《Candied Heart-Fatgum x reader》Chapter Twenty-Three

It has been several months now, and there has been no trace of Y/n or the League of Villains. Its like after they recaptured her, they fled into hiding. I couldn't bring myself to think of any of the possibilities of what could be happening to her. My mother found out what had happened and completely blamed herself because I had tried to refuse going on a date because of something like this happening. I haven't been able to get her to hold a conversation with me since. My father let me know how she was holding up, but he told me she was constantly praying that Y/n would return to me safely. Most of the search team had given up and left it at that. Aizawa, Hawks, Midnight, All Might, and Endeavor were the only ones who were still working on trying to find her. We forced the 1A kids to stay out of it. Midoriya, Bakugou, Kirishima, and Mina have been pestering us since day one of her disappearance to let them help. Tamaki was also helping from the sidelines. He didn't want to be on the frontlines if it came down to a fight. And he didn't want his name to be anywhere near the press if possible. Ever since she disappeared I haven't worked but maybe four days a week, and going on patrols throughout the city every night. Y/n would be scolding me for worrying like this, even if it were about her. Funny how close I was to have someone so precious so close to me, just for it to be ripped away.
"Fatgum, I have Erasurehead on line 4, he says its very urgent that he speaks to you." Nat tried to give me a reassuring smile before bowing and leaving my office. I picked up the phone and clicked over to line 4. "Fatgum, we have another possible lead. A few cities over a singular and unnaturally short earthquake was reported. Half of the city got destroyed, but the source is completely unknown. We are trying to see if it might have something to do with the LOV. But unfortunately this happened over a month ago." I had another sliver of hope. I got up immediately. "I will be over there as soon as possible." I hung up the phone and got ready to leave.

I clutched my head as the head-splitting headache made me drop to the floor. Shigaraki was making me train my newfound quirk day-in and day-out. He said if I didn't train it that it would go to waste. And if it went to waste, he said he would give me something worse than death. His threats were not to be ignored. Slowly but surely, the headache relieved itself and I was able to use my senses again. With my newfound quirk came very severe side effects. Headaches and migraines were the lighter sides of the side effects. The worst side effects were the ones that caused blackouts in the city and physical wounds to rip across my skin. Even if I hadn't been physically injured during training, if I overused my quirk I'd end up with gashes across my appendages.
AFO held my hand and punctured my wrist with another syringe. "This is for your own good Y/n. You are the next biggest everything. Just your very existence will make the world rock with the next revolutionary war. We will show the world that the Heroes they so very much adore, are just doing it all for the fame and money! We will show them what really makes people become what they call villains." I cringed as the thick fluid made my body feel cold. AFO did many more tests on me before releasing me to go home, or at least where Shigaraki calls home.
"We are changing bases." My ears perked up at the news. "What? Why?" I was being dragged by the arm to an undisclosed location. "Because. The heroes busted what was our current base. Kurogiri has already got us covered. Him and Dabi found another place to set up base." Shigaraki dropped my arm long enough to send out coordinates to Kurogiri. It wasn't long before we were dropped through a portal and into what looked like a warehouse. Once I got a grasp of my surroundings, I realized where the base was. They were now using the nomu factory as a base. I held my nose as a horrid stench filled my nostrils. Once again Shigaraki grabbed me by my arm and snatched me around like a rag doll. "Can't you be a bit more gentle? I'm not going to run away now. Not like I could anyway." I mumbled. His foot connected with my back and I ate dirt on the concrete floor. "I don't give a shit, I will do however I damn well please." His voice was worse than nails on a chalkboard now. His voice ranged in different ways from scratchy to downright horrible. It would help if the sack of shit would actually take care of himself. But its better he doesn't, it'll make my escape easier if he's weakened due to lack of food, hydration and sleep. His foot connected with my head several times, making the particles on the floor get embedded into my face. So far no one had a clue as to what my quirk could be. All we know is that it was somehow connected to AFO's quirk. After Shigaraki removed his foot from my head I got up and found a wooden crate to sit on. No one else had arrived to the new base. So there was only Kurogiri, Shigaraki, and myself. Neither one seemed to want to speak to each other. I flipped the crate over and found that the bottom of it had been hollowed out. I crawling inside and made myself comfortable.

My stomach has been gurgling for the last hour, nonstop. There was no food, no water, and barely enough room to fit everyone who needed somewhere to stay. Mr. Compress was one of the very few who cared to pay any attention to me and try to help me. He was also one of the very few League members who had money and could blend into society. He had left to get me food, secretly might I add, since Shigaraki was refusing to feed me even if there was any food. I felt a soft tug on my t-shirt and turned to the cause. Mr. compress gave me one of his marbles and held a finger to his lips. "Hide inside of the crate to eat it. The marble will decompress in two minutes." I nodded and turned the crate over and put it over myself. It was dark but I was able to see what I was doing. I quickly scarfed down my food and left almost no trace of it before crawling out of the crate. Now the most recognizable members of the League were gathered here. I sat on top of the crate and waited. I couldn't do anything till I was able to break free of the chip they implanted into me. Shigaraki came back around the corner and started to discuss what the League's next action was going to be.

Island Paradise (Grashien Chronicles Book 1)
The Grashiens have survived in hiding for millenia, peacefully watching over the human race from within. The arrival of one girl sets in motion a chain of events that will be impossible to stop. What will come of this unexpected change in circumstances? How will the tribes react? And will the Grashiens be able to rejoin society for good? Author's note: This is the first book in what is expected to be an eight-book series. The first few chapters aren't very good since they were written when I was about ten, but the quality improves around chapter 7. Please bear with it; I'll try to get the chapters in as soon as possible. Thanks!

Verdant Heart Seed - A Reverend Insanity fan-fiction
Back in the Late Antiquity Era, the protagonist meets his untimely demise. But Heaven and Earth always leaves a way out, his new cultivation journey begins anew on the path of reclaiming his former strength and defying Fate.---This is a story about a native cultivator of the Gu world. He lived in the era of/before Spectral Soul Demon Venerable (two venerable eras before the main RI plot). He suffered the rise of the demon venerable, barely able to make his arrangements before his death. He manages to rebirth, but doesn't everything go as planned. The story starts off in an isolated small word (grotto heaven), until the MC can grow and reclaim his former glory, before surpassing it. (long way, he was already rank 8 before) The MC has a pragmatic worldview, aligned with what you would expect from someone living hundreds of years in that kind of hostile environment. He doesn't shy away from immoral acts if it benefits him. The MC bears close resemblance to Fang Yuan in this regard, but his goal is not eternal life. One of my aims was to showcase the later introduced cultivation rules into the mortal cultivation (dao marks, attainment etc.) and explore novel scenarios within this highly technical cultivation environment.
