I opened Anna's bedroom door and peek inside , but Anna's not around. Where could that little girl be? Just then I heard a loud cry echoing at the hallway , I immediately stride towards there.

"Didn't we told you not to disobey me and your poppa? Why would you disobey us? Do you want us to lock you at your room and not let you go out ever again?"-its Allisa's voice , but I doesnt hear any respond.

"Are you being stubborn now? Answer me Anna!"

Then I heard a loud cry from Anna

"Stop crying! I'm already infuriated with your cries , I told you stop crying!!"- my brows furrowed when I heard a slapping sound and followed by Anna's gawking cry.

"Sowwy sowwy momma"

My fist clenched and I slammed the door open. There I saw Allisa standing in front of Anna who was kneeling in front of her , ducking her head and cupping her cheek while crying. Allisa turned her gaze towards me with a raising brow.

"What do you want?"-she asked

"Are you hurting your own child?"-I asked back annoyed

"I am her mother so don't interrupt me on my parenting ways here Aveera , go out"-she said

"You are hurting a kid! You might be a mother or not , but Anna is just a kid!"-I exclaimed.

"She did something wrong. She disobeyed me and her poppa , its right to let her know what her fault is!"-she said

"Then tell her in a proper way she could understand without being physical!"-I said and march towards the kid

"This is because of you. When you arrived here , everything was disarranged , you made a chaos of everything , you shouldn't have come back!"

"Believe me Allisa , I did not came back here on my own will , but I couldn't just let this happen since I am here , you are handling your kid in a wrong way"-I said

"How would you know how to handle things when you yourself is irresponsible , and you're not even a mother"-she said

"You don't know what you are talking about Allisa , have you discovered what happened to me for seven years? I might still look stubborn but surely I am not the one who was in sweets and rainbows on my whole life , I faced any worst situation possible in life , and you won't be sure if I have a kid or not , you don't know what happened to me"-I said scooping Anna into my arms before I turn around , but stop midway.

"Who knows , maybe Anna has half brothers and sisters out there , you wouldn't know"-I said and I saw how her face became pale , I smirked before I started going out. I closed the door and stopped when I saw Archer standing outside.

"What was that all about?"-he asked

"What? I'm just rescuing little Anna , look what happened to her beautiful little face"-I said checking Anna's reddening left cheek.

"No , not that , the thing you say about might be Anna's half brothers and sisters"-he said. I looked at him and laugh.

"Oh I thought you're going to scold me for interrupting Allisa's parenting ways"-I said before I started walking while he followed me

"Don't worry , that was just to diss Allisa"-I said as I entered Anna's room. I immediately put her on her bed and checked her cheek again.

"This will leave a mark.."-I said. Anna is just small so it wouldn't be easy for her to have a self healing.

"Shall I get first aid kit?"-Archer ask

"I'll go get it instead"-I said standing up

"There might be on the bathroom"-he said as he replaced me on my position a while ago , while I went towards Anna's bathroom. I immediately located the kit , I took it and went out but stop midway to found Archer inspecting the bruise on his daughter's cheek.

"Does it hurt?"- he asked gently caressing it , Anna nodded in respond.

"Momma is just so angry and worried with you , don't be angry with her okay? Poppa will just kiss it and it'll heal"-he said and kissed Anna's cheek. A smile crept on my lips with the scene in front of me. That's so adorable , stupid but fluttering , I wish every kid could experience that. I went towards them and gently put the kit on the bed.

"So...you also know how to be sweet with your kid eh?"-I asked giving Archer a sly smile. A blush crept on his cheek. A Blush!!

"So , you can also blush!"-I said pinpointing his face.

"I'm not blushing , I'm angry"-he said but I just laughed at him

"You can just admit it though"-I said taking a cream that could heal Anna's bruise and putting an ample amount on my finger before applying it on her cheek.

"Anna , don't sneak out again without permission okay? Cause there might be bad wolves outside and they will eat you"-I said and she nod at me

"Yes Awnt Aveewa , but I can go out if I ask pewmission?"-she asked

"Hm.. Maybe if you are with me or poppa"-I said

"Okay!"

