(Brielle)
I darted through the war-zone, clenching my fans tight. Only a few yards away from Arachne's spot, a Camonai materialized in front of me.
"Where do ya' think you're going, little lady?" he asked huskily.
"None of your business," I growled, kicking him where the sun don't shine. He fell to the ground in pain, his mouth unable to utter a sound to describe his torture.
As I continued on, I felt as if someone was following me. Dirt sprayed up as I skidded to a stop in my tracks, turning around to meet the bright orange eyes of a Widowri. Her ghost white fangs curled into an evil grin as she raised the dagger she was holding. I quickly realized that this was Spinda, on account of the black poison filled amulet that hung around her neck.
"You will not touch the queen," Spinda hissed.
"Too late!" I shouted, punching her in the face and then digging the sharp endpoint of one of my fan blades into her chest.
With a hoarse groan of pain, Spinda collapsed onto the floor, no longer breathing.
(Cole)
I watched as Brielle made her way through the enormous crowd of Arachneions, killing anything that got in her way. She was cute when she was determined...
"Cole!"
Jay's voice ringing through the cavern snapped me back to my senses, and I whipped around to see a Pouncenari leaping towards me. He was coming extremely fast. I grabbed my scythe and swung it as hard as I could, hoping to hit the spider. A rather disturbing sound reached my ears, and I looked over to see that the Pouncernari was dead on the ground. Turning, I decided to go and help Brielle with Arachne, or at least be there in case she needs assistance.
I shoved my way through the throng of spider people to see Nariah struggling with a Poisoniti. The massive purple Arachneion had its huge fangs bared, it's venom dripping from them than landing on the ground, inches away from Nariah. Her eyes were wide, and the brute was a lot stronger her, and she couldn't hold his blade of with her kitana any longer. I darted over to help, but Kai beat me to it.
"Ninja-go!" he cried, and then went into his fiery red Spinjitzu tornado, knocking the Poisoniti over. Nariah smiled, and then went with Kai to fight some more Arachneions.
I rolled my eyes. How sappy...
Continuing on, I encountered more Arachneions and such. I was just about to reach Brielle when she began to swiftly sneak up onto the platform in which Arachne sat. None of the Arachneions seemed to notice her presence, quietly leaping up onto the spot. I guess she was an extremely good ninja. Deciding to follow her, I crept over to her path. Sadly, I wasn't able to reach her position, as one of the Tarantulai guarding their queen spotted me.
"There!" He cried in a gruff voice, pointing a finger at me. Then, his two buddies turned, each equally huge and terrifying as the first one.
Oh crap...
(Brielle)
Hopped up on nothing but adrenaline and pure anger, I stealthily climbed up to Arachne's platform. The Tarantulai, thankfully, hadn't noticed me. I really didn't want to waste my energy on them. I hadn't eaten in days. All of my strength needed to be saved for the Queen of Spiders. For some reason, I had a feeling that I was being followed. Slowly, I turned around. No one was there, except for Cole, whom was far behind me, but slinking along, trying not to be seen. However, his efforts were abolished when one of Arachne's spider thugs spotted him. I decided that he'd be alright. Besides, he is the strongest ninja on the team, and, plus, if it were a huge problem, someone would help.

Quietly, I sneaked closer and closer to Arachne, whom had finally noticed the small fight breaking out between Cole and the three immense brown Arachneions. She gazed at the sight thoughtfully, probably imagining the cruel ways in which Cole would be put to an end. But I wouldn't let that happen- no way José.
Now, I was behind Arachne's throne, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. I could overhear Arachne saying something to Shooter, whom had come up to speak with his queen.
"Where is Spinda?" Arachne asked him, "I have not seen her in a while."
Shooter paused for a minute, and then spoke slowly, "She.. was killed..."
I felt Arachne jump up from her chair. "By WHO?!" she screeched, obviously enraged.
"The... the Silver Ninja," Shooter practically whispered.
"Where. Is. She? FIND HER!" Arachne demanded.
"Y-yes your majesty," Shooter bowed and scampered off to find me. I smirked, little did the dolt know that I was right under his nose.
