Dylan POV
"would you look at how beautiful that water is ugh" i was in heaven.
we had just arrived at our resort. and it was amazing, we where right by the beach, there was pools. and a spa which i will be taking full advantage of for sure.
"oh we need to hit the beach like ASAP" Hadley was just as excited as i am.
"well first we need to check in" Cooper was such a buzz kill.
"i know" i grabbed his hand in mine and we made our way to the front desk.
"hi i have two rooms under Morris" i informed the lady at the desk.
"can i have your credit card and ID please" she said with a friendly smile.
i gave them to her and she typed on her computer, then smiled at us.
"alright here are two keys to the first room, which is on the fifth floor. your room five hundred and seventy." she passed me the first set of keys.
"then here's the second set, it's on fifth floor as well. that's room five hundred and eighty" she passed me the other set.
"thanks so much" i couldn't wait to hit the beach.
"the wifi information is in the little packet that your keys are in. don't be afraid to call us if you have any questions or need anything. hope you enjoy you stay." she was very friendly.
we thanked her once again, and then made our way to the rooms. i made sure that both the rooms where the same. so that one didn't have more advantage then the other.
"here your keys, you can have five hundred and eighty. and don't worry they are both the same." i assure Max and Hadley.
"sweet" Max grabbed the keys.
"Alright beach here i come" i grinned.
"look at this room oh my gosh" i gasped as we walked in, it was amazing.
"look at that view dang" Cooper walked into to the balcony.
"it's breathtaking" i smiled and came up behind him and wrapped my arms around his waist.
"this week is going to be great i can feel it" Cooper was rubbing my arm that was around him.
"it really is, now let's go hit the beach." i smiled and pulled away from him.
"you sure you don't want to brake in this comfortable looking bed?" he wiggles his eyebrows.
"your nasty" i rolled my eyes.
"we have time" he tried to grab me.
"no we don't" i know we did i just wanted to wait till later.
"your no fun" he wouldn't be saying that later.
i didn't bother saying anything, just moved so that i could get my bathing suit out of my suit case. i even walked into the bathroom, just so that he wouldn't get any ideas. i decided to put on my new suit that i just bought. it was all black and made me look great.
"i mean are you trying to kill me serious" Cooper groaned as i stepped out of the bathroom, he was shirtless and laying on the bed.
"what?" i played innocent.
he rolled his eyes at me, and i laughed.
"come on" i grabbed his hand and pulled him up off the bed.
"do we need towels?" he asked as slid on his nike slides.
"no they have them down at the beach. i saw these little huts as we where walking up to the front desk." i tell him.

he nodded i grabbed my bag that had my sun glasses, sunscreen, my book and a few other things. then slipped on my flip flops. he grabbed my hand and we made our way out the door. as we where walking out Hadley and Max came down the hall way.
"beach here we come" Hadley ran to me. she was rocking a neon green bikini and she looked great.
"oh this sand is so soft" i giggled as i dug my feet in it.
"it's just sand" Cooper commented.
"but it's way better then the sand back home." i rebutted.
he shrugged, and i rolled my eyes and walked a head of him. he wasn't about to mess this up for me. i walked over to a lounge chair, and sat down. it was super bright so i grabbed my sunglasses.
"girl this is great, it's so warm" Hadley sat down on the lounge chair beside me.
"i know i can't wait to go explore the town more later. i want to find something cool to bring back for my parents" when ever i travelled i like to bring something back that is local to where i travel, that we don't have at home.
"ya the drive from the airport made the town look awesome." Hadley matched my excitement, i mean this is why she's my best friend.
"i am going to feel how cold the water is" Max informed us.
"oh i will come with" Hadley stood up and grabbed Max hand.
i reached over to my bag and grabbed my book. i figured i could get some reading in, i started it on the plane and i was really enjoying it so far. it was a book about the study's of human interaction, and how a certain situation can change the way the brain thinks.
it might sound kinda nerdy, but i loved to read these kind of books. and my teacher actually recommended it. so i figured i should give it a try, then maybe i can pick his brain about it later.
"your really going to ignore me" Cooper grabbed the book out of my hand.
i snatched it back from him, and put my book mark in. since apparently i won't be getting any reading done.
"no i wasn't ignoring you, i was trying to relax" i was trying not to snap at him.
"are you mad at me?" he uttered.
"why would you think i was mad at you?" i decided to ask.
"you just seem snippy that's all" he leaned back in his chair.
i didn't say anything, i got up off the chair so that i could lay it flat, i planed on laying on my stomach and tanning.
"what are you doing" Cooper growled as i un did the straps of the top of my bathing suit.
"i don't want tan lines" i declared.
"just make sure you tie them before you get up" he was trying to stay calm i could tell with the way his jaw clenched. and i was greatful that he was trying.
"i am not dumb, now be a good boy friend and rub my back with sunscreen?" i turned my head and batted my eyelashes at him.
"only because i am such a good boyfriend" he joked and grabbed the sunscreen out of my bag.
"thank you honey" i decided to test out.
"honey?" he raised his eyebrow.

"ya i am not feeling that either" i was honest.
