《Pokémon Sun & Moon: Emethyst's Journey》We Know Where You're Going, Mimikyu!

Pokeball clutched in my hand; Gengar and I flew in the air back to the dock. I knew the boat to Melemele Island had either already left, or was getting ready to set sail. I will admit, riding Gengar was something I had never experienced before. It was way better than probably riding a Rapidash. The sun was glaring in my eyes. I needed to invest in a pair of shades if I was going to be living here. I used my hand as a shade, as I looked around.
Gengar and I floated to the dock, to see the boat had set sail already. I looked ahead, and saw the boat up a little ways. I saw my dad at the back of the boat waving his arms, as well as the rest of my classmates.
"Alright Gengar, how fast can you float?" I asked him, as I looked down at him. Adrenaline began pumping through my veins, as I continued clutching the Pokeball close to my chest.
"Geng!" He exclaimed, as he took off full speed to the boat.
"Whoa!" I exclaimed, still not used to the speed. My body went back, but I held on as tight as I could with my other hand. Gengar went full speed at the boat. This felt like something out of my dreams. I looked down at the running ocean, and saw a school of Luvdiscs swimming. I was amazed at how clear the water was, to where I could see straight down.
"When you see a Luvdisc, that's me telling you I love you." My mother's warm voice echoed in my head. I felt my heart warm up as well as my cheeks. I felt whole again. Now it was my turn to make someone else whole.
"I love you too, mom." I said quietly, as I looked down at the Luvdiscs. I then turned my attention to the boat, which was close now. I could see my dad and classmates getting bigger with every inch we got closer.
"Alright Gengar, land on the boat!" I exclaimed, as I had my sights on the bright white boat that was pretty much right underneath us. Gengar landed on the white boat, right in front of my classmates and my dad.

I hopped off of Gengar's back, with the Pokeball still in hand. Everyone then came running over to me.
"There you are! Did you catch it?!" My dad exclaimed.
"Emethyst, you made it!" Lillie exclaimed.
"Well, what happened?!" Kiawe exclaimed.
"Did you catch the Pokemon??" Ash asked.
Everyone was bombarding me with questions, so I just held out the Pokeball, and showed everyone. "I sure did." I said. Everyone looked down at the Pokeball with happiness.
I then threw the Pokeball. "Come on out, Mimikyu!" I exclaimed. I was so thrilled with my new catch.
"WAIT, MIMIKYU?!" Ash exclaimed, as if he were scared. "Pika pika?!" Pikachu also screamed right behind him, as if he were scared. Did I miss something?
The beige colored Pokemon materialized right in front of me, and turned around. I walked over to it. "Hey, Mimikyu!" I exclaimed. Mimikyu perked up right as soon as it saw me, and ran over to me. "Kyu!" It exclaimed, as it danced around my feet happily. I was happy that it was finally happy.
Everyone watched the Mimikyu, as if they were in complete shock. I didn't understand. Mimikyu then stopped dancing around my feet, and turned it's attention to Ash. I saw it look up at Pikachu. Pikachu and Ash tensed up immediately, as they were bracing for an attack. But instead, Mimikyu began crying like it was last night. "Kyu! Kyu!" It sobbed loudly.
"Huh?" Everyone said at once. I sat down criss cross style in front of it, as I had done when I first met it. I tried my hardest to get it to calm down. "Mimikyu, don't cry." I said to it. Mimikyu then turned it's back to me, and sobbed again.
"A Mimikyu that cries when it sees a Pikachu...." Rotom Dex said, as he went over to take a picture. "That's.... different."
He said hesitantly.
"I've never seen a Mimikyu cry like that before." Kiawe added. "Team Rocket's Mimikyu gets angry when it sees Pikachu." He said.
"Yeah, me neither." Lillie said, as she looked down at my crying Mimikyu. "Poor little thing, though."

