Waking up to shaking I see my older sister standing with her arms crossed as she looked down at me
"What ajiona". I said turning to look at the clock that read 5:30 am
"Mama said get up and clean this house it's your turn". She said smacking her lips causing me to look at her
"Y'all do know it's 5:30 in the morning right and I do have a job that I have to be at". I said mugging her throwing the covers back
"Girl did I ask you about any of that shit no hurry up and clean the fuck up my new man coming over". She said walking out not without rolling her eyes
"Fuck you and that nigga". I mumbled getting up and walking out of my room and to the supply closet
A few minutes into my cleaning I hear the door bell but I didn't make a move to get it.
"LAUREN GET THE DOOR". Ajiona yelled from the back
"AJIONA DO I LOOK LIKE A BELLBOY". I said and continued to clean the kitchen
Hearing her footsteps the door opens and she squeals causing me to roll my eyes.
"Hi baby let's go back to my room". She said and I could vision her biting her lip
"Aight cool anybody here". I heard the voice ask as the door closed
"No just us come on".she said and I heard their footsteps retreat to the back
Not even minutes after that I hear moaning and the head board hitting the wall. She was being extra and I knew it. Putting away the cleaning supplies I walk back into my room. Since I'm already up I might as well take a shower.
Stepping out I wrap my towel around me before walking into my room and putting on my work closes. Looking at the clock I see it's 6:45 and I have to be at work at 7:14. Grabbing my phone and keys I walk out of my room and place my lock on the door before walking out to my car and getting in.

Pulling off towards my destination I cut the radio on and listen to it until I get to work. Once I pull into the parking lot I cut my car off and get out.
"Girl you stocking selves today". My friend Bree said as soon as I stepped through the automatic doors
"Why". I ask walking to the back to put my things away
"Girl Rudy called off again and we got enough cashiers so boss told me to tell you that he was putting you of stocking". He said leaning against the locker watching me
"I'll be glad when I can quit this damn job". I said through my hair into a ponytail
"Girl you been saving up for an apartment since we were in MIDDLE school you can drop this shit". She said causing me to laugh making me remember those days back in middle school where I would throw newspapers,wash cars,babysit you name it I was doing it.
"Yea I got a good amount saved up but I still need money for when all that's used up for my furniture too". I said and she nodded in agreement
"You right have you been looking for any apartments lately". She asked scrolling through her phone
"I actually found one but guess what". I said causing her to look up
"They have two open one right next to each other". I said and she yelled jumping up and down
"Oh shit oh shit we in there when we going to take a tour". She asked holding onto both my arms
"Tomorrow but let's go do I can clock in early ". I said and she nodded letting me go
"Wait bitch you never told me about ajiona new boo who is he, did you see him, was he sexy". She asked firing shots my way

"No to all of them but I did hear his voice and the strange this is I think ajiona might actually like this guy and stop being a hoe". I said and she looked at me before we started laughing so hard we fell into each other
"See this why you my bitch you got mad jokes"she said wiping her face from the tears the formed from laughing so hard
"I don't even know what possessed me to say such a dumb thing". I said shaking my head as we walked out of the room and I ran right into my manager
"London If you want to keep your job I suggest you stop standing around". Evan our boss said staring me down
"You saw she just walked in and it ain't even her time to clock In yet so go back to your office and sit your fat ass down". Bree said putting her hand on his chest and pushing his out of my face
"Just get back to work or both of you are fired". He said walking away
"Okay that's it I'm about to fuck this nigga up". She said taking her earrings out
"Bree chill I'm not worried about him he still mad that I turned him down". I said waving him off
"He still mad about that he need to get over it that was weeks ago". She said and I nodded putting on my vest and name tag
"Well girl I see that they can't keep up with the lines if it's not you or me over there so I'm about to go love you see you after work". Bree said kissing my cheek and walking off
Sighing I walk to the back where we keep the food and look at all the boxes.
