《My love - Klaus mikealson》Chapter 1

I sat in the my history class, back seat corner as usual when I saw Stefan walk in like he owned the place, a smug smile on his face as he strutted to his seat
I furrowed my eyebrows
Last I was told he left town. That him and Elena were on a break and she was devastated
She wouldn't do a lot for that time until Damon came and broke her out of it
Wasn't it strange talking with him now? Especially since Damon has been hanging around our house a lot recently
So it was especially weird when he sat next to her with a smile on his face.
Maybe he didn't know how close Elena and Damon were but then again it was quite obvious
I shrugged it off and looked back to Alaric who just started the history lesson
"Welcome back seniors" Alaric introduced excluding me in his introduction
I wasn't a senior. I just got put in higher classes because my grades were high. There's more cons than pros to this but I don't mind
"Let's turn our brains back on, starting with this country's original founders. The native Americans"
"What about the vikings?" A new voice asked. I looked to her taking in her angelic features and watched as she made her way to sit on the only empty seat which was at the back next to me, Elena and her friends eyes all watching her warily like she was holding some power over them all
"There's no evidence that Viking explorers actually settled in the United States" his face turned confused for a second as he noticed she wasn't usually in this class
"Who are you?"
"My names Rebekah. I'm new and history is my favourite subject" Alaric slowly nodded and brought the attention away which is when Rebekah turned her attention to me
"Hey" she whispered. I looked up to her and whispered back
"Hi"
"It's nice to meet you" she held out her hand
"I'm Rebekah mikealson" I placed my hand in hers
"Gilbert. I-I mean" I sighed tilting my head mentally cursing at my inability to speak properly
"Andrea Gilbert" she smiled before her face turned down into a frown
"Gilbert? Your related to Jeremy and Elena?" She asked nodding her head over to Elena. I nodded slowly
"I'm Jeremy's twin sister" her eyes widened like she knew them personally but I just brushed it off as the fact twins are common but aren't that common
"Oh" I looked around to see Elena and her friends looking at me in shock and I furrowed my eyebrows
"Sorry" rebekah sighed once she realised they were all looking at us
"I don't think your sister and her friends like me" I smiled slightly writing the notes on then board onto my notebook
"Join the club" I whispered with a smile and she laughed
"I like you"
—-
I walked out of class and went to my locker only to turn around and see Elena and her friends there, trapping me from going anywhere else
"Andrea?" Elena asked. I looked around anxiously, not liking the feeling of being surrounded by so many people
"yeah" I whispered quickly. Anything to get them to go away faster
"You can't talk to Rebekah she's bad news" I sighed
Did she really not want me to make a friend?
"Uh- it's too late" I muttered, my eyes looking back and forth between them all
"Why?"
"We're lab partners now" I whispered taking a step back away from them