"It's already late , Anna you should go to sleep now okay?"-Archer said

"Yes , Poppa!"-she said cheerfully

"You too Aveera"-he said picking up the first aid kid

"Yes , Poppa!"-I copied Anna's tone and chuckle , Archer shook his head at me a smile playing on his lips before he turn around to put the first aid kit back to the bathroom. I kiss Anna's forehead and tuck her into bed before I stood and walk towards the door , but before I could go out ,

"Awnt Aveewa , can we giwl's bonding togethew with poppa??"-she asked making me stop. I glanced towards her and towards Archer who just go out of the bathroom too.

"Hm.. That's up to your poppa , but he's going to agree right , poppa?"-I asked with a grin on my lips

"Well.."-he said but before he could finish I let him deal with it and went out of the room already.

" Aveera , Aveera , wake up sleepy head , wake up sleeping beauty "

I grunt with the disturbance to my sleep.

"Aveera wake up"- someone said shaking me on my sleep.

"Five minutes!"-I groan

"We're leaving"- I grunt again and roll over my bed to slam my face on the comforter.

"It's too early to go to work!"-I said

"We're not going to work , we're going outside the pack"

"Family bonding"

That's when I shut my eyes open and sit up in no time.

"What did you say?"-I asked to Archer and noticed he is already wearing a black shirt and a new jeans.

"I'm giving Anna the chance for the bonding she's talking about and now it's already morning and we needed to hurry before she wake up , this is a surprise"-he said , I gape at him surprised.

"Wow , give me a sec!"-I said before I flee inside the bathroom. After not even 10 minutes I finished taking a bath , I immediately slip on a black turtle neck dress fitted on my body and put on a long brown trench coat. I quickly put a light make up and bunned my hair before going out. I found Archer holding a sleeping Anna between his arms who's already wearing a new dress and a coat. He mouthed 'come on' before he descended to the staircase going to the roof top. I silently followed him until we are on the rooftop and my eyes widen to see a chopper in there.

"So it's real that we are going out?!"-I exclaimed

"Of course , after you" - he said and I excitedly went up the chopper. He gave Anna to me and I secured her on my arms before he followed me up. I grin excitedly at him. Wow , I couldn't believe we're going out of the pack , in a chopper!!!

"Are you all ready Alpha?"-the pilot ask

"Yes Harris"

And after a while the pilot already operated the copter. The sun hasn't still rise completely so its still dark and cool , Archer put his arms around me and I lean towards his shoulder. We looked at the sleeping Anna together.

"She would be like seeing unicorns when she woke up"-I said

"This is our first time bonding together , and going outside the pack"-he said

"Seriously?"-I asked

"Yep"-he said. Oh.. And yet he chooses to bring me instead. I am overwhelmed. And like we expected Anna woke up on our halfway towards the city and she immediately screamed in excitement and she wouldnt let everything slip from her eyes , she kept on looking down not even afraid she'll fall. We land on a rooftop of a high building that I recognized as the W•Hotel , the elegant , five star hotel in town. I looked at Archer suspiciously , why would we land in a hotel instead the typical airport?? I followed him down while he is holding the excited Anna on her hand and we went towards the elevator. Then I was about to speak when he raised his brow at me

"You'll find out"-he said

Soon enough we arrived at the lobby of the hotel and every employee stopped what they are doing and faced him.

"Good morning Mr. Wringgs"-they said in chorus. A man in suit approached us.

"Mr. Chairman"-he said and my mouth gape open. What did he call him?

"Mr. Manager"-Archer greeted back

"What a perfect family you have"-he said and Archer smiled putting his palm on the small of my back.

"Thank you Garner , this is Aveera my wife and my daughter Anna"-he said

"Nice to meet you Mrs. Wringgs , little Anna"-he said with a polite tone and gesture , I greeted him back

"The car's already outside sir"-he said

"Yes , thank you"-he said and led us out.

"Did I misheard it? Or you just confuse it?"-I asked

"They doesn't know about my personal life anyways , you are who you are"-he said

"Come on Awnty!! Let's go to the cawr!"-before I could even answer Anna already pulled me towards a fancy car waiting outside. The chauffeur gave Archer the key and I entered the passenger seat while Anna went inside the back seat and Archer on the driver's seat.

"You own that hotel all along?!"-I exclaimed as soon as the door was closed.

"What do you think?"-he asked. What the heck! That's been one of our VIP client , but I never seen him doing the negotiations. He's something else , I guess. This is definitely a surprise.
