all cries that were heard as children were slaughtered and murdered in a parts and services room

5 children celebrating a birthday party

3 boys and 2 girls

all enjoying the special occasion

but that was when a masked figure approached them in a spring bonnie suit

"Hello kids, having fun," the bunny asked

"Yeah!" they yelled happily

"well if you want more, follow me to our VIP room," he said excitedly as he bounced and beckoned them to a room

"VIP?" kiminari asked in confusion

"it means very important people" momo explained

"yeah stupid" bakugo yelled

"don't call him that" Jiro stated

"guys shh, or he won't take us" tokoyami tried to reason

but the costume-wearing man had no intention of stopping

"What is this place?" Jiro asked worriedly

there laid 5 animatronic suits in plain sight

"somewhere private," the bunny said

but the children didn't like the room, finding it creepy and scary

but if only they knew it wasn't the room, they should be scared about

the man began to unzip the suit

revealing a man wearing a beak-like mask and purple coat

"who...are you?" kiminari asked in fear, he and the other children backing away from the man

" you can call me to overhaul, and we're going to have some fun," he said happily reaching into his coat, revealing a sharp clean looking knife

the children gasped as tears of fear began to fall down

"go away!" tokoyami yelled, trying to mask his fear

only for a knife to be jabbed in his stomach

causing the other children to scream

bakugo tried to make overhaul stop stabbing the raven head but his figure was thrown against the wall so hard it made his skull crack and internally bleed

Jiro and kiminari tried to unlock the door but they didn't have a key and overhaul came from behind them, stabbing both repeatedly in the backs

momo was the last one remaining, trying to keep calm and silence her crying as the man searched for her

only for her to be yanked from her hiding place in a chokehold until her neck snapped

overhaul stood in victory as the pools of blood covered the walls and floors

the children's bodies lying limp in their sorrowful states

but yells of fear of their missing children soon made their ways throughout the restaurant and thus the crime scene

but overhaul knew exactly what to do so that no-one would find out his evil deed

scooping the dead children, he began to put a child in an animatronic suit

tokoyami inside the Chica suit

Jiro inside the bonnie suit

kiminari inside the foxy suit

bakugo inside the Freddy suit

and momo in the golden Freddy suit

overhaul was found and taken to court, but even though they couldn't find the bodies he was let out

but little did he know that the children's souls weren't going away without revenge

years of suffering just waiting for the purple guy to come back

overhaul had come back ready to finish what he started

destroying the animatronics one by one

only to set their souls free

and give them the chance to return the painful existence he had given them

scaring him until he stupidly hid inside the damaged spring bonnie suite

which had scooped and mangled him from the inside

begging for them to set him free

but why should they let such a man who had killed 6 innocent children deserve freedom

no

eternal suffering is what he deserved

leaving him to suffer alone as they descended into the heavens

except for momo

she wasn't done with him just yet

"Hello, hello? Uh, I wanted to record a message for you to help you get settled in on your first night. Um, I actually worked in that office before you. I'm finishing up my last week now, as a matter of fact. So, I know it can be a bit overwhelming, but I'm here to tell you there's nothing to worry about. Uh, you'll do fine. So, let's just focus on getting you through your first week. Okay?"

midoriya listened to the phone guy as he settled into his first shift/job

he had always enjoyed coming to Horikoshi's hero's house of pizza as a kid and when he found out that there was a job opening he knew he had to take it, even though it was a cheap and the night shift made everything look kinda creepy

"Uh, let's see, first there's an introductory greeting from the company that I'm supposed to read. Uh, it's kind of a legal thing, you know. Um, "Horikoshi's hero's house of pizza". A magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. Horikoshi' Entertainment is not responsible for damage to property or person. Upon discovering that damage or death has occurred, a missing person report will be filed within 90 days, or as soon property and premises have been thoroughly cleaned and bleached, and the carpets have been replaced."

