𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐃 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐃𝐋𝐘 𝐀𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄 to Sissy's farm with their car still touching the ground from Luther's weight. But above the farm, there was a huge cloud of electricity and some white and shiny snow was everywhere around it.
It looked very weird since there was green grass everywhere except for that spot. Everything around the farm- the houses, the grass, the trees- were covered in soft snow.
So the Hargreeves Siblings took a turn to the ranch and finally reached it. They stopped near it as the lighting above crashed and bolted. As soon as Vanya pulled over, everyone got out of the car to investigate the situation.
Five and Diego were the first ones to get out so when Five got out he helped Y/n by giving her his hand. She took it and the both of them exchanged some smiles before Diego spoke up.
"You think whatever's going on inside is causing the cold front?"
"Well, the correlation is high." Five replied and let go of Y/n's hand as the others got out with Vanya bolting to the farm as fast as she could.
"You think that's what Vanya meant?" Y/n asked Five not taking her eyes off the farm and pointing at it.
Five looked at her but before Five could respond, as soon they all stepped their feet on the ground, Sissy came running from the farm with a gun in her hands.
"Sissy! Sissy!" Vanya noticed her and changed the direction of her running.
Sissy loaded her gun and ran to the siblings. "Get back! All of you, just get the hell back!"
"Sissy! Sissy!" Vanya still yelled her name as the others watched in shock as to what is happening. Five even took Y/n's hand and pushed her behind him for safety measures. Y/n didn't mind that, she just watched what was happening.
The others just backed away slightly as Klaus put up his hands in the air as if he was going to be taken by the police, which probably was a daily basis thing for him here in Dallas. They all froze in their spots with the fear of the gun being fired.
"Hey! Hey! What's wrong?" Vanya held out her left hand as she asked.
Sissy panted as she kept glancing at the siblings and Vanya. "Carl."
"What did he do to you?" Vanya lowered her voice tone to show that they needed to be calmer.
But Sissy just shook her head and breathed shakily with every word. "He's...He's dead." Vanya put her hand down and stared at Sissy in shock. "Harlan tossed him aside like a rag doll, same way you sent those policemen flyin'. What did you do to him?" Sissy kept talking to Vanya but still held the gun pointed.
As Sissy was explaining, Vanya slowly opened her mouth like she wanted to say something. "No-"
"Vanya, what the hell did you do to my son?" Sissy cut Vanya off before she could even finish.
"We don't have time for this, Vanya." Diego was the first one to try and move out of his place by walking forward.
"Where do you think you're going?" Sissy quickly pointed the gun at him from the others.
"Stop!" Allison shouted from the back but she was ignored, at the same time the others started walking with him.
"To help your son." Diego said as he extended his left arm out just like Vanya.

"Look, Sissy, I found my family. These are my brothers and my sisters." Vanya pointed at the others. Sissy's eyes went over all of them very carefully as Klaus waved from the back. She started slowly lowering her gun as the others just awkwardly stood there.
"Ma'am." Luther waved and smiled at her since she already knew him from earlier.
Then Sissy turned to Vanya once again. "Were you lyin' to me the whole time?"
"Of course not. Look, I didn't know who I was. But I do now. And we are not the monsters that they say we are. We did not kill the president. We are not terrorists. We're not here to hurt anyone." Vanya explained everything very calmly.
"Then..." Sissy panted softly trying to get the words together. "...who are you?"
"The only one who can help Harlan."

𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐀 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐈𝐆 𝐅𝐀𝐑𝐌 𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐒 as the energy resonated and rushed around them. Everyone came inside the farm to see what was going on and if it was somehow connected with the anomaly that is the weather change in this specific place.
But as they came inside, they saw Harlan floating there, all scared as he gasped for air with the energy swirling around him like a tornado.
"Harlan? Harlan, it's Vanya!" Vanya yelled trying to get his attention as he gasped. "Look, Harlan, I know you're really scared, but I can help you. I need you to listen to me, okay? Can you do that?" Vanya looked over at Sissy for her approval to go and she nodded.
So Vanya glanced back at Harlan and began using her powers. Her pupils became white once again as a high-pitched tone resonated around her. She stepped through the tornado and inside to Harlan where she saw him shaking and grunting. Everyone just watched closely what she was about to do to save the boy.
"Careful." Five called out just to remind her.
But Klaus being his usual Klaus was somewhere else with his mind, oblivious to everything that was happening. But his attention was drawn to some energy whooshing nearby. He turned around to look at where the sound came from and looked through an opened door.
"Harlan?" Vanya still tried to get to Harlan meanwhile.
But Klaus went to the exit of the farm to see if there was something outside. There he saw in the distance two women standing. And it was none other than The Handler and Lila together.
"Uh...guys?" Klaus called out for everyone else.
"What?" Diego said as he walked but when he noticed who it was, he became hella annoyed. "Ah, shit."
"Of course, what party is without those two?" Y/n remarked as she crossed her arms and stood next to Klaus.
