Okay! Here we go with chapter 3, I'll try to update as soon as I can, but I can't promise anything. I have a busy schedule, but I'll remain faithful to my first story.

Anyway, on with the story!

Mark's day consisted of eating, sleeping and being sedated all the time.

He was furious at the state he was in, he was furious of not being able to regularly use his body, he was furious at the inability to make the aliens pay.

However; this gave him plenty of time to think and strategize.

He knew that the green assholes were going to eventually let him out... eventually...

For now he could only wait and see what would happen, and hope that he could survive all of this crap.

Kyiv ar'khan stood in the main bridge of the Yautja clanship, observing the various monitors that displayed information on the ship and the trip that was coming to an end.

'At this rate, we shall reach Yaut this same cycle' a few more hours and they would be able to report back to their matriarch.

Many Yautja, males and females alike were excited to return home.

While the standard Yautja clanship housed many inhabitants, there was always a great deal of people that traveled on it.

A notification appeared on his wrist computer, and Kyiv sighed loudly: yet another unblood had tried to sneak into the ooman's cell.

Word spread like wildfire among the ship.

The news of a feral primate graced everyone's ears. Opinions varied: some were curious, some were disgusted and angry, but most didn't care.

Soon, it would end as they approached their home planet.

Kyiv couldn't deny that he was becoming increasingly worried about the high matriarch's decision on the ooman's fate.

It frustrated him, how he was becoming so paranoid over the events that would unfold in the next cycle.

He was an elite hunter: his hundreds of trophies were proof of that, yet he kept thinking about the Pyode Amedha.

It was known throughout the clans that there had been some oomans honorable enough to be taken from Earth to be trained in the ways of the hunt.

Most of these apprentices were females, and were the mates of high ranking Yautja.

Because humans had a much shorter life span, studies and research were conducted, and now the galactic hunters had the technology to increase an ooman individual's speed, senses strength, severally decreasing mortality rate.

Kyiv then decided that it was time to confront the ooman.

Mark felt a ray of light touching his skin, and he knew that someone had opened the cage.

He saw one of the alien fucks holding a gun like object. He brought the instrument at the base of Mark's neck, and squeezed the trigger. The translator positioned itself on his spinal column.

Mark started to cuss in his head: this was the only way for him to release his pent up rage.

Kyiv heard the ooman huff, he knew that it was infuriated: the strong scent of anger it was emitting all but confirmed it.

The elite arbitrator placed the expensive piece of medical equipment back into his pouch. He then grasped the needle that contained the antidote to the sedative, and planted it in the smaller male's arm.

As soon as Mark realized that he could move, he lunged towards the predator that sat next to him.

'Big fucking mistake on your part!'

Kyiv expected his reaction, and grabbed Mark's wrists with one hand, using the other to hold his legs.

He used his superior strength to hold the struggling Pyode Amedha down, and tried to talk to it.

"Ooman, ooman! Calm down!" Kyiv ordered

Mark stopped all at once: shocked to hear this alien speak his tongue!

"Ooman, do you understand me?"

Quickly regaining over his surprise, Mark spoke back "Yes. What do you want?!"

The Yautja looked at him with his gold reptilian eyes " I came here to speak with you. Rest assured, I shall answer all of your questions." and he let go of his arms and feet.

Mark was still unsure of the figure in front of him "You speak English?" "Do not be surprised, it is common for many arbitrators to learn languages of other species." Kyiv responded

"Why the fuck am I here?" and the Yautja explained his plans of training him.

"You understand that you have dragged me all the way into this crap, you know you could have just left me were I was: I would have been fine." "Improbable, your lungs were punctured by your broken ribs and you were losing blood."

"Then why not leave to die?" Mark asked, crossing his arms over his chest.

" I have never seen an ooman like you: you killed a blooded Yautja and severely wounded another, your potential is to great to simply let you perish." he told him sincerely.

"My name is Kyiv ar'khan, I'm one of the five elite arbitrators of the Fire Skull clan."

"Mark Johnson, navy seal operative, MMA grandmaster." and the hunter cocked his head to the side, wondering what was MMA.

Then Mark laughed out loud, Kyiv looked at him inquisitively "What is so funny?"

"Well, I'm here, talking with an intergalactic alien hunter; who would have ever imagined this?" he laughed some more.

A smirk formed on the Yautja's mandibles "Well said."

Soon the atmosphere of the room returned to its original state.

"We're not on Earth, huh?" "No we are not, we are in deep space, far away from your solar system."

The human was astonished with this news, but didn't show any sign of it.

Kyiv pondered how to tell him of the imminent events that would unfold. "When we reach my planet, you will be sold as a slave, but I disagree with this decision, and because of this my clan's matron shall have the final saying in this. So listen well if you don't want to spend the rest of your life in servitude" he stated seriously.

Mark nodded and leant forward.

The arbitrator taught Mark everything he knew about Yautja society, religion and culture.

He told him how to show respect to those of higher rank and how to not break the code of honor, he lectured him on the history of the Fire Skull clan.

