A/N: With 4.52K reads I wanted to thank you all with a bonus chapter. Thank you all so much for reading!
I sat in a chair at the kitchen table, biting my finger nail. Alan shot me a look. I ignored him. He slid the phone to me across the table.
"Tell him." He said simply.
"Just get it over with." Dustin replied from the other end of the room.
After finishing up a year at Arizona State, I decided to take the semester off and head home. Theo still had work in Arizona, but we made our relationship work. He would visit during three day weekends and breaks.
I shook my head at the two men and continued biting my nail.
"You need to tell him." Dustin said placing a hand on my shoulder.
"It'll be better if it came from you." Alan smirked.
"You wouldn't." I growled.
"Sweetheart, he's my best friend. I'll rat you out faster than you can say oops."
"But you won't." Dustin glared at him.
"I give her until the end of the day. Tomorrow I tell him."
I growled and grabbed the phone. "I hate you."
"I know." He smiled.
"Privacy please."
Alan rolled his eyes but stood up from the table. Dustin flashed me a reassuring smile before the two of them walked from the room.
My finger hovered over his name, before I gave in and called him. I knew he was probably in the middle of class, but i didn't care. The guys were right, I needed to tell him.
He picked up on the third ring. "Hello baby." He greeted cheerfully.
I smiled. "Sorry to bother you."
"You're not." He laughed. "It's collage. They can handle it. How's everything at home?"

“Fine." I answered. "I called because I needed to tell you something."
"I'm all ears sweetheart." I could hear the smile in his voice. I gulped before I spoke again.
* (SURPRISE! lol)
I ended the call swiftly and placed my phone down on the desk. I was shocked. I felt a tear leave my eye and I quickly wiped it away.
"You okay sir?" Someone in the class asked.
I half smiled. "Just need a minute." I responded wiping my eyes again.
"Everything okay?" Another asked. I nodded my head quickly, not trusting my voice.
"Why are you crying then?"
I looked at the class before me and smiled. "I'm going to be a father, again." The class erupted in cheers and a few students walked over to congratulate me.
I still couldn't wrap my head around it. Desiree and I had only started becoming intimate with each other six months ago. We never discussed children. I had Teddy and he was enough for the both of us. I was thrilled about the news I had just received though.
She sounded so scared on the phone, and I knew she feared what my reaction would be. I didn't blame her, since we never talked about it, but I was happy. I was ready to be a father again. And I was more than sure Teddy would welcome the idea of a sibling with open arms.
My now almost seven year old had been bugging me for the longest time for a little brother or sister. He didn't care which, but he wanted one. I feared bringing it up to Desiree for the same reason she was scared to tell me. She was still young and I feared she would leave.
Now we would be welcoming a little Fuller into the world in the late spring or early summer. I couldn't wait. I loved Desiree so much and was more than ready to start a family with her.
Now to break the awesome news to Teddy.