(wait, what was that about deaths?) midoriya thought to himself in worry

"Blah blah blah, now that might sound bad, I know, but there's really nothing to worry about. Uh, the animatronic characters here do get a bit quirky at night, but do I blame them? No. If I were forced to sing those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never got a bath? I'd probably be a bit irritable at night too. So, remember, these characters hold a special place in the hearts of children and we need to show them a little respect, right? Okay."

midoriya knew that these characters held a special place in the hearts of children, he was one of those children and just remembering all those good times made him relax slightly

obviously, there was the leader of the group, bakugo the explosion hero, he was the leader of the band and the main singer, he had attitude along with a big black bowtie and top hat, being a centre stage to show he was in charge

to the left there was tokoyami the jet black hero, he was the chef and backup singer of the group, two significant attributes he held was his head that symbolised a raven as well as a small cupcake that everyone named darkshadow as it looked like a shadow cupcake with little claws at the sides and glowing yellow eyes, he was responsible for making sure children knew to eat healthily but to enjoy eating treats from time to time

and to the right was then Jiro the ear jack here, she was the lead guitarist of the group and along with her signature ears also wore a big red bowtie, she was important to inspire children to follow their dreams and to "rock on" when things got rough

then there was kiminari the electric hero, he had his own stage at pirates cove where he would tell stories of his adventures battling seas of deadly electric eels, he wore the appropriate pirate gear along with eye patch and ratted pants, but one time there was an incident that rendered him "out of order" and was to remain behind the curtains until he was fit to be out again

but with how the restaurant was running things that didn't seem to be the case

"Uh, now concerning your safety, the only real risk to you as a night watchman here, if any, is the fact that these characters, uh, if they happen to see you after hours probably won't recognize you as a person. They'll p-most likely see you as a metal endoskeleton without its costume on. Now since that's against the rules here at Horikoshi's hero's house of pizza, they'll probably try to...forcefully stuff you inside a Horikoshi's hero's suit. Um, now, that wouldn't be so bad if the suits themselves weren't filled with crossbeams, wires, and animatronic devices, especially around the facial area. So, you could imagine how having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort...and death. Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when they pop out the front of the mask, heh"

(who would joke about that?!") midoriya screamed internally

if this was put in the newspaper article there was no way in hell he would have taken it

"Y-Yeah, they don't tell you these things when you sign up. But hey, the first day should be a breeze. I'll chat with you tomorrow. Uh, check those cameras, and remember to close the doors only if necessary. Gotta conserve power. Alright, good night"

midoriya immediately began to search the cameras,

he had found pirates cove and some party rooms but nothing out of the ordinary

but it was only when the camera's flicked onto the main stage did he see something wrong

tokoyami and bakugo were on stage

but where was Jiro

he flicked through each camera but he couldn't find the guitar robot

he tried to see in the kitchen but that camera always seemed to be malfunctioning, the only thing that could be heard was banging of pots

he was left with no but to check the doors

flicking on the lights to the right door where he found himself face to face with the ear jack hero

with a yelp, he closed the door before she could get inside

he heard banging on the door but as it stopped he checked the camera's to see she was back on the stage

but there was once again only two animatronics

tokoyami was now gone

flicking the door lights he didn't see him

but checking the left corridor he saw him looking directly into the camera, staring deeply into his soul

he had to wait until if he got close to save power

he had already wasted 59% and it was only 3 pm, he still had to survive 3 more hours of this torture

he flicked the camera's and found the three main casts now staring at the camera's

this had gone on for most of the night

waiting for Jiro or tokoyami to show up from the left or right of his doors

it was 5:58

and he had lost all power

he had to pray and beg that the robots wouldn't find him in his helpless state

then the sound of a music box jingle was heard in the darkness

through the door was the figure of the bakugo animatronic with his piercing red eyes glowing as he got closer and closer to the nightguard

but then a new musical sound entered the room

the sound of victory as bakugo deactivated

he cried in joy as he sprinted away

vowing to never come back

only he found himself back the next night, the restaurant calling to him like a siren

he needed the money

"Uhh, Hello? Hello? Uh, well, if you're hearing this and you made it to day two, uh, congrats! I-I won't talk quite as long this time since bakugo and his friends tend to become more active as the week progresses. Uhh, it might be a good idea to peek at those cameras while I talk just to make sure everyone's in their proper place. You know..."

(just great, like they weren't as active last night) midoriya thought with annoyance, why did he come back

did he have a death wish

did he like the adrenalin?

he could only hope his near-death experience was experience enough to make it through another night

"Uh... Interestingly enough, bakugo himself doesn't come off stage very often. I heard he becomes a lot more active in the dark though, so, hey, I guess that's one more reason not to run out of power, right?"