"When the high matriarch judges you, be on your best behavior, and follow my instructions."

"I thank you, but again: why are you telling me all of this?"

Kyiv gave him a soft smile "Because I see the spirit of a hunter in you."

Mark thanked him once more, then he panicked: "Wait, won't elder Na..." "Na gook." the predator corrected him "Won't he know of this?"

"He is unaware of this discussion, as are the guards stationed outside the cell."

"I put a translator into your body so that you can understand what we say in our own language." he said that part in his mother tongue.

Mark visibly relaxed, still processing all the knowledge he had acquired.

"Alright then."

The two gave their farewells to each other and Kyiv exited the room, but not before locking the cage.

'Whoa' Mark thought, 'Maybe I'll really get out of this one' but he knew not to get his hopes up: everything was still uncertain, but he would give this opportunity his best shot.

'Better rest now, I got a hell of long road ahead of me' and he drifted off into slumber.

Preparations for the unloading of goods had commenced.

As the leading arbitrator, Kyiv presented the other Yautja enforcers with tasks and assignments, and while he was walking around giving orders, he would make sure to talk to Mark before landing.

He observed the image of Yautja Prime on one of the many screens. Soon they would reach the massive tropical planet.

'May Lilka guide Mark through the labors of a hunter'

Mark awoke when he heard the cage unlocking, he looked up and saw Kyiv.

Said Yautja helped him out "Were there, correct?" the bigger male nodded "Almost."

Then, a message popped up on his computer wrist. He looked at it and flared his mandibles:

a bad blood group had attacked a transport, and while fighting the debris had fallen onto the landing platform and damaged it; because of this they wold still have to wait till the next cycle to land.

"What's going on?" asked Mark "Those Pauk de bad bloods have damaged the landing pad!" "Did they escape?" "No, they were quickly subdued, arbitrators managed to board their ship, they are now awaiting their execution." Kyiv informed him, whilst muttering curses.

"Those fuckers sure are stupid: attempting a raid? On Yaut no less of all places! That's madness!" Mark voiced his opinion.

"I cannot agree more on what you have just said."

The two remained silent for a moment, both lost in their thoughts.

"Isn't their another pad on which we can land?"

"No, all of the others are available but not designed to house a ship this size, we cannot ask other nearby clans to use their landing pads, for it is considered un honorable. For now we wait."

They sat on the chairs that were in the room and talked again, talking about Yautja ships, all the while Kyiv happily answered all of Mark's never ending questions.

Kyiv was contacted and told that they were about to land.

He stood up and handed Mark a syringe

"It's a heat suppressan , the climate here on Yaut is several times hotter than Earth's.

This should help."

Mark thanked him and injected himself 'Hell! I've been busy putting all this stuff in the last 3 days!'

Kyiv then clasped his hands in cuffs, and proceeded to do the same with his feet.

"I'm sorry, but these will have to be secured for the next hour or so. I mean no offense."

"None taken." Mark replied.

He then started to walk towards the exit, but was stopped.

Kyiv spoke then "When we will walk among the clan, many shall feel insulted by your mere presence, but they do not know of your skills and potential. To their eyes you are just Pyode Amedha, unworthy prey. Some may even attack you, but I shall try my best to not let that happen, but if it does, do not fight back." Mark nodded, understanding.

"Our matriarch Guan-Kwei is still learning English, so I shall translate whatever you shall say"

"And finally: stay calm; Yautja masks are equipped with what you oomans call thermal vision, if your heart rate increases, we will know; if you start having fear, we will know; so stay calm."

"You honor me with your advice, Kyiv ar'khan." Mark bowed his head, and Kyiv repaid the gesture.

Mark was amazed at what he saw when he walked through the ship, his mind was begging him to stop and observe whatever poked his curiosity;but he had to keep moving.

He was escorted by Kyiv and 4 other Yautja, Mark deduced that they were arbitrators: their imagine fit in his friend's description.

'Seems a bit overkill to me.' but it was understandable: he was going to come face to face with the matron; who was the most important figure in the clan. She was the leader of the Fire Skull clan, that was one of the strongest clans

Surprisingly, no other predators crossed their path, no words were spoken and soon enough they exited the ship, walking down the lowered ramp.

The first thing Mark noticed was the change in temperature, and he was glad to have taken the heat suppressant!

There was a humid air, and there were stone and metal buildings all around the ship, along with several skyscraper tall pyramids in the distance.

Mark noticed how every structure shared an Aztec like stile; this was way bigger than New York, this was a bustling metropolis!

A few ships roamed the sky, and there was an exceptional amount of plants and nature, there were even some vast areas that were untouched, hosting tropical forests.

'Fuck me... this is awesome!' he really couldn't help himself as his mouth hung open.

Kyiv and the other hunters silently chuckled as they saw the agape ooman.

However, there was still a mission to uphold.

The decisive moment approached...

And done once more. I wanted to post this chapter yesterday, but I didn't have the time to do so.
