the training was intense when it came to U.A
and when you had Mr Awizawa as a teacher, heck a homeroom teacher, it made it even more intense
today students had to master their skills when in a dangerous situation and they couldn't command their quirks
but for others, it was getting their quirks under control
and for one student that was their worst fear
tokoyami was skilled with swords, martial arts, anything for hand to hand combat, he had to, his quirk was somewhat of a free spirit that was extremely difficult to master, both at day and night
at least he was confident to work through the day
the night, however...not as much
"ok tokoyami, whenever your ready, stand onto the platform" Mr Aizawa shouted
the said platform would trap tokoyami in a cage of pure darkness, he would not be able to see, but the others outside would
"you think he's up for it?" asked Todoroki asked, staring blankly as the bird-headed boy began to walk on the platform, he was accompanied to with bakugo and midoriya
all three by now had finished their training and seemed to be keeping a close eye on tokoyami, all three were present when dark shadow took over
all three had their own reactions
midoriya was terrified, of him and for him
bakugo was amazed, the destruction and elimination those purple claws could do with a swift hardly even trying
and Todoroki was simply shocked, tokoyami was like him, cool and collected so it was quite a surprise to see him in such a state
tokoyami was soon sent into the cage of darkness
it was only a few moments before the screams of rage and terror filled the air
all three ran over to where Aizawa was standing/moderating the situation

all had their reasons
midoriya and todoroki wanted to make sure that his friend was ok
while bakugo wanted to see the large raging monster again
as they arrived they saw their friend in pure agony, dark shadow seemed to have grown even larger then what they saw in the woods
"Sir, why does it have to be on full darkness?" midoriya asked as the others looked into the screen in full awe
"This training process is getting you all ready for the worst-case scenario's, and in tokoyami's case, this could be a close first" Mr Aizawa proclaimed
an alarm began to suddenly ring
"what's that supposed to mean!"bakugo yelled looking around him
all students stopped their training and followed the same actions
"it's tokoyami, his quirk is growing too fast and big, it's beginning to destroy the night cage he said as he readied his eyes with eye drops
"wait, it's still light won't it shrink once outside?" Todoroki asked
"the night cage 1,063 feettall, the same size of the Eiffel tower! even if his quirk was to suddenly shrink he would still be in danger of falling to his death" he explained as he pushed a button to release the cage
"so if you three aren't busy I think you should help me out with this"
all three nodded in acknowledgement
the darkness was everywhere
all my worst fears
my anger
everywhere
I couldn't tell where I was
I could only hear the scratching of dark shadows claws on the walls
I was trapped
I needed to keep calm
but I couldn't
it was too much
why
Mr Aizawa knew how hard this was for me
it didn't hurt physically
but mentally
If it got too much I could hurt my friends
just like last time

the woods!
JUST MAKE IT STOP!
wait
is that light
yes
light will stop me
(using what little control he had left begun to make the rampaging quirk follow his directions)
"get ready" shouted Mr Aizawa
all three students had told the rest what was going on and were all ready to help their friend
a shadowy claw gripped the side of the cage and dragged themselves out
all stood still in shock
tokoyami's visible features were nothing more than desperation and fear
no one knew what to say to help, but they didn't need to say anything, they only needed to get him to safety
there would be time for talking later
dark shadows figure only shrunk slightly
that meant that plan B was needed
bakugo, Todoroki Aoyama and hagakure were sent to use their fire/light quirk, not shooting them straight at him but around the edges so not to cause darkshadow to escape, but also to not make tokoyami feel like a monster
no one wanted to think of what he must be going through
dakshadow was soon shrinking faster, but tokoyami's body was still high in the sky
so when darkshadow was finally within tokoyami's body fully he begun to fall
"tokoyami!" midoriya shouted
it was time for phase two
uraraka using her quirk caused Mr Aizawa to start to fly to reach him
using his retraining wraps he grabbed tokoyami's lifeless exhausted body and held on tight
ochacco stoped her quirk allowing Aizawa to float back down
"Is he ok?" asui asked worriedly as she and the rest of the other students crowded around
tokoyami was hugging himself in fear, tears falling down his face and body shaking
he will be, but for now, class is dismissed, I am going to take him to the hospital ward, do not visit him until I give you the word
all students watched as Mr Aizawa left with tokoyami in his arms
"let's get the main room ready for an emergency movie night when tokoyami returns," asui said
"I'll get the f!king snacks" proclaimed bakugo
meanwhile, Mr Aizawa and tokoyami were entering the hospital ward
tokoyami was muttering some pleas and apologies "I'm sorry" he cried
"no need to be sorry, I was too hard on you, next time it won't be as dark," he said as he placed him onto the bed and left him to a well-deserved rest
and with the darkness clouding his mind of negativity and fear finally gone he could breath normally and happily as a smile on his beak appeared as he sunk into the comfiness of his bed

The 48 Laws of Power in Practice
Discover how power works in the world, through true stories and real-world applications. In the game of power, we all play - as either conscious or unconscious players. So we can't afford not to know the rules. The ** chapters have the most outrageous content. In each chapter, I will be summarizing one of the laws and how it can be applied to current events and pop culture. Some of you have told me the stories are what you enjoy the most. They are real, raw, and anonymous so that others may learn from my mistakes. There will be cringe-worthy stories of self-sabotage, but perhaps also some unlikely triumphs. Some of the details are changed to protect the innocent, (or perhaps guilty). "The 48 Laws of Power" by Robert Greene illustrates truths about power, through philosophy and lessons from three thousand years of history, which still hold true today. There is a lot to learn from each chapter. I encourage you to go on this journey with me by reflecting on how each law might apply to you. Together, may we learn from the past and take control of the future.
