Luckily you two made it to a place where the cameras doesn't catch you and sighed in relief. Xiao and you leaned against the fence gasping for breath.

xiao followed from behind after you suddenly ran off leaving him behind. he kind of lied about having no money but hearing your complaints he sighed.

"can I get one?" he stepped in front of you asking the lady who was selling them. "huh? i thought you had no money," your eyes widen.

"which one do you want?" he ignored what you had just asked him. "uh is it okay? well I'm not complaining then. that one please," you pointed to one of the plush on display.

xiao nodded asking how much it was luckily he had enough for it. while he was handing the money to the lady you had the plush in your hand staring at him.

he was actually your type exactly your type he brought you comfort and cared about people in his own way. you shook your head looking to the other direction.

"thank you do you want me to pay you back?" you continued to walk down the streets with him. who were you kidding? you were broke as fuck.

"It's fine the almond tofu is enough," he answered. and so the journey continues you guys skipped school to roam around looking at the stuff you guys never had time to look at.
