Jared's Pov

I woke up hours ago feeling better thanks to the gift Kelly had left me, this morning had been busy I had the smarts members of my pack trying to find anything that they could about how to send a mind like to someone in the realm, but nothing had turned out, my father had reached out to a close family friend who was Vampire, and he was to arrive any day now.

"Jared, great news!Tobias(vamp. friend) said he can mind-link her and it won't hurt her or give away our plan of getting her back" he said excitedly

"thanks, amazing!" I said hugging my father

"He's in the study working on it right now, and we should be able to contact her by nightfall then we can get the ball on the roll," he said smiling

"that is exactly what I need to hear, I have everything set up in the supply room and I'm also taking care of looking at the cameras at the hotel Kelly and Lily stayed at for any clues" I said, my dad, a phone called, he told me he would hold a meeting tonight in the den for all of this, soon I would have my beautiful baby back and I would be complete again!

Lily's Pov

I had been in classes all morning learning how to talk, walk, dance like a vampire, I learned how to be cold or at least pretend to be cold, Erica and I had become very close friends I found out she was born here, or as she calls if bred here she said the vamps run this place my a farmer runs his farm she never met her mother for all she knew she was a breeder which is what they call the woman that is strong enough to bear multiple children.

I was starting to get used to it here until I was in my room reading a book of poems and couldn't help but feel like I was being watched I looked up but seen nothing so I nervously went back to my work not wanting to be like the nieve little girl in a horror movie who goes to see what it was of hell no I ain't-a dumb ass, I noticed out of the corner of my eye a shadowy figure standing in the corner of my room, I thought it was nothing until I seen it move, Gulping I stood there not knowing what to do should I scream...stay quiet and pretend it's not there?

"Don't be a frightened child...I mean you no harm" said a voice I snapped to reality and looked right at the corner

"who the Fuck is there" I whispered loudly

"I'm here to help you get back to your pack now be quiet and listen" you will sit on your bed at midnight and open your mind link then you will give me your location to send to your pack, do you understand?" the voice asked I shook my head, yes and then I was alone.
