《Lombardi - Finn Shelby》Home life.

"Finn, can you go get John!" I shouted towards my husband whilst I quickly changed.
"Finn?" I shouted again as I got no response. I finished changing and ran into baby Johns room where he was crying.
God he grows so fast, I can't keep up. He was now a month old and I already want time to stop.
I walked into the living room to see an empty couch.
"Finn!" I called out again and still no answer, I sighed sadly and sat on the sofa. I rocked John a little but it didn't work.
I didn't know why I was sad, probably because this happens on the daily now. I don't know what I expected really. Maybe a husband who helps around but no he has to help with business.
I fed John quietly wishing Finn was here when there was two happy knocks on my door. I opened it with John snuggling into my chest.
"Hello Mrs Shelby." Eva said walking through the door.
"Hello Eva, I'll be right back. I'm just going to put this little one to bed," I told her whilst she put a bag of food on the counter.
I gently placed the sleeping John in his cot before returning to the kitchen.
"Where's Finn?" She asked me putting bread in the cabinets.
"No idea, he's either working or down the Garrison," I told her truthfully.
"Again, this early, what happened to taking a break?" She asked me and I shrugged.
I really couldn't be arsed to deal with this, although it upset me I ignored my feelings.
"Thank you for bringing food Eva." I thanked her hugging her.
"No problem, if it weren't for me you'd be starving." Eva said slightly annoyed. "Come on, I bet you're going insane in here, let's go to the Garrison," Eva suggested.

"What about John?" I reminded her but she sighed.
"Bring him with us. I'm sure he can handle the noise." Eva said getting me to agree.
"Fine but after he's woken up." I told her sternly. She's right, I am going insane in here.
—
Me and Eva walked through the Garrison quietly. When we walked in it suddenly became quite as the men stared at us.
"What?" Eva asked walking to the bar. I pushed the pram into the side room. Unfortunately Finn and his mates were in there.
"Oh hello boys," I said before noticing the white powder on the table. I stared angrily before storming out with John. No way am I staying there with John around that. I wouldn't mind if it was alcohol because it's not like he's gonna breathe it, unlike snow.
I stood by the door and Finn rushed out.
"Rose," Finn started looking at me, but I didn't dare look at him.
"So you left early this morning so you can do snow?" I asked rocking the pram a little.
"No Rose, why would I do that?" He responded but I wouldn't take it.
"Have you ever brought that shit into our house?" I spat looking at him finally. He didn't reply so I scoffed turning away.
"I swear to God Finn, every time you come near the house I'm searching you. Typical, I'm left with the baby whilst you go out to do snow! I am not having you screwed up whilst you're around John so I suggest you stay with one of your mates." I told him before leaving.
"Rose, come on, you can't do that!" Finn shouted running after me.
"Why not? I'm on my own all the bloody time, I'm sure we can handle a day apart, because that's all you've fucking doing since John was born!" I yelled at him showing my blotchy face.

"I'm sorry Rose," Finn told me pulling me into a hug but I just scrambled to get out.
"Just piss off." I told him finally walking away without him following me,
I walked home alone hurriedly, I walked inside and kicked my shoes off. I picked John up and fed him before putting him to sleep. I tried to act calm around him but I was a crying mess.
I went through Finn's clothing just in case he left any in the house - I was glad to not find anything.
I went into the kitchen and made myself some tea.
I am not having my child around snow. I don't want John to be breathing it in.
I sat on the sofa and looked around the room, tears flowing freely down my stressed face. We've only been married for a month and we're already arguing.
"Great, this is so fucking great." I chocked getting up. I wiped my tears and headed to bed.
Please, what happened to my happiness.
—
I woke up suffocated by the soft thick blanket listening to the screams of John. I quickly got up and walked into his room.
I looked in to see someone had beat me to it.
"Finn, what are you doing here?" I asked him standing at the door.
"You need a break Rose, and I never gave you one, I know you're upset right now so today, we are going to go out. Together, as a family." Finn said cradling the small baby.
I smiled and walked over hugging him from behind.
"Sound great." I told him kissing his shoulder. John soon started whining again so I took him and fed him.
"Let's go," Finn said after putting John in his pram. I nodded and we left.
—
We were now sat in the large green field sat on a blanket. John laid in Finn's arms. The warm sun shone on our pale faces. It was partially warm today, great for John.
He wasn't fussy as well which I ideal. I picked at the grass laughing along with Finn.
"Do you remember when we first met?" I asked him picking up a sandwich.
"Yes I opened the door whilst you panicked," Finn smiled which I returned.
"I thought you were perfect even though I had just met you," I reencountered.
"You hugged me as well," Finn chuckled. "It was weird, because no she ever hugged me before." He continued.
"You were very awkward, but hey do you remember when you asked me out?" I asked him laughing whilst he blushed.
Let me tell you it was very awkward and embarrassing for him.
He passed me John and got up.
"We should get going, the suns going to settle soon and so is John." He told me and I slowly got up putting John in his pram after.
—
"Today was great, thank you." I kissed his check gently.
"We should do it again," he told me wrapping his arms securely around my waist.
"Yeah, now come on lets go to bed." I said patting his cheek.
