《The tokoyamiverse》Puppet partner

Requested by Wolflove1o1 and lizzpup
in this world, you were either two things
a puppet
or a royal
puppets were used for entertainment
while royal's watched in amusement
the best puppets were shown to the world on the biggest stages
the worst were thrown into scrap pit, never to be seen again
kuroiro was a king
a high ranking king of darkness
he owned 20 kingdoms and he ruled them with an iron fist
he lived for entertainment
but through the millions of puppets, he was never captivated by one
except for tonight
claps echoed around the room as the curtains raised and the music began
the show was said to host the worlds most talented puppet dancer in the world
kuroiro was ready to close his eyes in boredom before his eyes seemed to lock on the beauty of this puppet
his head represented the bird that was a raven, he wore a back swan ballet dress with purple and silver sequins, he also wore flat feathered shoes and tights
his head was adorned with a black crown designed with thorns
but was captivated kuroiro the most was his glowing red eyes and graceful movements
he made no noise and was as swift as a feather in the wind
for 30 minutes kuroiro made no noise and barely moved, staring intensely at the dancing raven like he was being hypnotised
the show ended before kuroiro knew it
he found himself clapping more intensely then he had ever done in his life
he rushed to find where the mysterious dancer was
only to find him being scolded by his "owner", these types of royals were like deputies in charge of a ranch
"what were you doing songbird, you Arabesqued when you should have Assembléd" she shouted angrily
the man was about to hit the raven before kuroiro grabbed the woman's arm

"I don't see the problem, I was very entertained," the dark prince said menacingly to the woman but complementary to the dancing bird
he was more beautiful up close
"your legacy, I uh-" she began before she was cut off
"I revoke you of harbouring this angel on earth and command you to run back to the pit your crawled out of" he threatened
as he let her arms go she did as she was instructed
the dark magician sighed before turning his full attention to the reason why he was here in the first place
"Are you ok?" he asked as he came closer
the raven looked down in respect
"you don't have to do that, I just want to make sure you are ok" kuroiro explained
puppets were taught to never speak until spoken too
kuroiro hated that puppets were treated as second class citizens, that's why there were no puppets in any of his kingdomes, he had only gone to a show because he was advised he had to make an appearance outside
and he was so glad he did
"why, sir, did you do that? I am merely a simple puppet" the raven said lowly
only for his head to be raised
"There is no such thing, I see you more than just that" kuroiro stated
"But why-" the raven was about to ask before kuroiro cut him off
"I want to free you of your chains, you need no master, you need a friend, possibly more than that and...I hope to be that individual" kuroiro explained with a blush
"come with me, and I'll show you a world out of your cage," kuroiro said as he held a hand in the ravens
the raven looked behind him for a split second, looking at where his past life had kept him and then to this wonderful stranger that will give him the wings he needs to fly
"ok" as he agreed, holding kuroiro's hand tighter as they left for their new future

[Discontinued] Armus : First Draft
THIS FICTION HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. I don't recommend reading this, since the chapters are a bit haphazard (containing new edits which don't really fit in with the latter half of the story).
8 165Living With Magic
Arthur, a young magician, is struggling with crippling social anxiety. The issue has reached a point where he likely won't graduate from University. Reaching a crossroads, he must decide whether to try and return to a family he despises or make his own path in the world. Is the magical power he has actually beneficial in the real world? Authors Note: I'm terrible at writing a synopsis, but over time I hope to write a better one. One of my favorite series of books is the Magicians by Lev Grossman and I hope to follow that same line of thinking within my story. How would a society built around magic actually exist and is power and magic actually as great as other stories make it out to be? The story and characters will be completely original and I will try to update the story on a regular basis. Also, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What's a guy to do? To beat 'em, he'll have to join the heroes, and see if the day can be saved.
8 271GREED : ALL FOR WHAT?
What if magic were real, how would our world be like? How would the biology of organisms be like? What would be our priorities? Would our values change? How would magic possibly work? How powerful would magic be? Is there a limit to the power that magic can give? Could the issue of equality and fairness be finally solved? Would our society be better for it?This book attempts to solve these questions and many others. It does not boast to have found the answers but you will not be left wanting in the great and magical world that has been envisioned. It is a world with a grand system of multiple universes. In a world with Gods, Demons, and Titans. Born as a high elf with arguably the highest affinity to mana in High Heaven Realm, Gehald, our MC isn't satisfied. With his inner demons awakened, he set out to achieve perfection. Gehald is power-hungry and ruthless, cold and calculating, determined and unwavering no matter the obstacles. But the world isn't so simple, the world wasn't made just for him, numerous others are have taken the same path as him, sometimes they would collaborate but most times they would clash. Even two demon kings cannot share the same level of the abyss, after all, the path of power is narrow, you could get pushed off by another and pay the price of defeat with your life. Gehald isn't a hero, and the world doesn't just hand things over to him.Why is his world the way it is? What could come from the unique fusion of the powers of Gods, Demons, and Titans in a single vessel? Follow Gehald on his thirst for power, alongside some other characters through their joys, tribulations, sorrows, and hard-won success. You might just find one or two answers.
8 79Size Doesn't Matter
Size Doesn't Matter, or SDM, follows college students Niko and Kelsen as they travel from their homeworld of Moccs to Latia, a strange and exciting planet where everything is huge, even the people. They meet up with Ralia and Pakos, friends they've made online, only to realize how different seeing them in person really is. What follows is a great deal of fluff, angst, general shenanigans, trauma, and navigating all different kinds of relationships. Some content matter is dark and the characters are not human, but the overall tone is SFW. This will shortly be posted on other sites, but it was posted here first.
