No one's POV

Umiko woke up to the sound of weeping and snarls. When she was fully awake, she sat up and those weeping sounds were Sakura crying.

"Sakura...?"

"Umiko! Sasuke-kun...h-he's..."

There was a groan "Sakura...you're heavy..."

Sakura stopped crying and lifted her head up. When she saw him, she smiled brightly, and tackled him in a hug. "Sasuke-kun! You're alive!"

Sasuke just groaned again "Sakura, please get off."

Sakura obliged and got off of him. Sasuke went to sit up but Umiko pushed him back down "No. I have to heal you first and your body is still not in function."

Sasuke glared at her but didn't say anything. Umiko put her hands over him and connected chakra strings to all the sebons "This is gonna hurt a bit." She warned and pulled them out.

Sasuke held back a scream that threatened to come out. Umiko put the sebons on the ground and put her hands over his body and her hands glowed green.

When she was done, Sasuke sat up and Umiko tried to catch Naruto's scent. She froze when she heard a snarl outside "I'm gonna kill you!"

'The kyuubi!'

"Shit!" She cursed and ran outside.

"Umiko! Where are you going?!"

When she was outside, she 'saw' Naruto with a red bubbly cloak and red eyes with black slits standing a few meters away from Haku who had no mask.

Zabuza ran through the herd of Gato's men, ignoring the swords pierced in his back.

"S-Stay b-back!" Gato said frightened as Zabuza was a few feet in front of him.

Instead of replying, he plunged the kunai in his mouth in his chest. He then pushed him off the bridge, making him fall in the water. Zabuza fell to the floor, and Umiko walked up to him.

Taking all the weapons out of him, she carried him with her strength next to Haku, who was dead on the floor "Thanks, gaki." She nodded.

"Well, even if Gato's dead, doesn't mean we can't destroy this village!" One of Gato's men yelled. The others cheered in response and charged towards them.

But then, a arrow landed in front of them. They looked at it before looking at all the villagers behind the ninjas.

"We won't let you touch our village!" Inari yelled with a crossbow.

The other villagers cheered.

"Well, I guess I'll help too!" Naruto said "Kage bunshin no jutsu!" A few narutos appeared.

"Well, I'll help too." Kakashi boredly said. He made a hand sign and Kakashis surrounded them.

"I'll help too! Mizu bunshin no jutsu!" Umikos made out of waters appeared everywhere.

They got scared and ran off.

After Team 7 got back to Konoha, and doing more d-rank missions, Umiko noticed people from other villages has been coming.

"Sasuke-kun, wait for me!" Sakura yelled and ran for him.

Naruto stuttered and reached his hand out. Umiko laughed "I'm going home."

As she was walking, she went past two sand ninjas. One of them held out a hand to stop his friend and stuck his foot out.

Umiko smirked and jumped over it "Even if I'm blind, I can still know what you're doing."

Kankuro gritted his teeth and went to punch her but she swiftly turned around and caught it with her left hand.

Tension was in the air and Umiko let go and smirked "Nice meeting you." And with that, she walked away.

As she was walking, she heard a big rumbling noise and jumped over houses to check it out.

Landing in a tree, she noticed that it was Naruto and Konohamaru running away with Sakura chasing them.

She silently laughed but stopped when Konohamaru bumped into one of the sand ninjas she met earlier.

Kankuro picked him up from his scarf and Konohamaru started to struggle "That hurt, you punk."

"Stop that! You'll get yelled at later!" The girl said.

"I'm sorry I was fooling around!" Sakura apologized.

"Hey stop! Let go of Konohamaru!" Naruto yelled.

"Let's play with them before the strict one comes around." Kankuro smirked.

"You jerk!" Naruto charged at him but Kankuro moved his fingers and Naruto flew back.

'Chakra strings, eh?' Umiko though amused.

"Leaf Village's genin are weaker than I thought." Kankuro smirk widened.

That struck a nerve in Umiko flew down from the tree with a fist raised back.

"Why you!" she yelled and punched him in the face making him fly back into a wall.

Temari gasped as Umiko caught Konohamaru and put him behind her.

Kankuro emerged from the rubble and rubbed his head "Oh it's you. The blind girl."

Umiko appeared behind him and kicked him upwards the sky. As he flew, she was next to Kankuro and she brought her leg down, smashing it into his stomach making him fly down.

As he crashed, making a crater, Umiko landed in front of her team.

"Kankuro!" Temari worriedly yell.

Kankuro got up and charged for Umiko. Then, a rock came flying and hit his hand drawing blood. He hissed in pain, holding his hand "Huh?'

Sasuke sat in the tree throwing a rock in his hand and catching it "What do you think you're doing in someone else's village?" He asked acting cool.

"Sasuke-kun!!" Sakura squealed.

Umiko groaned and covered her ears.

"Another punk to tick me off!" Kankuro glared at him.

Sasuke crushed the rock in his hand "Get lost!"

'Show off' Umiko thought.

"Wow! So cool!" Sakura and Moegi squealed with hearts in her eyes.

"Sakura! Lower your voice!" Umiko groaned causing Sakura to glare at her.

"Hey come down here, you little punk!" Kankuro looked up at him "You're the kind of smart little punk that I despise the most." He pulled the bundle on his back in front of him.

"Wait! You aren't thinking of using crow, are you?!" Temari warned.

Suddenly, Umiko felt another presence.

"Kankuro, stop that."

Everyone looked up at the tree where Sasuke was to see a guy with red hair and sea foam eyes hanging upside down on a branch.

'Ichibi' Kalseru warned.

'What?' Umiko asked.

'The one tailed host'

"You're an embarrassment to our village."

Everyone gasped as Kankuro tensed "G-Gaara..."

Everyone took a step back except for Umiko.

"Why do you think we came all the way to the leaf village?" Gaara asked.

"P-Please listen to me, Gaara." Kankuro stuttered "They lashed out first..."

Umiko mentally rolled her eyes 'As if'

"Shut up!" Kankuro became afraid "Or I'll kill you."

"U-Understood, I was wrong. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry."

Gaara turned his head towards Sasuke "I'm sorry about that..."

Gaara turned into sand and appeared in front of Temari and Kankuro "Let's go. We didn't come here to play around."

"I know." As they went to walk, Sakura stopped them.

"Wait! Judging from your headbands, you're ninjas from the village hidden in the sand. Without question, the land of fire and the land of wind are allied nations. State your business here!" She demanded.

They all turned around "Sheesh, are you stupid?!" Temari asked holding up a paper for the chuunin exams "We come here for the chunnin exams."

"Chunnin exams...?" Naruto asked.

"You're really clueless are you?"

As Konohamaru explained what the chuunin exams were to Naruto, the sand siblings went to walk again but Sasuke stopped them.

"Hey! You there! What's your name?"

Temari turned her head towards him "Me?" She asked with a small blush.

"No! The one in front of you."

"Gaara of the desert...I have an interest in you as well..." Gaara stated.

"Sasuke Uchiha." He smirked.

"I also have an interest in you..." Gaara turned towards Umiko.

"I have no purpose of telling you." She stated boredly and walked away, dodging the sand aiming for her feet.

As she turned the corner, she smirked. 'Chuunin exams, huh?'
