It has been a few days now since Makoto and Kaoru got together. 3 days to be exact. It is currently Friday.

Makoto has been talking to Kaoru more, in person and through phone calls. Makoto and Kaoru's friend, Lia has come back to class on Tuesday.

During 4th period, Makoto was searching for one of her textbooks in her bag when she found a note.

"You look beautiful today. I love you" ~ secret admirer

That isn't the first time she has gotten notes like these. Everyday, she has been getting little notes like these. For example, on Tuesday, the note read:

"Your hair smells like blueberries. I love blueberries and you! Let's eat blueberries when we go out on a date!"

If Makoto had to be honest, it sounded like someone she knew. It kinda sounded like Honey but she knew it wasn't Honey writing notes like these.

Who else could it be?

No, he doesn't know much about Makoto's personal life.

Tamaki?

Definitely not, he loves Haruhi.

Mori?

He's nice but he wouldn't write notes like these to Makoto. He seems to be more forward when it comes to confessing.

What about Hikaru?

Nope. He wouldn't do that to his brother.

Who else could it be?

Then, Makoto flashed out of her daydream and noticed Haruhi reading her notes.

"Yah! Haruhi! What are you doing? Give those back!" Makoto whispered since they were in class.

"Who gave you these notes? They seem a bit obsessed." Haruhi said giving her notes back.

"I don't know. They're just a secret admirer. They aren't obsessed. At least I don't think so." Makoto responded. She really didn't know who it could be.

"You know, if Kaoru sees these notes, it could interfere with your realtionship." Haruhi said shaking her head.

"If Kaoru sees what?" Kaoru asked, approaching his girlfriend.

"N-Nothing." Makoto said and hid the notes.

Kaoru acted quickly and read one of the notes. This note was from Wednesday.

"Cute cute cute! That's what you are! Are you still single? I could take you out and make you the happiest person ALIVE!"

Kaoru stared at the note angrily.

"Who wrote this to you?" Kaoru asked, crumbling the paper in his hand.

Jealously isn't the best policy...anyways...

"I don't know. I'm trying to figure that out as well." Makoto responded and sighed.

Kaoru clenched the note in anger and walked back to his seat.

After class, Kaoru and Makoto walked to the host club together, hand in hand. Once they arrived, they walked in and sat on one of the couches.

"Makoto, this arrived earlier. It's for you." Kyoya said and handed her a bouquet of red roses with a note. Kaoru snatched the note from her hands and read it. His face paled.

"Kaoru? Baby? What's wrong?" Makoto asked worried. The host club looked at them. Kaoru handed Makoto the note. The note read:

"Soon you'll finally be free! Kaoru will be no more and we can finally be together! Aren't you happy? We will be the best couple in school!

p.s. Don't worry about Kaoru. I'll take care of everything. You will be happy to not see him anymore!"

Makoto froze. Haruhi shook her from the shoulders. No response.

"Mako?" Haruhi said first.

"Mako-chan?" Then it was Honey.

"Makoto?" Then Mori, Hikaru, Kaoru, and Kyoya.

"M-Makoto? Are you alright?" Tamaki asked carefully.

Makoto clenched the note in her hand.

"We need to find out who wrote this! I won't let anyone get hurt! Tamaki? Did you see who brought in the letter?" Makoto asked, hoping to get a clue. Tamaki shook his head.

"The note was already here when we arrived." Tamaki said.

There was a silent pause.

"Kyoya. Can't you run the prints on the letter?" Kaoru asked.

Kyoya thought for a bit and nodded.

"It might take me a while. We might have to shut down the host club for today..." Kyoya said grabbing his computer and getting ready to work. He scanned the letter and tried his best to find the best print on the letter. The firmer the print was, the better. No smudges.

Then, the door to the host club opened.

"Sorry, there won't be any-"

"Makoto! I missed you! How have you been?" Lia said and hugged Makoto. Makoto hugged back as if it was a reflex.

Kaoru scowled and looked away. The host club members looked at him in confusion. Hikaru grabbed his shoulder amd Kaoru spoke,

"Later."

And all of the host clib focused on Lia and Makoto.

"Why don't we go on a date Makoto?" Lia started off, twirling her hair with her index finger.

"Sure, lets go with Kaoru." Makoto said walking over to Kaoru.

"NO! I-I mean no, just us two." Lia said and smirked. Makoto just saw it as a smile and nodded.

'That sounded suspicious. It would be crazy if Lia was the one writing those notes. Right?' Kaoru thought and watched the two girls in front of him.

"Well, if Kaoru says I can go..." Makoto saod looking at her boyfriend. Kaoru worried for a bit and nodded.

'She won't do anything to her. After all, I was the one who was threatened.' Kaoru thought and watched his girlfriend go.

Lia seemed harmless right?

Once Makoto and Lia left, all of the host club members looked at each other.

"Kaoru, will you tell us what happened with you and Lia?" Hikaru said looking at his brother.

Kaoru thought for a bit. He could just not tell them anything and let Lia habe Makoto forever but he was willing to fight for her. He sighed,putting his head down and nodded.

"After our date with Makoto and Lia, She threatened me. She said if I don't back away from Makoto now, she will kill me... I don't want to lose her Hikaru..." Kaoru said with tears almost coming out of his eyes.

All of the host's eyes were wide. They never thought a sweet girl like Lia would threaten one of the nicest people in the school.

Lia was like miss perfect. She was nice and would help if you asked.

That wasn't the case this time.

As if on cue, Kyoya's computered beeped. Kyoya ran to his computer and looked at the screen.

No hits.

Kyoya looked at the hosts and shook his head.

They all sighed.

"Kyoya, I know this might sound crazy but could you run the prints again and see if they're similar to Lia's?" Kaoru asked and Kyoya simply nodded.

All of Ouran Academy had to register with their fingerprints.

Not even a second later, the computer beeped.

All of the hosts went to go look at the computer.

Their eyes widened to the results on the screen.

...

Kim Lia was an 100% match to the fingerprint on the letters.