(finally, he's being helpful) midoriya thought to himself as he jotted the information down into his notebook, hoping if he figured the pattern of the animatronics attacks he could calculate them into a perfect plan to waste less power and have a better chance of survival, he already had tokoyami's and Jiro's pattern down

"I-I also want to emphasize the importance of using your door lights. There are blind spots in your camera views, and those blind spots happen to be right outside of your doors. So if-if you can't find something, or someone, on your cameras, be sure to check the door lights. Uh, you might only have a few seconds to react... Uh, not that you would be in any danger, of course. I'm not implying that. Also, check on the curtain in Pirate Cove from time to time. The character there seems unique in that he becomes more active if the cameras remain off for long periods of time. I guess he doesn't like being watched. I don't know. Anyway, I'm sure you have everything under control! Uh, talk to you soon."

midoriya jotted the information down, but he stopped when pirates cove was mentioned, he hadn't considered kiminari being another element he needed to consider

he wasn't active last night so he had thought he wasn't able to roam

as the night began he didn't find anything different

except when he was close to the end (5:23)

he began to hear the weird noises

they sounded like "hey hey hey" repeatedly

but that's when he almost had a heart attack

he forgot to check on pirates cove

switching over after shooing Jiro away

he found kiminari peeping out and staring at the camera, parts of his robotic skin had been ripped away revealing the wires and circuits that made the animatronic tic

but that's when he saw him moving, the camera showing him running directly to midoriya

in a flash, he put down the camera and locked the door just in time before the electric hero pirate could get inside

(he runs?!) midoriya thought as the banging on the doors continued, how was that possible

he had been out of order for so long, why did he still have the energy to move

but that's when another familiar noise commenced

his victory song

midoriya sighed relief

he had survived another night

but how much longer could he keep this up?

midoriya came back night after night

curiosity is the main reason why he kept coming back

on the 3rd night

he was congratulated for surviving as "most people didn't last this long " assuring that they would usually move on to other things, not implying that they died"

but also stated that things start getting real tonight

and they did, kiminari and Jiro attacked at both ends at once, draining a massive amount of power, he barely made it out as tokoyami and bakugo was on the move before the bell rang

on the 4th night, midoriya was told to "check inside those suits in the back room?"

he was also told the phone guy "may not be around to send you a message tomorrow" suddenly there was a loud banging sound before he heard the phone guy being attacked

"You know...*moan* oh, no - *noises followed by an animatronic screech and static*" were his last words as the message ended

midoriya wanted to know what happened to him and if he could uncover more mystery's and secrets and so, he pressed his luck going into the 6th night

only this message was different from the rest

instead of the familiar but nervous voice of the phone guy

there was a deep, garbled, demonic-sounding voice

giving no further details of what may happen that night

throughout the nights he felt himself hallucinating, imagining random pictures on the walls

the gurgling noise came and went so suddenly as the night went by

but as he flicked the camera to put it down

there was a new presence in the room

and putting that camera down was the worst decision he had ever made

he recognised the animatronic from the old newspapers he had found while searching for clues

she was momo the creator hero, in the past, she was the lead singer and leader of an old version of the pizzeria, with her partner Todoroki she and he would be the stars of the show

that was at least

before the accident

he tried to remember the advice the phone guy had given him as he was dragged by the creator hero to the parts and services room, the other 4 animatronics following and watching

"Uh... Hey, listen, I had an idea: if you happen to get caught and want to avoid getting stuffed into a Freddy suit, uhh, try playing dead! You know, go limp. Then there's a chance that, uh, maybe they'll think that you're an empty costume instead"

he tried but it didn't change a thing

he was still stuffed, it was pure agony as wires cut into his skin and bones, the spring locks scooping his organs, screaming out in pain as blood pooled the floor, a metal body crushing his own

the last thing he saw was 5 animatronics watching as his life was slowly and painfully taken away

"Then again if they think you're an empty costume, they might try to... stuff a metal skeleton into you. I wonder how that would work. Yeah, never mind, scratch that. It's best just not to get caught"