"how about i call you Snookums?" he couldn't even say it with a straight face.
"no that terrible" i laughed.
"well it's better then honey" he was way off.
"okay how about i just stick with Babe or baby" i suggested.
"fine i will stick with beautiful" which i was okay with one hundred percent.
"so you wanna hit the town to check out some food places after the beach?" he asked as he rubbed my back.
"well i was thinking just go to the buffet here, and save all that for tomorrow. cause i am a little tired, want to do that with full energy. if that's okay with you?" i was glad to see him taking more interest.
"ya i can feel you on that one" he agreed.
"your hands are a little low for public there buddy" i informed him.
"no one is even around" he defended.
"why you always trying to touch my ass anyways" i have been wondering this for a while.
"cause it's fantastic" he smacked it and moved back over to his chair.
"your terrible" i chuckled.
"so my mom wanted to face time later, lord knows i have to pick up or she will never leave me alone this whole trip" Cooper groaned.
"it's okay she's just happy, she's texted me the other day. she is glad that we are back together. and was glad her idiot son fixed his mistake and got me back" i wasn't when making it up either.
"ya well she needs to just mind her business sometimes" he complained.
"so have you heard anything about Zach?" i decided to ask him.
"it's only been a day or two, i am not to sure how fast the results will come. but i really am hoping it's not his. he's no where near ready to take care of a baby" Cooper was right though.
"maybe it will smarten him up?" i tried to see the bright side of things.
"i am not even going to think about that. this week is all about relaxation, and that is just giving me stress" he was right.
"agreed so let's just enjoy the sun" i closed my eyes and sighed.
"you best be trying you top up if you think about falling asleep. i don't want you rolling and flashing everyone here my goods" he gave me a serious look.
i knew he was right, so i agreed to give home some peace of mind.
Cooper POV
"i am starving" Dylan complained from her chair.
we have been at the beach for over two hours, and we had just gotten out like fifteen minutes ago and where now drying off.
"honestly same though, we haven't eaten anything since early this morning." Hadley agreed.
"yo let's go put some clothes on and hit the buffet then" i suggested cause i was hungry too.
"i am game" Max piped up.
"alright" Dylan stood up off her chair.
so we gathered our stuff, and i grabbed Dylan's hand in mine and made our way up to our room.
"meet at the elevator in twenty?" Max asked we where just in front of our door.
"ya" i agreed.
"cool" he patted my shoulder and walked the rest of the way down the hall to his room.
"dang i don't have time to shower, that okay. i can shower before bed" Dylan shrugged.
i knew she wanted to wash all the sand off her.
"what you wearing" i asked
"mhm not sure" she admits and moved over to her suit case.
"oh this is cute" she pulled out a black dress with red flowers.
"ya it's nice" i agreed.
she placed it on the bed. and walked to the bathroom.
"i am just going to take my bathing suit off in the shower, and just rinse off the sand" she walked to the bathroom.
i followed her
"Cooper what are you doing" she shot me a look.
"i need to rinse to i got sand all in my shorts" it was true.
"no funny business, after diner then i am all yours" she kissed my cheek.
"fine, but i am holding you too your word" i was serious.
"promise" she smiled and took of her suit and sand fell out. which caused us both to laugh.
we quickly rinsed all the sand off, then grabbed towels so that we could dry off. once we where dry we threw on our clothes, i was just wearing shorts and a tank top. and Dylan put on the dress.
we slipped on our slides and made our way to meet Max and Hadley at the elevator. but once again met us outside our door as we came out.
"ohh cute dress girl" Dylan compliments Hadley.
"thanks you too" Hadley smiled.
"wow Max that shirt matches your eyes so awesome" i made a joked in a girly voice.
"dummy i don't sound like that" Dylan punched my arm.
"dang" i placed my hand over top where she punched. she had a strong hit.
"oh i am sorry did that actually hurt" she looked concerned.
"nah you good" i brushed it off.
"i am sorry" she kissed me quickly.
"okay maybe it dose hurt kiss me again to make me feel better" i smirked.
she rolled her eyes, and grabbed Hadley hand and walked ahead of me.
"it's red" Max Points to my arm.
see i take hits harder then that, but i am usually covered in pads. where as this was my direct skin.
"it's good don't even sweat" i didn't want to make a big deal out of it. it only hurt for like a second anyways.
"she packs a punch literally" Max hit that right on the head.
we got down to the buffet and it wasn't to busy, which was a relief. because that meant shorter lines.
"your arms is all red, i feel terrible" Dylan sighed as we headed to the line for food.
"i am okay, don't stress babe okay" i kissed her forehead.
"i didn't mean to hit that hard you know that right" she carried on.
"i know, how stop stressing and get some food into you beautiful" i placed my arm around her waist.
she sighed and started to put different types of food on her plate. some stuff i know what it is, others i dont. but i mean it didn't hurt to try so i added a few different things to my plate as well.
we sat down at the table and i placed my hand on Dylan's leg. she smiled and placed hers over top of mine and intertwined our fingers. i knew she felt terrible about my arm, no matter how much i assured her i am fine.
