"...Which one of you is going to die first?"
Those words bounced around inside my head as I stood there frozen, waiting for Sheep Mask to make the first move that would probably mean my death.
Another horrible thought soon joined the first.
If I make a run for it now I might be able to make it out of here.
I quickly dismissed the thought, feeling terrible for even thinking about it. There was no way I was going to leave Archer, especially not after what he'd done for me. I'd made myself a promise that I planned to see through.
Sheep Mask took a step forward instantly snapping me out of my thoughts. He cocked his head to the side and spread his arms wide.
"Well? Who's it going to be?" Sheep Mask reached into the waistband of his dark jeans and pulled out a black hand gun. Slowly, like he had all the time in the world, which I guess he did, he took the safety off and aimed it at my head, sending new waves of raw fear coursing through me. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Archer tense and clench his fists.
"You pretty girl?" Sheep Mask asked, amusement clear in his voice.
"Or..." he swept his arm to the left, now aiming it at Archer. "The wanna be bad ass?" The amusement was gone from his voice and was replaced with an almost animalistic growl.
To my surprise Archer spoke up, his voice calm and cold.
"You and your bat shit crazy friends are the ones calling all the shots right? So, why don't you tell me? It's not like you were going to give us a real choice anyway."
I momentarily forgot about Sheep Mask and whipped my head to look at Archer with wide eyes.

What was his problem?!
My small hope of making it out of here alive went straight down the drain.
Sheep Mask tightened his grip on the gun and took a step towards Archer.
"I guess it's decided then. " He hissed through the mask.
Archer shrugged his shoulders. "Guess so. Just try not to get blood on my hoodie, it's new."
Sheep Mask actually laughed, a loud dark rumbling sound that filled the cavernous room.
"Try not to get blood on your new hoodie?" Sheep Mask shook his head amusement now back in his voice. "Sorry to break it to you kid, but that can't be avoided when there's a bullet in your chest."
Archer raised an eyebrow in challenge.
"I never said it was going to be my blood." And as soon as the words left his mouth Archer lunged forward.

The Egg Guardian
First and foremost, I must apologize as this story is currently on an indefinite hiatus. School, my main project, and writer's block have gotten in the way. I was rather unprepared when I began posting this and kind of just did it on a whim. Thus, I shall ensure I am thoroughly prepared before posting anything else, but I plan to return to this someday to conitnue it. What better retirement plan for a scumbag than to become a demon? Whether he likes it or not, that's Berrick's only choice. Heaven thinks hell is getting a little lukewarm and Berrick is just the guy to heat things up again. Follow Berrick as he works for home and hell as one of the few Egg Guardians. Author's note: Are you looking for bad writing, terrible dialogue, short chapters, and slow releases? Then you've come to the right place! This is honestly just something I'm writing for fun and figured I'd publish while I'm working on my main project, but I always appreciate constructive criticism so I can improve. The Gulf

I would love it if you could leave a review, no matter how horrible, that could help me do better in my writing. The beginning chapters are a bit slow, but if you can get past that, there is a chance you'll love it. Happy Reading.

From Ninja to Pirate
Life can be difficult, hard and painful. Who am I kidding? Most of you probably have already experienced first-hand, all the difficulties, hardships and pains in life that I talk of, so rather than listen to me teach the lessons on how you should stay strong and look forward to the good things, I think you'd much rather prefer me to just get on with my story, and that's exactly what I'll do.My name was Uzumaki Naruto. I was a genin of the hidden village of the leaves, and the team-mate of Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura. My parents were the Fourth Hokage and the Jinchuuriki of the nine-tailed fox before me, and I was what people called, a failure. But now, the story has reversed. No more failure. No more Naruto. No more ninja.I am Akagami D. Natsuki, a girl who challenges the world, in the era of pirates! All credits go to Oda Eiichiro and Kishimoto Masashi for writing One Piece and Naruto. This is a fanfiction I wrote for my own pleasure. Please don't judge it too harshly... I have checked for spelling and grammar mistakes, but just in case there is the occasional mistake, please comment on it, rather than insult me. From personal experience, I have seen people insulting my grammar, with a comment akin to:"Cant u even spell 'mom' correctly? It's 'mom' not 'mum' you idiot!!!" So, please, don't insult me like that... It really ruins my day, which might have already been awful... Also, I apologise if they get really overpowered, or sound really arrogant... I don't mean it that way, but that's how it is read, so I'm sorry before hand. Well done for making it this far, and thank you for reading. noelicoan.
