Aria finished brushing her hair as she heard the door open behind her.
"How'd it go?" She asked without turning her head
"Well I told them" her boyfriend replied opening the closet
"Oh yeah, are they coming?" Aria asked turning her chair around to face him
"Don't know" Lloyd said taking a dress out and holding it up to Aria, he smiled and laid it out on the bed "wear that, I'll be waiting outside"
Lloyd kissed her forehead and walked out the door. Aria rolled her eyes and walked to the bed to pick up the dress.
-
"Lloyd why do we have to go to a noodle shop?" Aria questioned as they walked down the street
"Because it's our place" Lloyd replied "Do you not like it?"
"Not really sweetheart" Aria replied annoyed
"Aw don't worry" Lloyd smirked and whispered in her ear "I'll make it up to you tonight, the way your dressed you're already ready"
Aria blushed "y-y-you pervert! Their's nothing wrong with my clothes!"
Lloyd chuckled and opened the door to Chen's Noodle Shop, he smiled "Lady's first"
"Pervert" Aria said to him before walking in
"you love me" Lloyd said following her in
-
"Kai, back here" Lloyd called spotting the fire ninja
Kai walked over and noticed the other ninja there as well "Jay? Cole?"
"Ha, you too?" Cole questioned
"The runt tricked us all" Jay said
Kai sat down "How's the kingdom Aria?"
"Great, the new barrier that's up works great" Aria replied pulling her jacket up more
Lloyd stops Kai from taking food from the conveyor belt "We talk first, then eat"
"Uh, trust me, do you know what kind of restraint I've had to have staring at all of this noodle goodness? You're late" Cole complained

"Make it quick" Kai said
"I know without Zane things have been different, but we have to move on. The reason I brought you all here is because...maybe we should add someone new to our team" LLoyd suggested
"No" Aria immediately disagreed
"I cared for him too but now it's time to care about this team" Lloyd said
"Maybe without Zane, there is no team" Kai crossed his arms
Eyezor and to other thugs comes in. They forced the Restaurant Owner to open the cash register and put him on the conveyor belt as they laugh.
"All right, now they're our problem" Cole said standing up and going over "Excuse me, it's not polite to touch someone else's food"
Kai followed him "I'd listen if I were you. He's no fun to be around when he's hangry"
Jay, Lloyd, and Aria followed too. The thugs and the ninja attack each other.
Kai smiles "All right, I admit it. We make a good team."
Cole grabs the food Kai kick off the conveyor belt "Yeah, mmm. Everything's better on a full stomach" Eyezor shatters a plate "Hey, I was gonna eat that"
The ninja defeat the thugs easily.
"How can you walk away from this?" Lloyd asked as the thugs run away using the back door.
"boys, they're getting away" Aria said
"Let's go" Lloyd said
The ninja ran out the back door. The thugs were gone but they see a table with a note and fortune cookies. They walk over to it and they see a picture of Zane on the letter.
"What does it say?" Cole asked as Lloyd read the letter
"It says he's alive" Lloyd said and everyone gasps.
"I don't think those thugs were delivering a message to the Noodle House. I think they were delivering a message to us" Kai said

"yeah no shit" Aria said
Cole shook his head "You know, this has to be some cruel joke. And I'm not laughing"
Lloyd points to the fortune cookies "I think this was meant for us too"
Cole eats one
"Uh, you do realize there's a fortune inside, right?" Aria questioned
"Oh, so that's why they're called that" Cole replied
"Idiot" Aria rolled her eyes
Lloyd reads his fortune "Listen to this. "Master Chen has personally invited you to participate in his Tournament of Elements"
"Oh great, I get to see my old Master again" Aria said crossing her arms "Well I know where this is going I'll see you boys there"
"Aria" Lloyd called to her as she walked away
-
"Master Chen will be charmed to see you've accepted his offer. A Master of Spinjitzu shall fare favorably in his Tournament" Clouse said to the ninja
"Hey, we're not here to fight. We're here to save a friend" Jay said annoyed
"Don't be so petty, Master Jay" Clouse grabs Jay's nunchucks "Everyone here has something to fight for."
"Chopsticks. I'm a big eater, heh" Jay gulps when he threw his nunchucks into the Sea.
Garmadon ran up the dock "Lloyd, wait! If you get on that boat, you may never return"
"What are you doing here, Dad?" Lloyd asked
"Master Chen is a dangerous man who should never be trusted. Whatever he promised you, do not believe him" Garmadon said
"I have to go, Dad. This is about Zane. It's about family. If we're ever going to be whole again, I have to get on that ship" Lloyd argued
"Last call. Are you in, or out?" Clouse asked
"We're in"
The ninja turned.
"Overlord Aria, welcome to the tournament" Clouse said bowing
"We're all getting on the boat Clouse, Garmadon too" Aria declared crossing her arms
"Well-"
"Is their a problem?" Aria questioned
"No your highness" Clouse sighed "please come aboard"
The ninjas walked onto the boat together with Garmadon.
Lloyd wraped his arm around Aria's waist "I love your new outfits, it's a shame we're not home right now or else-"
"Lloyd please" Aria cut him off before he said something she didn't want the others to hear
Lloyd shrugged "hey, you're my girlfriend"
Aria smirked "so then as my boyfriend you should know how to satis-"
"Ok we really don't you need to finish that sentence" Kai said covering her mouth
"What did I say?" Aria asked innocently as the other ninja covered their face
Aria laughed
