《Fateful Encounter (Fumikage Tokoyami x Reader)》Rin and Akio

"Mmph... (y/n)?" Fumikage mutters. It seems that your plan to turn your alarm off without waking Fumikage was a bust. You peer into his sleepy eyes, wondering how they can be so beautiful, loving, kind, gentle, passionate, and drowsy all at once. He's so mesmerizing that it makes you want to squeal in ecstasy, but of course, you keep your immense joy to yourself. You can feel his soft, downy feathers on your warm skin as he nuzzles his face against yours.
"Fumi," you begin. "Actually, is it okay if I call you that?"
He grins and replies, "Only when we are alone."
"Sure," you beam with pure joy. "...Anyway, school starts in 45 - well, now 44 - minutes. We've got to get ready."
He yawns dreamily before responding, "Of course we must... But, it seems as though you are already in your uniform. We'll likely be finished preparing for school with a half-hour to spare."
Sweetly, you whisper into his ear, "I guess we better hurry, then." With rapturous smiles, you both begin preparing for school. By the time you're ready to go - or stay for a while longer - Fumikage is as well, and has already finished making breakfast for you both. When the two of you are ready to walk out the door and go to school, you, well, agree to hang out for a little longer. Unfortunately, just as you've both decided to squeeze in a little romance before school, you hear a knock at the door.
"Oh, dear," Fumikage groans as he peeks through the window. "My... parents have arrived. I suppose we'll have time after school to be alone, perhaps."
"Okay," you reply. You're a little disappointed that your time alone has ended, but you're also excited to meet Fumikage's parents.
He unlocks the front door and his parents enter. Fumikage's mother sprints over to him and embraces him in a tight, loving hug.
"Mother," he grumbles, "I have a special guest over, don't you recall? This is quite embarrassing!"
"Why, yes I do," she exclaims, releasing Fumikage and running over to greet you. "You must be (y/n), the little angel who extricated my precious offspring from that odious situation with that abominable individual who attempted to maltreat my dear Fumikage! I owe to you my humblest gratitude!" She flung her arms out, indicating that she wanted a hug, and you accepted. She actually had a very strong hold on you, so you tried to end it quickly but politely.

Fumikage's father was conversing with Fumikage when he noticed that his wife had gotten what she wanted to tell you off her chest. He casually ambles over to you, and shakes your hand. "(y/n), you've been real good to my boy, haven't you," he says, "Protecting him from villains and whatnot. He'd probably go to some other school if he got nailed by that 3-pointer in the entrance test. You keep looking out for him, ya hear?"
Nodding, you reply, "Of course, Mr. Tokoyami. It'll be my pleasure!"
"Thanks," he says, "And feel free to call me Akio."
"Oh, you may also refer to me by my first name, Rin, if you would desire to, darling," Fumikage's mother chimes in.
"Of course," you respond. "Also, I have a question for you. May I ask what your quirks are?"
They both nod, and Rin replies enthusiastically, "My quirk is fueled by the environment I reside in's tenebrosity. When surrounded by an adequate amount of darkness, I may shapeshift into any avian I desire. For instance, I could become a raven, a finch, an egret - whatever I wish! However, injuries that I sustain while my quirk is in use will become far more severe when I return to my original human state unless fully healed before I end usage of my quirk."
"Wow, that's so cool!" You cheerfully continue, "It must be so much fun to be a bird! Oooh, what's it like when you're flying? Is it awesome? Do you prefer a certain type of bird when in flight? When do you typically use your quirk? Do you-"
Akio chuckles at your enthusiasm. "(y/n), I don't think she can answer those questions as fast as you can say 'em. If you'd like, I can tell you about my quirk." You nod and he continues, "I have a little friend of mine I like to call 'Black Devil'. He can do whatever I please, so long as I'm feelin' warm. When I get cold, he gets real weak and can't move around much, so I suck him back into me. You wanna meet him?"
"Sure," you reply. You suddenly feel your phone vibrating in your pocket. "Um, better make it quick, since we've gotta go to school soon."

"Of course, sweetie. Now say 'hello' to the Black Devil!" An ominous, shadow-like entity floats out of him and right in front of you. It looks like Akio's silhouette, but obviously it's not - it's his quirk. Its deep voice booms and echoes in your ears, making it appear terrifying even as it's politely greeting you. You force a somehow natural-looking smile and begin to chat with Black Devil when your last alarm goes off. With only ten minutes before school starts, you, Fumikage, and his parents say their good-byes, and you hurry to class alongside Fumikage.
As you approach the entrance to U.A., your friend joins you and Fumikage as you all head to Class 1A. As always, Mr. Aizawa comes into class with a tired expression, dreary tone, and informs you of today's first lesson. However, you and your classmates will be visiting a different building today - the Unforeseen Simulation Joint. You, your bestie, and Fumikage are excited to go, as well as many of your classmates. You enter the bus and sit next to your friend, Fumikage, Ochaco, and Midorya.
"This sounds like it'll be great," Ochaco says to you and your friend. "I wonder what we'll be training for."
"I guess this place really sticks to its name," you chime in, "Since it's got 'unforeseen' in the title."
"Y'know what's not unforeseen?" Bakugou is clearly preparing to say something really rude or swear. After a moment of silence, he continues, "How lame you sound, b*tch." Looks like it was both.
You peer over at another blonde boy with a black streak in his hair who says, "You know, it's really telling that we barely know you and everyone already knows your personality - flaming cr*p mixed with garbage. " You and your friends snicker as Bakugou yells a string of cuss words in frustration. As the laughter dies down, you feel someone grasp your hand. You look at who's holding your hand, expecting it to be Fumikage. Instead, however, you gaze upon a short purple-haired boy with a rather creepy expression plastered on his face. You yank your hand out from underneath his and tell him to back off. He obviously doesn't get the message, and continues staring at you, not moving a muscle.
"Stay away from her," Fumikage steps in. "She's clearly uncomfortable with your action." The odd boy still won't budge. Fumikage leans closer to the boy, his gaze like a thousand razor-sharp daggers piercing the pervert's skull. "You ought to leave her be before I lose my temper, and believe me..." Fumikage's voice shakes the boy to his very core as he continues, "You'll regret nothing more so than that." The strange boy's face scrunches up in fear and anguish as he bolts to an open seat.
"Wow," you exclaim. "Thanks for the help, Fumikage."
"Don't mention it," he replies, grinning in satisfaction at your appreciation.
Suddenly, a girl with pink skin and horns, who you believe is named Mina, shouts from across the bus, "OMG! (y/n), are you and Fumikage a couple?!"
Unsure of how to respond, you attempt to explain your situation. However, you panic a bit and can't seem to form a proper sentence. That's when Fumikage wraps his arm around your waist and whispers, "You may tell her what you want to; I will love you regardless of your response."
Beaming contentedly, you reply to Mina, "Take a guess," and kiss Fumikage's soft, feathery cheek. He blushes furiously and can't hide his adorable, gleeful smile. Mina instantly squeals upon the sight of the kiss, and students sitting next you, including your friends, begin to ask you and give comments on your relationship. The only person who's making negative remarks is Bakugou, thankfully, but you still feel uneasy with all of these questions being thrown at you. The entire bus is full of eager, curious voices, but luckily, the bus has finally stopped. Assuming you're at your destination, you peer out the window, expecting to see the USJ. What really stopped the bus, however, was a familiar, devious, and glowing individual.