"Wait, who are they?" Klaus asked them, not taking his eyes off the two women in the distance.
"One's The Handler, the other's Diego girlfriend." Five explained as he, Luther, and Allison came.
"What?" Klaus turned around and looked at Diego in disbelief.
"Lila. That's my ex-girlfriend." Diego annoyingly corrected him.
"You know what? It doesn't matter." Luther also tuned into the conversation. "They both look angry."
"Yeah." Five and Y/n replied to the big man.
"Yeah, well our brother has an effect on people." Allison added as she looked at the two women.
"I'm gonna go find out what they want. You guys stay with Vanya and the kid." Five said as he was about to leave the siblings and walk out from the back.

"I'm coming with you, too. Come on." Diego volunteered and when they were about to walk out, Y/n spoke up.
"Yeah, I'm not letting you go alone."
Five immediately turned around and took her by the shoulders. "What? Y/n, no. You stay here while I go-"
"Five, this is not the time to discuss things that should not even be discussed." The girl interrupted him and smiled.
Five took his hands off her shoulders, stared at her eyes, and after a couple of seconds of thinking, he nodded in agreement. He took her hand and the three of them walked out the farm.
While they were walking across the field, Five didn't let go of Y/n's arm for even a moment. But Y/n noticed that Five was a little bit tensed up.
"Everything will be okay, you know that, right?"
Five looked at her and heavily sighed. "Yeah. Yeah, I do. Just...promise me you won't put your life in danger at this, okay?"
"I promise."
They both exchanged some last smiles before they walked up to Lila and The Handler chuckling. Five let go of Y/n's hand as she stood in the middle of Diego and Five.
"I love the smell of that fresh country air, don't you darling?" The Handler asked as she didn't take her gaze off the three siblings with her devilish smile.
"Makes me want to vomit." Lila simply replied in a stern tone.
But Five just wanted to get straight to the point. "What do you want?"
"To watch you two suffer." Lila replied shooting a glance at Five and Y/n.
"You're talking about me, right? Not him." Y/n jokingly asked pointing at Diego.
"Yeah, what about me?" Diego agreed and tuned in.
Lila slowly turned around at him and shot him a stare that could kill if it could actually do that. "You're not even worth my wrath."
"Easy." The Handler tried to calm her daughter down. "We're here on official business."
"Like we need any more of that." Y/n scoffed at that Handler's statement.
"And what business is that now?" Five continued.
"As the head of the Commission, I've decided to eliminate the criminals responsible for the assassination of the former board of directors." The Handler quickly ranted as Five's look instantly fell.
He looked at Y/n in nervousness and she shot him an unbelievable glance as to say "So that was who you killed for the briefcase?"
"Yeah, right. We didn't kill the board." Diego evilly smiled since he was convinced everyone was innocent.
"Uh, actually, Diego, that's not entirely accurate." Five intervened with his voice becoming quieter with every word while Diego also watched him in disbelief.
"You didn't tell them." The Handler connected the obvious dots while Five tilted his head in awkwardness. "Oh, Five. You didn't even tell your precious girlfriend." But Y/n just rolled her eyes at that comment.
"Five, what the hell did you do?" Diego leaned in and asked.
"What I had to get my family home." Five replied. Now they were both leaned in closely while Y/n watched everything carefully from the middle. "Until somebody reneged on our deal." The boy slowly turned to The Handler.
"Somebody wouldn't have reneged on the deal if somebody could've met a simple deadline. This is why you have to keep women close to you, they warn you about these types of things." The Handler said and turned to the girl. "Alas."
Five was so nervous that he didn't even turn to Y/n when the Handler mentioned her. He realized how much his stupid mistake messed everything up. "You set me up to fail."
"You set yourself up to fail, friend. You, your siblings, and your girlfriend. Kinda the running theme of your little life, isn't it?" The evil woman laughed.
"Dude, I can't believe you killed the board of directors." Diego almost whispered to Five but he just rolled his eyes. "You have no idea how messed up the Commission is right now."
Meanwhile, The Handler was just smiling but that statement caught her attention. "Messed up? Who's saying that?"
Diego instantly turned away from the boy and back at the woman. "Everybody. Christ, even the janitors think it's going to shit."
"That's not all they killed." Lila spoke up in a while. Everyone turned to her in confusion and after a couple of seconds, Y/n spoke up.
"What are you talking about?"
"Don't play dumb, you two prepubescent pieces of shit." Lila replied with her signature stern look.
The Handler rolled her eyes at that and put her briefcase down. Meanwhile, Y/n fluttered her eyes at her when Lila got pissed that she wasn't let to finish ranting. "Enough. The point is, all of you are going to die today. Hmm?"
"Oh. Well, I don't like your chances. Eight of us, two of you." Diego evilly smiled once again thinking this is all going to end as easily as that.
"You know, you're right. Let's change that." The Handler snapped her fingers and in an instant, rapid whooshing was made by the assassins with children masks, briefcases, and guns teleporting behind her, filling an entire field.
