the twins were cautious and careful

they both wanted to keep their mortal friends safe

and the best way to do that was to keep their identities secret

hiding away 76% of their true power

it annoyed them, especially when a certain blond-haired boy "defeated" them in battle due to their "light weakness"

but it was the only way

but sometimes

the most unexpected events can uncover a whole load of secrets

the day was normal for the class of 1-A

the sky was blue

but as the day went on

the blue soon turned into dark blood red

a figure with golden fiery eyes, long sharp horns and jagged wings and teeth

(a level 33 devil) the twins simultaneously thought as all students and teachers stared at the beast in the sky

the closer it got the bigger it became

(took we need to fight it, they're not prepared for this type of power) yasei whispered to his twin

and as tokoyami took in the sights around him

he knew his twin was right

the heroes were trying their best, firing their quirks left and right at the devil

but not one blow even grazed the thick red blubber

its claw was slashing at its attackers, wafting them away like flies

and every one of those flies came crashing down hard

the twins couldn't bear to watch any longer

they kept their identities secret to protect their friends

but it will be those identities that might save them now

"ready brother" tokoyami declared, looking to his "quirk"

"ready" yasei declared

and with that, the two sprung into battle

yasei splitting from his brother's shadow, showing his true appearance and feathers and tokoyami's long feathers coming into sight along with fangs

the voices calling tokoyami's name were heard as his friends and teachers saw the two leapt into the air, zooming straight towards the devil

the two hovered in front of the beasts hideous face, it's eyes watching the twins in interest

"be wise and leave demon to go back to the planet of hell from once you came" yasei began

"This is you're first and only warning devil, or we will be forced to use brute strength" tokoyami finished

the twin's voices boomed across the battlefield

no mortal muttered a word as they watched the sight unfold

but instead of heeding their warnings, the devil bellowed in protest, raising its claws to swat them away

"I was hoping he would choose the hard option" yasei shouted in glee, readying his own hand

"you always hope that" sighed tokoyami, following his brother's actions

as the beast's claws came closer to the twins

the hand was suddenly chopped of by ray of darkness

sending the appendage to the ground

it would have smushed so many innocent hero's if hadn't suddenly disappeared

Yasei had opened a void to discard the hand so it could do no more harm

the beast cried out in agonizing pain

tried to slash the twins with the opposite hand

yet the same events were re-told

causing more screams of agony

"We did not want this devil, but you refused to listen to reason," tokoyami said coldly

"you think we should put it out of its misery," tokoyami asked his sibling

"hmmmm...Nah" yasei responded as he clicked his fingers

stars began to swirl around the devil, slashing and cutting its skin with every spin

tokoyami sighed, shaking his head as he opened his own void that opened to a fiery and dark stoned planned

using the shadow of the beast pushed him inside the void and closed it behind him

"awww, why do you always do that?!" yasei whined

"because you're like a child with no bedtime" tokoyami replied

it was only then done they hear a round of applause from down bellow

(crud!) the two internally screamed

"We need to get out of here,"yasei said

"agreed" tokoyami said with a nod

and with a blink of an eye, they had vanished from the sky

even though they had left

the memories had not

luckily the battle had been so high in the sky, no one had been able to get a proper image of their identities

only that didn't go for everyone

inside of their door room, the twins were discussing the crisis

"We need to leave, find a new earth, yeah, I'm sure there's other across the universe" tokoyami panicked as he packed away their belongings

"you need to relax, what exactly can they do to us, besides they are our friends, we owe them an explanation," Yasei said, taking away the objects that tokoyami was holding, trying to calm down his brother

tokoyami sighed, placing a hand on his head to smooth his feathers down

"I guess you're right" he stated

"Was there any doubt?" yasei said smugly

that's when they heard the voice of Mr Aizawa from the other side of his door

"tokoyami...if that's you're name, can you come out, we need to talk" Mr Aizawa's muffled voice said

although he could only hear their homeroom teachers voice they knew that all of his classmates not far behind

"ready to face them?" yasei asked, going back into his "shadow demon form"

"I guess so," tokoyami said as he approached the door, going back into his disguise

and with a deep breath opened the door

only for him to be pushed back inside by the swarm of students asking him questions such as

there was so many he started to get dizzy

"SHUT UP YOU EXTRA'S" bakugo's loud voice echoed around the room as he marched in front of the raven head

he noticed that the blond's eyes were burning with something tokoyami couldn't place, as-well-as his hand grabbing his own wrist and pulled him out of the room

they were lead to the school's training room and as bakugo shoved tokoyami to one of the sides he got into a battle position

"you've been half axing our fights you dumb bird, now fight me to all you're strength!" bakugo shouted

tokoyami was taken back, the first thing bakugo wanted to do after finding out he and his twin was a god was to fight him

oh wait no, that actually made sense

"Okay then" tokoyami replied, getting into his own stance

(I'll try and explain some things while we battle) tokoyami thought to himself

"hey! I said give it you're all, so show me you're true power!" bakugo demanded

tokoyami sighed as he unveiled his true self, his feathers growing much longer and fangs coming into view

"I'll be cheering you on" Yusei's own form leaving his brothers side and went to where the crowds of classmates were

all staring in shock

"so you'll be wanting answers" yasei laughed sheepishly

"Who are you guys and why did you hide your real identities from us?" Mr Aizawa asked, who was now joined with his other members of staff

"We are tokoyami and yaseikage, we hid our identities because we found a picture on the internet that was to close to our original designs so we changed them, together we twin gods of darkness and destruction" yasei answered

"destruction!"kiminari shouted worriedly

"The good kind, we destroy evil beings that threaten the well being of others?" tokoyami said, dodging bakugo's explosions with ease

"PAY ATTENTION!" bakugo shouted as he tried to land a finishing blow, thinking it would be punished for not keeping concentration in a battle

only tokoyami dodged again, flicked bakugo in the middle of his forehead, sending him crashing backwards into a wall

"Wow, you're so strong" mina squealed

"Why haven't you been using all this power before?" midoriya questioned

"We wanted to give you all a fair shot, we've only been using 24% of our power, and even now tokoyami's only using 40% of his power right now," yasei said, watching the show with a bucket of popcorn

"WHAT!" bakugo yelled outrageously, although he was on the floor in agony and tiredness

"Why did you tell them that, and what did I say about using your powers for food" tokoyami scolded wagging his finger, knowing that this battle was over

"blah blah blah" yasie mocked, stuffing another handful of popcorn in his mouth

"so you're the oldest tokoyami?" asui asked as everyone giggled at the sibling's argument

which resulted in tokoyami sighing more and yasie to smile smugly

"no he's my baby brother," he said, coming over to his twin's side and ruffling his head

"We are twins but he was born first, surprisingly since I'm much more mature and sophisticated" tokoyami grumbled moving his brothers hand away

"yet I am taller and stronger" yasie declared

"care to put that to the test?" midnight asked

all the teachers surrounding the gods

"We all challenge you to a fight" all might declared as he punched the air with a determined smile

the twins looked to one another and then back to the hero's

"very well then," they both said

the heroes were all ready

they all believed that they would be able to defeat the gods single-handedly

yet one by one they all fell to the power of tokoyami and yasiekage

all spread across the room in the same state like bakugo

if not even worse

especially when their powers had increased to 50%

the two never used their entire powers unless it was necessary, e.g a 100 levelled gods, but that was impossible

for only two beings were 100 levelled gods

and that was tokoyami and yasiekage

the hero's and students never revealed the god's secret identities

just like how the twins had protected them from the devil of the sky

they would now protect them from the devils of the earth
