guys, when i first started this story i literally had no idea what i was doing.

yoongi was going to have a girlfriend. soma was her name.

and spoiler alert : I HAAAAAAAATED SOMA. she was such a brat ugh. i made her bratty originally to make the readers hate her, but then i ended up hating her so i was like BYE SOMA~! and yoongi just like that, yoongi is a single pringle.

that's right, folks. i originally wasn't going to put hoseok in the story because jin was the original 'best friend'. but i changed it to hoseok because SOPE. yoongi and hoseok just get along so well i thought i should have hobi be there instead. no hate to my bby jin tho!!!

bro. i was going to make yejin a THREE YEAR OLD. three year olds have extremely limited vocab! how am i supposed to make yejin interesting when she can't say anything! so i added 2 years :3

yeah... i was originally going to make jihye a writer like many of us here on wattpad (drew inspiration from Jane the Virgin) but... it didn't really tie into the story... like... at all... so we said BYE BYE to jihye's love for writing.

as you all know, i got help from my buddies and which probably means ~CRACKHEAD ENERGY~ so...

this was a sketch of some ideas for titles, scenes, and character names. i'm cringing as i read this bye

SO! you remember Operation Win Jihye Back? yes, the outfit i described her wearing was not from my imagination, lol. i ain't no fashion designer. but! i imagined her wearing something like this :

i officially created a document on yes. that is way over a year ago. and it was originally going to be an ordinary story, no fanfiction, no nothing. it was about two best friends who fall iN LoVe. so cliche, right?

so i worked with that story for a long time, until i literally despised it so i wiped it clean and then a YOONGI fanfic was born on . yoongi wasn't originally going to be a single father. just a college dude, here's a sample of THAT story

and one night, i couldn't sleep so i was just thinking about my ~fanfic~ and then the idea that yoongi is a single father with a lil' baby girl popped into my mind. the next morning which happened to be

and for some reason on i had the idea to make it a frigging SOULMATE AU!!!! I LOVE SOULMATE AUs!! BUT I CANT WRITE THEM FOR SH-

yea, soulmate aus aren't my strong suit. maybe i'll do one in the future if i have the confidence to. YAY!

and finally, on (more than a year later) i finally discarded the soulmate idea and decided to write my own story. JEEZ. TOOK ME LONG ENOUGH. LIKE A YEAR. WHAT EVEN.

sorry i typed so much. there was just so much going on with this story! but it finally made it onto wattpad!! yay!