The three siblings watched in shock the whole time as they saw their fate's ending. Meanwhile, The Handler evilly smiled as the firearms were getting cocked by the people.
"So what do we do now?" Diego asked not taking his gaze off the people.
Five glanced at Diego locking eyes with the scared and surprised Y/n. "Well, we got two choices: fight and die now or run and die later. Either way, we're food for worms."
"Five..." Y/n was getting more scared with every second so the fact that Five was still playing like that, didn't make anything better. "...some preference maybe?" She said only leaning in and not taking her gaze of the people.
"Wouldn't mind a few more minutes breathing air through the old windbags." Five explained for Diego and probably Y/n.
"All right. Let's get this over, shall we?" The Handler interrupted their talk and pulled out a red cloth which was gonna signal for the assassins to run.
"Run!" Five yelled.
The boy took Y/n's hand as the three of them started sprinting as fast as they could back to the farm. Meanwhile, The Handler was smiling, and after a couple of seconds of letting the three siblings take the lead, she let go of the cloth.
The assassins started yelling and shouting as they started running towards the farm as The Handler and Lila stood in their place with the men and women running past them.
The guns were fired and the three of them struggled to keep running and not to stop.
"We're not gonna make it!" Diego shouted as he continued to run and every once in a while look back.
"Five!" Y/n shouted to draw the boys' attention, so he turned to her. "We need to jump! Now!" Five nodded and realized that he should really do it now than never.
So he let go of Y/n's hand, came into the middle, hugged Diego with his left hand, and took Y/n by her waist with his right hand.
In a moment, Five managed to jump them pretty far away. Before that, they were on the grass and now they were on the snow.
Five let go of his siblings and continued to run as fast as he could.
"Guys, I think I'm gonna puke!" Diego grunted and tried to compose himself.
"No time!" The two teens yelled at the same time as they ran in front of Diego.
But the three of them soon caught each other up and they hid behind a tractor as the bullets stroke it.
"What now?" Y/n asked as she covered her ears with her hands looking at the brothers.
"Well blink into the house, man!"
"Okay." Five softly said under his breath. He tried to teleport the three of them back into the house by hugging Y/n and touching Diego, but nothing worked.
Energy rippled but there was no use. Five gave a realization look and Y/n understood what happened.
"Shit." She said under her breath as she leaned closer to the tractor trying to avoid the bullets.
"What?" Diego asked.
"Shit. I'm out of fuel. I'm too tired." Five explained as he covered himself and Y/n away from the bullets.
"Y/n, you can do it!" Diego suggested.
"I can't Diego! If Five is unable to use his powers, I can't also!" Y/n explained as a bullet struck so near that she flinched so Five hugged and shielded her.
"Go! I'll...I'll cover for you two." Diego said as he stood up and got prepared to help them.
The two teens got closer to him and looked at what he was doing.
"Diego, what are you-"
"Go!" Diego cut Five off.
Five looked at Y/n and took her hand. They both stood up and ran as fast as possible as Five shielded Y/n with his hands and body.
Meanwhile, Diego used his power to hold incoming bullets and keep them mid-air. When Five and Y/n finally made it home, he directed them to his right and they flew into some hay which caused an explosion. After he saw what happened he hid behind the tractor once again.
But while Y/n and Five were inside, they hid under a table as Five held Y/n's hands as tight as he could and shielded her head since glass was shattering all around them and the lights flickered.
But as all of the siblings around the barn were hidden behind and in everything they could, their attention was drawn to Vanya.
A high-pitched tone resonated around her once again as she flew out of the barn and floated in the air.
Her eyes turned blue again and blue light shining out of her chest. She focused on her power as she looked at the assassins who were still heading their way.
She took a couple of seconds and absorbed all of the power around her which was coming inside into her.
Everyone gasped when they saw what was going to happen. And as they did that, Vanya directed a huge energy wave across the whole farm.
All of the assassins were flown in the air as the wave passed them. The wind howled and the glass shattered.
But The Handler and Lila weren't affected by that at all. They were safe and secured by an energy bubble around them which kept them untouched.
Vanya exhaled sharply when she finished using her power to see what had she done and if everything was finally okay.
All of the other siblings uncovered their ears and stood up to see what was the damage and what had changed.
Five and Y/n looked around to see if the chaos was over and were relieved that currently, it was.
The both of them exhaled heavily and exchanged a quick kiss clenching onto each other's arms.
"Is it over?" Y/n asked.
"I think so. We should check." Five replied. He was the first one to stand up from beneath the table. Then he helped the girl stand up by giving her his arm. So she took it and they went to the, now shattered window, to see what had happened.
But they saw what they saw, was just something nothing could have prepared them.
They saw The Handler and Lila inside an energy bubble that protected them from the energy wave that Vanya shot. They were completely untouched as the energy from the bubble whooshed steadily.
Lila took the bubble away and it was gone as it went into the ground.
The Handler stared at the siblings who were about to get surprised even more. "Your turn dear."
