"Bas what is she doing here?" Honey turns to me with hurt in her eyes.

"I want to explain Honey" mum replies for me.

"No" Honey takes a step back shaking her head.

"Please Honey, I've missed you" mum says her voice shaking.

"Missed me? Missed. Me. Are you serious? I planned your funeral! I thought you were dead! I grieved over you!"

"Honey..." mum pleads but Honey turns her attention to Cameron.

"No. Cameron I don't want her here."

"Genevieve."

"Cameron!"

"Ok love. Ms Reynolds maybe we should..." Cameron directs mum towards the door she looks over at Honey who quickly looks away. "I'll have John drop her at the hotel and then I'll come back up" Cameron says to Honey although she doesn't seem to be listening.

"I'll make some tea" Brayden offers leaving Honey and I alone on the couch.

The two of us sit in silence I notice that Honey is shaking but I'm honestly not confident to speak. We sit not saying anything until Brayden returns with the tea.

"She wants to explain everything to you Honey" Brayden offers as he pours the tea.

"I don't want or need an explanation" Honey says quietly.

"Honey..."

"No Bas I don't. If you want to forgive her well fine but I can't." She stands up heading over to her bed. She begins to pack a duffel with clothes before picking up her work bag. "I'm going back to the office" Before Brayden or I can say a word Honey is gone slamming the door after her.

The apartment is, if it is even possible, more silent then before. Without Honey, Brayden and I sit drinking our tea. Finally the silence is broken when the front door swings open. Our heads snap to the door I know we are both hoping for Honey but Cameron waltzes through the door instead. He looks around the apartment doing a quick scan.

"Where's Genevieve?"

"She left" Brayden answers.

"And you let her?" Cameron's tone is angry.

"We didn't have a choice. She is angry. She said she was going back to work"

"I'll go to the office then" Cameron says, "she shouldn't be angry with you two. I bought them here. She should yell at me"

"Thanks Cam but I don't actually think she angry with us" I offer.

"She is angry with our parents" Brayden finishes my thought.

Seventeen unanswered calls from Cameron and message after message. I sit at my desk trying desperately to get some work done. The intercom buzzes and Caleb's voice. He returned to the office after his exam.

"Honey. I have Mr Cunningham on line one."

"Tell him I'm busy."

"He is very insistent that he speaks to you."

Of course he is...

I pack up my laptop and head to the door of my office. I need to get away. I don't hate Cameron for what he did bringing my mum back. I don't hate Brayden or Bas either but I just... I don't want to be around people. There is a Internet Cafe in Boston Common, the perfect place to work by myself.

"Caleb you can finish for the day. Go back to campus if you want."

"Ah thanks..." Caleb says still looking nervous.

"What is it Caleb?"

"Mr Cunningham is still on the phone" he says holding up the receiver.

"Hang up Caleb."

"But -"

I hear Cameron's voice through the phone. "I WANT TO TALK TO GENEVIEVE NOW! DON'T YOU FUCKI-" I take the receiver out of Caleb's hand and slamming it back into it's cradle.

"Blame me. I'm headed to the common. Take the rest of the day off and if you tell Cameron where I am I'll fire you."

Caleb's mouth hangs open. Instead of waiting around for his reply I head straight to the lift. My phone rings and rings in my bag but I continue to ignore it. Once in the car park I slip straight into the drivers seat of my car and don't waste time heading to Boston common.

I park in the car park of the Internet Cafe and head straight in. I order a latte and purchase an hours worth of wifi before finding a table in the corner. I slip my phone out of my bag and place it on the table noticing a string of messages.

Taking a deep breath I reply to Cameron before turning my attention back to my laptop.

Staying true to my word I turn off my phone and begin answering emails. There are quite a few from Carter about the High Street project and before I know it my mum and my so called dad are the last thing on my mind. I finalise some blueprints and organise a meeting with Carter onsite next week. I sit back in my chair as the young college student barista brings me another latte.

"Oh I didn't -"

"On the house" he says with a smile. "You look like you are having a tough day."

"Thanks, that is sweet of you."

"I'm Josh" he says sitting down opposite me with his hand extended. I shake hands with him.

"Honey."

"That's actually your name?" Josh grins.

"That's what people call me but my name is -"

"GENEVIEVE!" his voice echoes through the cafe. I shrink down in my chair and Josh looks confused.

"Are you okay?" Josh asks.

"Fine" I say quietly. Before I have a chance to say anything else I'm yanked out of my chair. A strong hand gripping my bicep.

"Hey man let her go!" Josh says standing and pushing himself towards Cameron.

"Get away from my girlfriend" Cameron growls.

"Josh it is alright. I'm fine" I say with a small smile but Josh looks unconvinced.

"Are you sure Honey?" Cameron tenses at the sound of my nickname.

"Promise. Thanks for the latte."

"Anytime" Josh says with a shrug and head back to the counter.

Cameron packs up laptop. Keeping his hand wrapped around my bicep he carries my bag and pulls me from the cafe. Once outside I yank myself out of his grip.

"What are you doing Cameron?"

"You can't hide from me Genevieve I won't let you. I will always find you." Cameron's voice is deep and possessive as he talks. "You. Are. Mine. Genevieve."