"Sorry" I said shutting my locker, turning around and walking off

A few days later I walked around the park the night of homecoming with my journal clutched tightly to my chest after spending 2 hours writing down every thought down onto a sheet of paper
A part of me wished I could bring myself to go to the dance all I knew would be a waste of time for me
I would just be sitting there like an idiot having no one to talk to, so I just prefer to take myself out of the situation in general
not noticing how late it got until I couldn't see the words on my page anymore, I try to adjust my eyes until the darkness when I bumped into someone
"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry" I backed away trying to figure out who I bumped into
"It's alright love, are you alright?" I nodded pushing my hair behind my ear
"Yes, I'm so sorry again" I looked at his face noticing his tear stained cheek reflecting slightly off a very dim light not so far from us
"A-Are you okay?" I asked softly. His posture straightened out
Why did I ask that question?
Gosh what an idiot
I don't even know him
"Yes I'm fine" he smiled slightly and I took his word for it before walking around him without another word, hating the fact I opened my mouth, making my way back home
—-
About 3 weeks and a half later I walked into mystic grill and sat down waiting for Rebekah. Since we met on her first day me and her have become friends and even hung out together but since homecoming she hasn't been in school or answered her phone calls. I left her a few voice mails and sometimes messaged her to hang out at mystic grill just in case she wanted to meet up but she never showed.
But my lame self can't take a hint and I still do it, but sometimes I come here just to see Jeremy
Which is what I was doing right now. I was sitting in a booth when I saw Alaric at the bar. I got up out of my seat and walked over to him
"Alaric?" He turned around and smiled once he realised it was me and not one of those teens that see teachers out side of school and try to get them to bump up their grades
"Andrea hey. What's up?"
"I was just wondering if you know where Jeremy is?" He looked around for any sign of him
"He's supposed to be on shift today but I haven't seen him" he mumbled now curious to where he is
"Kids today" I looked over to see damon surrounded by drinks some drink but some jn opened
"Where are their values?" I backed up closer to Alaric who slid me a paper with an marked on it
"That's his midterm paper. Copied it off the internet, didn't try to hide it"
"Ooh, somebody's getting grounded" Damon ooed
"Did you say Jeremy?" A bartender asked walking out from the back
"As in Jeremy Gilbert?"
"Yeah"
"He was fired last week" she said before turning around. I sighed
"Okay, I'm gonna go to the restroom and then I'm gonna go home and see if he's there" I said to Alaric
"Okay, ill be home soon too. I'll see you" I kind of like the idea that Alaric lived with us since me, Elena and Jeremy needed the presence of a guardian in our lives which was really helpful that Alaric stepped up. it was also good that he dated Jenna before as well because we got to know him better and I really liked them together

It was sad for all of us when she passed away and I knew that him living here was not just for the benefit of us but him too, and we was okay with that. We all needed to heal and it was great doing it together
"By little Gilbert" I heard Damon and I smiled slightly at him before walking off
-
After walking out of the restroom I made my way through the grill when a voice stopped me, a familiar one yet one I didn't recognise
"You again?" I turned around and saw the man i bumped into on homecoming night
But only slightly recognised him by his hair and thick British accent because I could barely see a thing then
"Oh, hi" he held out his hand that I looked confused at it wondering what his intentions were
He might break my hand off
"I never introduced myself. My names klaus Mikaelson, what's yours beautiful?" I shook his hand and looked down trying to hide the bright red blush on my cheeks
"Andrea. Wait mikaelson? are you by any chance related to Rebekah Mikealson?" He nodded with a confused face
I mean I would be too
I just admitted I know someone related to him which is kind of creepy
"My sister"
"Do you know why she's not answering her phone? I've been calling her but she hasn't been picking up"
"Your a friend of hers?" He asked and I nodded
"Yeah"
"Well I'm afraid she left town a little while ago and left her phone" Not wanting to ask anymore questions I smiled at him
"Okay, thank you"
"No problem love" I went to walk off but damon and Elena walked over stopping me from going anywhere and she instead looked at me curiously
"Andrea?" Elena asked me confused, her eyes starting between me and klaus
"Yeah what's wrong?"
"You know Elena?" Klaus asked and I nodded
"She's my friend" Elena lied and my throat closed up. klaus looked between us for a second
Did she really not want people to know were related?
"Your gonna do this in the grill? In front of everyone?" Damon asked glaring at klaus
Did they know each other?
"It's a little beneath you don't you think?"
"I don't know what your talking about. I just came down to my local pub to grab a drink with a mate and saw this beautiful lady" he said looking at me. I Looked away trying not to let my blush be seen but he saw it and smiled
"I better be going" I whispered not wanting to be around a sister that didn't even claim me
"I'll see you later love" he smiled and I returned it before walking away
—-
I walked in the house to see Alaric cooking and I sat down on the kitchen stool talking to him for a while until Elena walked in
I still don't know where Jeremy Is but he will probably come back soon or something so I'll just wait until he got home
"Andrea" I looked up at her and she walked next to Alaric before crossing her arms over her chest ready to say whatever was on her mind
"What was that thing with klaus?" I tilted my head wondering what she was talking about
I had only met klaus twice, one of which she knows about but either way both times we barely exchanged enough words to have a full conversation
"Thing with klaus? There is no thing with klaus" I told her
"I literally saw you two talking" she said and Alaric butted in
"You spoke to klaus? What did he say?"
"What's going on with you two?" Elena asked
"Nothings going on, he introduced himself and I asked him where Rebekah was"
"So why did he call you love? And beautiful?"
"I don't know Elena he was just being nice"
"Nice?" She scoffed
"Yeah, Elena" I whispered
"Nice. Not pretending your not even related to your sister" she sighed
"I just didn't want him to know we're related" she mumbled picking up plates and moving them to the table
"Am i that much of an embarrassment to you?" I said pointing a finger at myself with tears brimming my eyes but she said nothing.
Click
We all turned to the door and watched as Jeremy walked in walking through the hallway and to the kitchen where we were
"Just in time, Alaric cooked" Jeremy looked at my teary eyes and walked forward
"What's wrong?" I shook my head quickly wiping my tears and I walked past him, only for him to grab my arm once we reached the hallway
"Andrea?" He asked again
"Its nothing Jeremy. Leave it" I saw a look of conflict cross his face
"Please" he let my arm go
"Tell them I'm not hungry please" he nodded as I walked away
—
A few minutes later I heard a door slam and I walked downstairs to see the door wide open. Confused, I opened it to see Jeremy just standing in the middle of the road, not moving and a car turn the corner driving at rapid speed
"Jeremy!" I say Running from the from the porch. But it was like he couldn't hear me so I carried on
"Jeremy!" I heard Elena and Alaric calling our names but the car wasn't slowing down. I carried on running till I got to Jeremy and pushed him out of the way. But there wasn't enough time to move myself cause the car crashed into me, making me hit the floor and the car just drove off
"Oh my god, Andrea!" I faintly heard Jeremy's voice. I whimpered opening my eyes slightly
"Andrea?"
"It hurts" I whispered and saw Jeremy above me
"Andrea I'm so sorry. Andrea" he said over and over again with a shocked expression like he couldn't believe what he had just done
"You need to get Damon, now! She won't survive the hospital" I felt myself being picked up and brought into the house
- 40 minutes later
Opening my eyes again I groaned sitting up and saw Jeremy sitting next to me
"Jer? What happened?" I muttered. He frowned and looked over to the side were Damon was standing
"I'm sorry. This is my fault" I looked down at my body now remembering but I don't see any cuts or bruises
"What happened to me?"
"You got run over, I had to feed you my blood. Now I'm going to compel you" Damon said getting off the wall and walking in front of me, putting his hands on my face
"You won't remember this. After your disagreement with Elena you went straight to bed. Got it?" I nodded and he released my face

