Some of the henchmen's airplanes turned in boats drifting towards the volcano, home to where all of Garmadon's failed plans are born but it will be different .

Two pilots start talking to one another,

As the henchmen enter the entrance has two holes with lava in it and a mouth with sharp teeth showing space at the bottom for them to enter.

The PA system in the volcano says.

A shark mech is lifted out of the water and goes up above. Inside there is also a lab with the sign 'GIT: Garmadon Information Technology. Authorized Access Only.' Someone in a lab coat swings on the chair towards the table as two start their conversation.

"Just passed Garmadon in the hallway, he seems pretty angry." A male voice says. "He's requesting a mandatory staff meeting by the fireplace." A woman voice replies.

The woman searches for something on her computer as she takes a sip from her drink. The shark mech is still being lifted up slowly. "Is that the room with the lava or the room where people get fired?" The male asked. "It's both." The woman replied. A sharkman pulls off a tooth from the ascending shark mech successfully but in the process falls off whilst screaming.

Garmadon grabs his drink, cools it down then drinks it. The room was silent and no generals said a word. Garmadon finally broke the silence in the fireplace. "Well Generals, congratulations. We finally conquered Ninjago."

One of the generals scared to talk but finally has the courage to say, "I'm not certain we did that." 

This set Garmadon off. 

"I was being !" He seethed out at them. "Everytime I try and conquer Ninjago, that meddling Green Ninja and his lover girl Mysterio thwart me. I mean, who are these super ninjas?"

He yeeted his cup away from himself, continuing on his rant. "Every time I come up with a plan they still beat me and Mysterio isn't impressed enough to join my team. And they don't even have cool suits, except well Mysterio." He started getting all up in a terrified generals face, his glare never leaving his face.

"You guys have crab outfits and shark outfits. Maybe we're spending too much on outfits." He implies looking over the General #1's shoulder. 

"That sounds right to me, Sir..." General #1 agrees timidly. 

"Oh come on!" Garmadon groans, going back to where, he stood in the first place. "Look, you guys gotta think for yourselves. I'm your father, all right?" 

Quite ironic to use that statement, Garmadon. "Is that a weird thing for him to say to us?" A general timidly whispers to her peers.

"General Number One... do you wanna be a follower or do you wanna be a leader?" General #1 gets nervous now that the attention was all on him, he had to be careful with what he would say, because one wrong move and . 

"A leader..." The General ushered out in a feeble-minded whisper of fright.

"" Garmadon responds in a tone telling you that you won't ever see the sun again. He soon pressed and 'X' button and bye bye goes the former General #1. 

"I mean, followe-e-e-e-e-er!" The former General #1 screams, but it's too late as, he's shot out of the volcano into the unknown. 

"You! What's your title?" Garmadon pointed to another general, quickly forgetting about the other. 

"I'm General Number Two, Sir." 

"Well now, you're General Number One." He states. 

"Oh." The new General #1 managed to utter out. 

"And you, what's your title?" Garmadon asks another general. 

"General Three?"

"Well now, you're General Number Two. You see where I'm going with this?" 

"No." 

"I told the Green Ninja and Mysterio I was coming back with something big, something wicked, something with some pizzazz." He says gesturing jazzy hands at the last word. "General Number One, go ahead. Give me some ideas." 

The General #1 was shaking and scared for her life. "Well Sir, I was thinking maybe we could work on the morale of the troops. They're always scared of being...." 

"--fire-e-e-ed!" The former General #1 was now flown out of the volcano, after Garmadon pressed the button. 

She was officially

"We could do the same thing we did last time?"

...

"What if we dress up as the Secret Ninjas and I could be Mysterio!" 

"It's time we develop a code language." 

"Intimidation. We paint angry eyebrows on the troops' faces." 

"What if you just ran for Mayor?"

And, once again. 

None of those ideas were gonna work for Garmadon, and it was starting to show how irritated he was by now.

"Oh, come on! How hard is it to come up with a genius idea?" Garmadon threw his head back in irritation

Silence was all he got.

"Anyone? Come on, jump ball. This is a safe place." The room was half-empty because of the amount of generals he had fired. The scientists that work for him were walking whilst leaning on the wall full of his weapons to not be in his sight.

"Go ahead. Just grab it." 

Garmadon pleads, before the scientist with an afro comes up to him, and calls out to him, whilst holding something in her hand. 

"Excuse me, Lord--" The scientist started, but was soon interrupted by Garmadon. 

"Nerd! You're interrupting." He glared, towering over her, as everyone in the room gasps in shock. They were afraid that the scientist would meet the same fate as the other workers.

"Sorry, Sir. We just cooked this up in engineering." The scientist shakily holds up the device in front of her showing a huge shark mech. The other scientists to afraid to even go up to Garmadon himself all stay their distance away from him. 

"Give me that!" Garmadon harshly spits out, and snatches the device from the scientist's hands. The scientist takes it upon herself to take a few steps back, as she fumbled around with her hands anxiously and adjusted her glasses.

Garmadon keeps his gaze on the device in bewilderment for a few miliseconds, and then grins maliciously that this was it. This was what he'd use to finally take over Ninjago and make the city his own.