It was then that I thought about the boy that had abandoned it. He was holding a Pikachu. Was it... Was it possible that Mimikyu saw this happen? I felt my heart crack when I figured this out. When it saw Ash's Pikachu, it was probably reminded of it's trash ex trainer. Ugh, if my dad hadn't of gotten in my way... I thought, as my fist balled up.
"Mimikyu, look at me." I said to it, as I tried to get it to turn around.
Mimikyu continued sobbing, but it did turn around and look at me. I held my arms open, and it jumped into my arms and began crying it's eyes out. It felt strange. Underneath the cloth, whatever was under there felt similar to Gengar. It was very light, and weighed next to nothing. I stood up, and held it in my arms as if it were a baby.
Everyone crowded around me, and looked at my little Mimikyu. I took a deep breath, I didn't really want everyone crowding around it, not with the state it was in right now. "Guys, can I have a moment alone with Mimikyu, please?" I said, as I looked around at everyone. I knew I needed to soothe this little baby as much as I could. "Just give me a few minutes." I said to everyone.
"Of course, Emethyst." Mallow smiled at me. Everyone else made the same smile. I smiled back, as I turned to go to a more private area of the boat where not many people were around.
"Mimikyu, please stop crying." I said to it, as I cuddled it in my arms tighter. "Listen to me, I promise with all of my being I'm not ever going to give up on you. I know you're not going to trust me right off the bat, but please.." I plead to it, as I looked down at it's sad little eyes. "Also, why are you so jealous of Pikachu?" I asked it. "Your typing is so unique! There's no other Pokemon with your typing!" I exclaimed quietly. It was true, I had done a little research while I couldn't sleep last night. "You also have only two weaknesses!" I exclaimed quietly.
"Kyu?" Mimikyu said, as it looked up at me with it's little eyes.
"Mimikyu, I don't want you to feel negative emotions anymore. Please, let me make you whole again." I said, as I looked down at it's little eyes. I thought back to my dad, and how he had made me whole again. It was now time for me to make Mimikyu whole. "If you ever feel like you're going to cry again, just run into my arms." I said, as I hugged it tighter.
Mimikyu stopped crying, and then looked up at me with pure love in it's eyes. It was almost like baby doll eyes. I then turned back around to face everyone, still clutching my Mimikyu.
Everyone else had their back to me now, but my dad was watching me. I had a feeling he was watching me this whole time. I looked up at his familiar green framed eyes, and smiled. He then walked over to me.
"I'm proud of you, Emethyst." He said to me, as he hugged me. "It takes a lot to do what you did." He said.
I looked up at him, and returned his smile as I clutched my Mimikyu. "I learned from the best, dad." I said, and smiled warmly. "You made me whole again. Now it's my turn to pass it on." I said, as I looked down at Mimikyu.
"Kyu!" Mimikyu said, happily, as it burrowed into my arms more.
My dad hugged me tighter. "You know, I thought that Mimikyu might be a problem considering Ash has Pikachu, but I don't think I have much to worry about. This one has a way different temperament than Team Rocket's Mimikyu." He said. Mimikyu looked up at my dad, and closed it's eyes lovingly.
I sighed. "So how long is the ride to Melemele?" I asked.
"We'll be home in time for dinner." My dad said.

Agent of the Alternates
This is the first Well of Souls story. Nathan Hunter, as well as five hundred other seniors at his high school, found themselves pulled into the deadly game in an alternate dimension of their school, where they had to survive against increasingly tough monsters while completing a series of Challenges as their numbers continued to dwindle with no end in sight. With no way off the property, nor any way out of the alternate and back to their real dimension, Nathan and his classmates battle for survival in the hopes that eventually, they will be freed from the game. Warning: Things will get repetitive at times, particularly after Arc 1. The reason for this becomes clear in the first couple of chapters of Arc 2. It is simply the nature of the lives they lead.

Another world
For some, this old story would always be altered, but the outcome was always the same. 'The Evening Celebration.' Some blame humanity for provoking them, while others accuse monsters from another realm, and a few believed it was all merely the devil's fault. There is now a killer in the city. Attacking all the young ladies, pulling something from within them, and abandoning them on the doorsteps of their loved ones. Exactly similar to the old story. Will this issue ever be resolved, or will it be the start of something new? Ignoring the matter is also an option. Continuing with their everyday routine is generally a wise decision. That's just for the time being, of course. Till the plot leads them to someone they should have never encountered.

I, Mor-eldal: The Necromancer Thief
As a budding little necromancer, I soon discovered that the world of city people is complicated. When my master kicked me out of the cave, he warned me not to talk about my “dark” magic, because people here don't like the undead. I am not really an undead, I just have a skeleton hand, but it is better to be careful. Anyway, that's not my biggest worry. In the Black Dagger brotherhood, I learn a lot of things, such as illusionist magic, which turns out to be quite handy to survive in this maze of streets: in the Cat Quarter, we have thugs of all kinds that are best avoided. But we also have good people, goodhearted “gwaks”, as we say around here. Little did I know that I would soon be caught up in an infamous traffic that would entangle my life even more. With a mix of lighthearted adventure and picaresque, this story narrates the hectic life of a good-spirited street child and his companions in a medieval urban fantasy setting with some nineteenth-century influences. Updates Mondays and Fridays. This is a Creative Commons By work. It is a translation of a trilogy I wrote in Spanish between 2017 and 2018.
