April was storming off with her box of stuff,I followed behind rubbing my arm.She seem pretty pissed off while I try to get involved or she'll probably get even more pissed off.
"O'Neil!(Y/N)!"We hear Vernon call out,we turn our heads seeing him walking up to us
"It could have been worse."He says while I face palm a bit
"I just got fired Vern..How could it be worse?"April ask looking at him,Vernon sighs
"Maybe it's good.Maybe you should take a little time, take care of yourself."Vernon says while talking our shoulders
"Come on,let me give you two a ride."He offers,I nod while April stops me
"Not unless you're going to the Eric Sacks estate."She says grabbing my arm dragging me the other way
"April..Hey!"
"We are not giving up on this story, right (Y/N)?"She ask me,I nod starting to follow her.Vernon stops us,while I go between them
"You gotta put that to bed.."He says while I cross my arms
"Would all of those other great reporters that you worked with, would they have 'put it to bed'?"She ask while he shakes his head
"No that's different.."
"How is it different?"I speak up,Vernon glances at me while I rub April back
"They all started exactly where April was, right?"I ask,it was silent, both of us looking at him.He sighs taking April box looking at us
"I'm not driving the Channel 6 news van onto the Sacks estate."He informs while we turn to him
"Who asked you to do that?"April ask while he glances at us
"Uh,you did.And a 'thanks' would have been nice."He says while I open the back looking at him

"Maybe one day you're gonna be thanking us."I say crawling inside, closing the back door shut.Crawling up to them, holding on to the seats.
"So,what do you want with Eric Sacks?"Vernon ask April
"My dad used to work for him.Hes the only person that's gonna be able to tell me whether or not we're crazy."April replies
"Crazy about what?"
"I don't need you to laugh at us also."
"Oh,come on,O'Neil..This is the Fenwick Express,it's a judgement free zone.A cocoon of safety."
"Promise?"
"I'm insulted that you would suggest otherwise."

"So that's what we told Thompson and she fired me"April finishes off while I sigh
"Yet she kicked me out.."I add in,Vernon nods
"So they're aliens?"He ask, face palming at his question.
"No...that's stupid. They're reptiles"I reply sliding all the way in the back
"They help people I guess.."I add on causing him to take a quick glance at me in the back before looking back at the road
"Heroes in the half-shell."
"Okay..."
"Come on.It's not that crazy.I..The animal kingdom is full of---I used to have a dog that could moon walk."Vernon says, giving a confused look to him.He stops the van, opening the back door to sketch my legs
"Thanks for the ride Vern.."April thanks taking her seat belt off
"Yeah...no problem."He says,I walk towards the front of the van seeing April get out.I follow her towards the front of the gates. She presses a button in this speaker leaning down to its height
"Hi,it's April O'Neil,I'm with (Y/N) (L/N)..We're here to see Eric Sacks."No response came while she starts to press button,I walk towards the gates.Hearing a clank before the gates start to slowly open.We walk towards the porch, hearing the door open.Eric peeks through with a smile on his face

"April,(Y/N) seem to arrive early this year."
"I'm sorry to barge in on you like this,Mr.Sacks"I apologize while he shakes his head
"No,no,no.Please,please."He offers us in,we go in thanking him.Taking a look at his house, following them behind.
"We've been working on a story....(Y/N) and I have this theory that there are these vigilantes that are fighting back against the Foot.I think you and my father may have created them."April explains, coming to a sudden stop.Eric looks at her rubbing his chin.I cross my arms waiting for his response
"Uh..I'm not sure I---"
"Can you please tell us everything that you know about Project Renaissance?"She ask,we lean in before Eric looks down
"Well um..it was a dream."-Eric looks back up-"A dream that died with your father."
"What if it isn't dead?"She ask, while he shakes his head
"That's impossible. We lost all our research in the fire, all our specimens, everything.Ive spent the last 15 years trying to replicate the results."He explains
"You didn't lose everything in the fire."April says showing him her phone,he looks at the picture while I sigh.Eric face seem to express disbelief while I nudge April a smile on my face
"This can't be real.."
"It is real.."-I speak up-"We saw all four of them..."
"Do you really want to know about Project Renaissance?"
"Yes."We reply in an answer together,Eric walks away raising one of his hands
"Come with me.."We start to follow him, dark room with a yellow Japanese painting, looking to see a war going on.A house on fire while the emperor sitting in his throne
"I was born in Japan,at a military base in Okinawa."-Eric starts off looking at the painting-"My father went to Vietnam...didn't come back.I was an outsider in a foreign land.A freak.I was a powerless and helpless boy.Until a local Sensei took me under his wing. And he saved me."Eric explains, nodding taking a good look at the picture
"Taught me lessons that I later shared with your father...."He says looking at April, taking a good look before seeing a bright green glow surround my vision.

The characters have depth, the fights are wonderfully descriptive, and I genuinely wanted to read more about the world of Arnacript when the novel was done.” - Ramon Mejia, author of Adventures on Terra, and host of the Geek Bytes Podcast "Fun story that keeps you invested. I recommend it! Welcome to LitRPG Michael-Scott. Glad you joined the fam!" - Aleron Kong, author of the Chaos Seeds series and The Father of American LitRPG “Lion's Quest is the type of book I'm always on the lookout for and rarely ever find. It's the beginning of a series I know I'm going to enjoy, with great writing and hints of deep in-game lore. The characters are fun, the plot is engaging, and I never know what is going to happen next. The action is fast, brutal and realistic. This is one of my favorite LitRPG stories in the entire genre.” - Blaise Corvin, author of Delvers LLC: Welcome to Ludus and Secret of the Old Ones “A great first foray into LitRPG. The Cullens Shared Mate
THIS IS A COMPLETED STORY AND THERE WILL BE NO SEQUEL ANY TIME SOON.In this story Elizabeth Swan is the older sister of Bella Swan. Bella hates Beth for being older than her and her not being the only child. She especially hates her when she grows close with the Cullen family. You should also now that I made this cringy and like other stories because that seems to be what everyone likes. Some of it will be cheesy and other parts will be extra dramatic but its intentional. Bella is not with Edward in this story. None of the Cullens are together they only consider eachother siblings. Esme is not in this story and I am so sorry, I love her but with how im doing it I don't know if I could fit her in correctly. In this story the Cullens are a coven that was blessed with having only one mate that they must share with eachother. THIS IS A BELLA BASHING STORY. It is based in 2020 and ALL the Cullens are seniors. Well except Carlisle. The coronavirus is not a thing. Bella will be VERY out of character, go with it.There will be some cursing and smut with warnings when it will happenI do not own twilight or its plot I only own Elizabeth Jo Swan and the plot I created. This will not follow the timeline or the plot completely so bare with me.
