《Perseus Jackson: The Last Stand》We go stargazing

Once I had finished explaining to the gods how I had acquired the title of Warrior of the Abyss, I sat down on a throne I conjured up a chair for myself and sipped some orange juice.

Athena had just finished writing notes and was looking like a child during Christmas. The other gods looked at me in awe.

"Hermes," I asked, looking at him, "do you care about Luke?"

"Yes, I do," he said truthfully.

"Issue a quest to Percy Jackson, Annabeth and Tyson. They should be able to get to Luke and try convincing him and find the fleece at the same time if everything goes according to plan."

Hermes nodded promptly and flashed out.

"Call me if you need any help," I said, before dissolving into darkness. I appeared back home in the archery range, where Zoë was nailing targets.

There was a black aura around all her arrows. I guess Erebus had taught her a new trick.

I teleported towards the latest exploded planet and saw Destruction and Ezousia laughing their heads off.

"Which planet did you blow up now?" I asked, bored already.

"I don't know," Ezousia replied shrugging. "It was one of those planets on which the life forms were consuming their planets life force. We had to end it."

She waved her hand and a new planet formed and took the place of the previous planet, orbiting the two stars of that solar system.

"Asteroid belt!" Destruction exclaimed, before diving into it and blowing up, scattering debris all over the place.

"So what's up?" Ezousia asked awkwardly.

I shrugged, getting extremely nervous.

"Is space a bit warm for you Percy?" She questioned, giggling a bit.

"What?"

"You're sweating," she pointed out.

"Oh," I replied, getting even more nervous.

Are you dear readers wondering why I'm so nervous? Well, it's because I'm pretty sure I've fallen in love with Ezousia. I don't know if she feels the same way about me, but I would literally die for her.

"I want to show you something," I said, grabbing her hand. I dissolved us into darkness and appeared at the convergence of the Electrodia galaxy and the Lavazona galaxy (I know, cringy names, but whatever). Both of them were around ten light-years away from colliding. This made them appear side by side and the view was spectacular.

The Electrodia galaxy was electric blue, each star and planet on it was charged with electricity.

The Lavazona galaxy was one of the hottest galaxies in the universe, but there were probably plenty others; knowing the size of the universe. It was almost orange in colour, with hints of red, yellow and blue here and there.

Ezousia saw the two galaxies and gasped.

"How did you find it?"

I shrugged and smirked at her. "Like it?"

She nodded, not tearing her eyes away from the meeting of the two galaxies. "You have a good eye Jackson, I'll admit that," she said.

"I aim to please."

"Have you ever seen the entire Void?" She questioned.

"No," I replied shaking my head.

"I wish we could."

"Aren't you the literal power and soul of the universe. You should be able to see it shouldn't you?"

She shook her head.

"Then maybe it's like that for a reason," I suggested.

"But why?"

"I don't know."

She huffed.

"Try using your powers to see if there's an end to the universe," I suggested.

I closed her eyes and glowed with power.

I transformed into pure light, brighter than the sun (weird flex), and transferred all my energy into Ezousia.

She glowed extra bright for a few second, before opening her eyes and looking at me with wide eyes.

"It doesn't end," she whispered.

I looked a her with wide eyes. I always knew that the universe was huge and would take aeons to explore, but the fact that it was never ending was a serous shock to me. It just made me realise that despite being a Primordial or whatever, I was so insignificant compared to the universe.

That small pain I had at the edge of my nail because of peeling skin was literally nothing! Nothing! Nonexistent compared to what was really ou there. Even the Milkyway was like a glass of milk compared to the what was out there.

"Yep," she said. "I read your mind because I wanted to know what you were thinking. And clearly, you're as lost as me."

"Yep," I confirmed.

"Cool," we both said together after a short pause and blushed.

"Tell me about how you became the Conqueror of Shadows. I know all about you titles. I met Extinct the other day."

I smiled at the memory.

"Common," I said and shadow travelled us away.
