Nothing could calm the nerves I have right now; I was about to get married to the man of my dreams, it didn't feel real at all. It seems just yesterday, Alex was defending me, against my bully. Now here we are getting married. I hear a knock on my door .
"Come in."
I look up to see my mother, alive and healthy smiling at me, tears in her eyes.
"Oh dear, I can't believe my baby is getting married." She sobs, holding a hand over her mouth.
"Oh mom, I can't either." I say standing to hug her, she squeezes me tight as if she'll never see me again.
She sighs, then nods her head.
"You're right honey, we should be happy. It's your wedding!"
I smile, then look at the beautiful, lacy material that is my wedding dress. I feel beautiful in it, it has a flowery design and is mermaid style.
"It's beautiful," She whispers.
"I'm gonna leave you to change."
She walks out the door, shutting it behind her.
"It's not as beautiful as you though." I hear a familiar deep voice, I turn around and gasp startled to see Alex.
"What are you doing? You're not supposed to see my dress or me before the wedding."
"Do you really think I care about that, love?" He questions black hair falling in his face, beautiful blue eyes glowing.
"No." I whisper, I guess that's why they used to call him a bad boy in high school.

"Right. Have I told you that you are so damn beautiful?"
"Many times." I reply holding on to his shoulders he's so close and I smell his intoxicating scent, I love everything about this guy, from his perfections to his flaws, he might not be perfect but he's perfect for me.
"Hm. Seems I haven't told you enough my, love." He says, placing a soft kiss on my neck, leaving my knees buckling.
"Alex, I have to get ready, for our wedding."
"Ah, right. I believe you'll be the one in white?" He winks backing up.
"And I believe you'll be the one in the sexy tux."
"We'll guess it's planned see you in an hour."
"That I will."