Game Of Thrones: Season 8 - The Right Way
Game of Thrones has been an international phenomenon... until this final season. The last few episodes went completely off the rails and everyone slams critics for saying it was bad and challenged people to write it better. I humbly want to accept that challenge and I'm giving it a shot. Some of you may like my take on things and some may not.I will (hopefully) publish each chapter as I write them, every week to two weeks, in between my daily stories and time permitting.

The Animo Saga
Before history was well-recorded in the world of Ulakam, primordial animal spirits adopted humans, provided protection and developed deep spiritual connections with them. Millennia later, humans now host animal spirits and are split into tribes named for the species they host. Ulakam is slowly being consumed by a decades-long war pitting the main tribes against the smaller tribes and a group of bandits calling themselves "the resistance". Callida Animo was born into this world. Coming from a mixed family of generational soldiers, Callida joined the family business at a young age. In her words, she was practically bred, born, and raised to be a soldier. And she's good at what she does... which inevitably attracts attention that makes her unambitious self extremely uncomfortable. Love, loss, influence and growth. This is her story. Written episodically, this story focuses on relationships and character growth through a series of mini-arcs that connect to make a greater whole. (Honestly, the story would lend itself well to a TV series.) "Episodes" range from 3-7 chapters (at least so far), and average about 4 or 5 chapters. Author's note: I'm always thrilled to receive comments, follows, ratings/reviews, messages.... All forms of feedback are welcome and encouraged. However, I have no interest in begging readers for more engagement to get better visibility. I tried that with my last story and found the game soul-sucking. So! This constitutes my only self-promotion request. If you are reading this story, let me know what you think! I love engaging with my readers. We'll see if growing the readership organically is even possible. Thank you! 😘 Release schedule: Weekly on Wednesday afternoons
