Roughened to gravel,

Pitted with potholes,

And unwalked by any.

I'm on a road,

On foot,

And angry at the passersby,

That just seems to ignore me.

I'm on a road,

Feeling lost,

And wanting to stop,

But resisting,

Because I know,

There's something,

Somewhere ahead.

I'm on a road,

Running,

Running,

Running,

And it never ends.

I'm on my road,

That I've walked,

Forever and ever,

And my footprints,

Will make it,

Worth it,

Because it's been,

A road walked by me.
