it's okay mari."
"i need cuddles." you said looking up at him.
"i was just about to say that." he smiled.
he kissed you softly on the lips. he sat down beside you and swiftly put on a movie. he pulled you on top of him and you laid your head on his chest.
"don't cry mari. i don't like to see you cry." mitch whispered running his hand up and down your back.
you calmed down almost immediately and began to get sleepy from his back rubs. your eyes fluttered open and closed.
"baby you can fall asleep it's fine." he chuckled.
you nodded into his chest and practically fell asleep as soon as he said that.
"oh i love you, books and all."

The Boss of Beginner’s Village
Accardi, the World of Chaos and Glory. A well-known virtual reality game, where players could enjoy a new life as magical beings, powerful heroes or even despicable villains. The game’s programmer, our protagonist, accepted a famous web novelist’s proposal and that’s how the story ‘The Rising of the Magic Swordsman’ was born. Counting with Accardi’s finely made world settings and the writer’s creativity on its peak, both the game and the novel became tremendously popular. But before our protagonist could enjoy this popularity or plot the writer’s murder for distorting the world of Accardi, she died. And then she reincarnated, in a place incredibly similar to her own game’s world. Well, it wasn’t. She didn’t know what god she offended, but the world she reincarnated into wasn’t her Accardi, but the novel’s. To make it even worse, she wasn’t just a mob character, but actually a future member of the protagonist’s harem. And although everything was ridiculously troublesome, there was one thing she couldn’t accept: the fact that in the novel, her precious beginner’s village would be destroyed! Since one of the game’s gold rules was ‘no death at the beginner’s village’, our protagonist takes her pride as the game’s programmer to protect the village! Along the way, several individuals join her to help her goal. But as time passes by, they realized... this lass isn’t normal, is she. So, welcome to Doveshire! Hmm? DEATH While there is a difference as to when a person or object will "end," it is certain that they will all arrive at that point because death is not something that "arrives," but rather is something already contained within an object at its creation and certainly bound to happen as part of the principle of causality.