Speaking of noses, after Arachne sat back down, she sniffed the air. She mumbled something about 'smelling ninja, really close'. My eyes grew wide. Could she mean me? Again, she softly spoke along the lines of 'smelling elemental silver'. Shoot, that had to be me. What should I do? Surely, she would turn around any second, and I would be exposed. I had to either wait for her to find me, or leap out and attack now. I decided, that the latter was the better option in my favor, and I had the perfect witty thing to say when I popped out.
Taking a deep breath, I stood up and stepped to Arachne's side. "Looking for someone?" I stated. Perfect.
The Spider Woman spun around so fast that I felt a breeze. "You," she hissed.
"Me," I remarked.
"We are ending this. Now." Arachne stood up, taking out some daggers from God knows where.
"That's cool," I smiled, flipping my hood over my face and whipping out my fan blades. "I didn't really want this to drag on so long, but I suppose it just made our lives more dramatic!"
Arachne rolled her eyes. "I suppose this is no place for a final battle, now that the arena has filled up with many smaller battles... very well..." with that, she snapped her fingers. In a poof of purple smoke, the cavern had vanished. We materialized in a new location, with crystals sprouting from the walls and a large lake, which was a turquoise blue and was so clear that you could see all the way down to it's depths. It was chilly in this room, and damp. I assumed we were farther underground than most of the caves. In a matter of seconds, stands had formed from the walls, and cages sprouted from the cieling, dangling on thick chains over the lake, which was probably pretty cold.
"Do you like it? It's my favorite spot in the temple," Arachne mused from the other side of the cave. "Now, we need spectators, don't we? Let's summon our little friends from the arena!" She then mumbled some gibberish, and the entire population of Arachneions appeared in the seats surrounding us. However, there weren't as many as there used to be, thanks to the ninja. Speaking of them...
I glanced up at the cages, which each held a different member of our team, six in all. They looked confused, most likely wondering how they got there. Cole caught my gaze, and I nodded, I would be fine... for now.

"NOW!" Arachne cried, "Let's finally get this show on the road!"
Arachne held a dagger in each of her six hands, and I was left with my two fan-blades. We could both use Spinjitzu, but I had an advantage- my true potential's powers. A smile on my hooded face, I ran over to her. "Ninja-Go!" I cried, entering my tornado. Arachne did the same, and for a while, we just went at it with our cyclones, and I, to be honest, was getting bored, and this wasn't doing any damage to either of us. I decided to use my elemental strength. Slowly, I went out of my Spinjitzu, and focused my energy on coming out to aid me. I was nearly there when all of a sudden, a hard force bumped against me, knocking the air out. It was Arachne's Spinjitzu. Hardly able to breath, I stumbled backwards and slipped into the lake, and I could hear the ninja crying 'no!' as I plunged into the water.
It was freezing.
I was sinking to the bottom, trying to swim to the surface. The cold was grabbing at my lungs, taking away the little energy I had left. The water stung my eyes, and reeds curled around my ankles, not wanting me to leave. I was struggling, and losing oxygen. My vision was getting clouded.
This is it, I thought, This is how I'm going out. Drowning in a tiny lake with no one to save me... and everyone will be devastated... unless Arachne kills them first. And then all will be lost... No. A voice tugged at the back of my head. That won't happen, it continued. Calm yourself, focus your energy... reopen your elemental powers, let them go. Faintly, I heard Arachne cackling above. She thought that I was gone, but I was about to prove her otherwise.
I did as I was mentally told, focusing the last of my energy to my core, and then letting it free. I began to float to the surface, and beyond that. I was flying. I gasped for air as I rose higher and higher. Soon, I was about ten feet higher than Arachne, who looked up at me with shock.
I smiled. "Now, can we please get this over with?"
(Cole)
Arachne pushed Brielle into that lake. She was sinking, and I couldn't help her. My vision began to blur as I realized that she was going to die, and that all was lost. I wanted to scream, but I didn't. I held back, and kept my composure, for the sake of everyone else. A single tear rolled down my cheek as I watched the Spider Queen begin to laugh in triumph.
"I'll kill you!!!" Nariah cried, dashing to the edge of her cage. I saw the tears streaming down her face. She banged the bars of the cage with her kitanas, nearly screaming.
Solemnly, I gazed at the lake, to realize it was glowing. This was obviously just me seeing things... wait. With a sliver of hope, I rubbed my eyes. The pool was still glimmering silver, the water was swirling around.
"Guys," I said softly, "Guys!"
The ninja turned, and looked where I was, and noticed it too. So had Arachne.
Within moments, a figure rose from the water, a silver aura emanating from it. The person wore a ninja gi, but their hood was off to reveal a mess of curly hair. It's eyes glowed a pale blue, and it clenched silver and teal fan blades in its hands. The figure was a girl... it was Brielle.
"YES!" I cried, jumping up, "YES!!!!"
Nariah stopped banging on the cage and screamed in delight. "BRIELLE IS BACK BABY!" she shrieked.
In the background came whoops and hollers from the team.
Brielle smiled and spoke up as she levitated in the air, fixing her eyes on Arachne, who looked up at her in astonishment. "Now," she started, "Can we please get this over with?"
I loved that girl.
(Brielle)
Before Arachne could react, I waved my fans and sent a huge gust of wind in Arachne's direction, which sent her toppling to the ground. I hopped into Spinjitzu and went flying over to the spider lady. After whipping her around in my cyclone, I threw her to the ground and rose up in the air again. Arachne leaped up, entering her shadowy vortex of Spinjitzu, but she kept missing me. Once, she pinned me down, but I kneed her in the stomach and got back up. With my fingers, I created tornadoes that knocked her around some more.
Eventually, she became tired, and after being spun around so much, she was in a slight daze. You'd think that at least one of her eight eyes would be focused, but no, she had no idea where she was heading when she was heading somewhere. Seizing the chance, I pounced on her and pinned her to the ground, raising my fan in one hand.
"You might have me immobile, but there's only one place where that thing can kill me!" Arachne stated, referring to my raised weapon.
"I know," I replied cooly, "And I know exactly where it is." I moved my fan above her heart. "Now, the real question is, should I let you die slowly, or in the blink of an eye?" I asked.
"Just kill her already!" I heard Kai call from his cage. I also heard a 'smack!', telling me that one of the ninja had reached over from their cell and smacked him.
"Will do!" I called back, and focused my eyes on Arachne's. "You've tortured me, my father, my boyfriend, and my best friend. When will you ever realize, that whatever you do, you can never beat me?" I continued. "I suppose that realization will hit you now, because, your highness," I spat, "You're done."
And with that, I plunged my fan blade into her heart. The shattering of glass rang all around the cave, and a multicolored liquid leaked out of the amulet on Arachne's chest. As my blade sunk deeper, the substance mingled with dark red blood.
All of the Arachneions in the stands immediately evaporated into dust, along with their queen. Suddenly, the cave started to tremble, as that was going to vanish as well.
"We gotta get out of here!" Jay cried.
"Thank you, captain obvious," Zane mumbled. I almost smiled, surprised that he was that snarky.
I flew up to their cages and freed them, and Cole got his vehicle out, which somehow seated all seven of us, and could drill through rock. We went through the wall and straight up, which was somewhat like riding a really steep roller coaster.
Eventually, we reached the surface, and all of us clambered out of Cole's miracle car, gasping for air. It was night time up here, and the sky twinkled with billions of stars.
"Sweet, sweet above ground area!" Nya shouted.
And then, it was silent.
"Guys, do you realize what just happened?" I gasped, plopping down on the soft grass.
"Yeah," Nariah spoke up, "You did one hell of a job killing, like, a bazillion weirdo spider people!" she shouted.
"The Arachneions are gone!" Jay cried.
"And everyone is alright," Zane added.
"But, best of all," Cole sat down next to me, "We won."
And then we kissed on the grass, in front of everyone. Jay wolf whistled, and I made a mental note to slap him later.
"C'mon," I spoke up, holding Cole's hand, let's go home."
