(Six months later)

"Aaron put Harry down, you can't carry him", said Clara rushing to take Harry from Aaron.

"Not fair" said Aaron stamping his feet end folding his hand at the same time.

"Daddy mama not fair" he complained.

Kelvin raised his eyebrow at Clara she just shrugged.

"What happened buddy"

"Mama don't want me to carwy hawy"

"Mama is being naughty right"

"Yeah"

"Do you smell that?" asked Kelvin.

"I do is that....."

"The Chicken!"

They both said, looking at each other eyes wide.Clara placed a sleeping Harry into the cot, then rushed to the oven.

"It's bunt!"

"No it's not"

"Kelvin you didn't set the timer!"

"I did didn't I? "

"You didn't"

"Ermmm, so can we still eat it? "

She rolled her eyes before taking a slice of the chicken.

"Hmmm"

"We can still eat it, see, I heard burnt food taste great." he said snatching the piece of chicken from her.

"Give it back"

"No, oh shoot it almost five"

"Go, prepare the table I will ready the kids and the chicken, the unburnt part of cause."

"Okay"

They spent almost an hour preparing the house for the arrival of their families.

"All set love, you look beautiful"

"Yeah, thank you, oh they are here" Clara kisssed him before going to welcome her parents.

Looking at the table she smiled at the people present. Kelvin's mum had finally accepted her into the family. She found out the reason for the dislike was because of a traumatic incident that happened. They were good now each spoiling the kids. The last time she had to stop Kelvin's dad from buying Kelvin his own car plus a driver.

"The meal was great dear" her mum praised her.

"Thank you"

"Told you burnt food taste great"

"Will you love birds stop it" said James.

"I didn't ask you to cut you honeymoon short"

"Sometimes you make me regret making you my best friend"

"Boys, enough today is for us to celebrate life and being grateful." Said li.

"Cheers to life" his dad said.

"And handsome grandchildren"

"Mama" Kelvin groaned.

"What? not my fault your kids are adorable and am still young to carry more." she mumbled the last part earning a chuckle from everyone.

Jane's clears his throat before saying "Sarah has passed on"

Everyone was silent, processing what they heard.

"Oh, when? " Asked Clara

"Two days today"

"Oh"

"Let's not change the cherry air, let all go to the back and receive real air. Then I will tell you guys all about our trip"

They agreed filling out to the yard.

"hey, it's not your fault okay, you have gone through a lot, don't be hard on yourself."

"Okay, i know but I still think it's my fault that... "

"Stop we've spoken about it, come let's... "

"Don't worry I will get him"

"He sure knows how to ruin tge moment"

She rolled her eyes laughing "he is your son"

"Am beginning to doubt"

"Go meet them outside I will join you soon"

"You sure you going to be alright?"

"Yeah you go"

"Fine, I will dismissbthrm as soon as I can"

She nodded at him, he gave her a gentle sqeeeze before went to join the rest. She got up and headed to the crying baby upstairs.

"I can't believe it" she thought, carrying Harry who began smiling when he saw her.

She sat on the reclining chair to feed him. Her thoughts drifted to Sarah, was it a good thing that she felt relieved at the news?

Flashback.

She woke up in the hospital, tirsy she thought was who brought her here.

" I see you are awake, your vitals is good and so are your babies" the doctor told her.

"This doctor was too cherry is that how he talk to his patients" she thought.

"Okay, so can I go home now"

"Well there is some bad news, but it's not that bad"

"Can you just say it already"

"Well... "

He was interrupted by the door, causing both to look at the intruder.

"You are awake!" Kelvin rushed to her hugging her.

"Can't breathe"

"Oh sorry"

"As I was saying your pregnancy is high risk one, you need to take absolute care"

"Oh"

"Don't worry she will be on bed rest if possible"

"Good, when you are okay I recommend therapy for you. I know you have been through a lot"

"Am fine"

End of flash back

If only she knew she wasn't going to be okay. She place a now sleeping Harry in the cot. After she woke up and was discharged from the hospital, she began to have nightmare.

It was a hellish experience, for the next two months she would dream of the blood and fire, this time she was burning.

"Am happy Sarah is gone but she took a part of her too with her" she whispered.

Because of the nightmares, she couldn't carry the children for nine months.

"I was so weak to fighg for you" she silently sobbed.

After one of her nightmares she woke up to find herself bleeding. Panicking she couldn't do anything, despite the fact she was bleeding.

"Hey... " Kelvin met her sobbing, he hugged her from behind.

"Am so sorry"

"Hey, it's okay you are the most strongest person I know"

"But I couldn't fight for the twins, when they needed I couldn't face my fear"

"Don't be hard on yourself, you did your best. We didn't loose both boys, you fought for Harry, _o don't you dare think for a moment I blame you."

She noded sobbing into his shirt, they both cried silently for the loss of their son.

"but she died because of m.. "

"Shh, you only defended yourself, at least you gave her an easy exit. She died from her own gun, no matter what love I will always love you"

"Thank you"

"I don't know what I did to deserve you but I will be forever grateful, from being my Mistress when in fact you were my Wife. To giving me a o handsome and kinds sons you are the best." he said sincerely looking into her green eyes, he would never forget.

She smiled at him "I am glad I your wife turned mistress still win your heart."

"Yeah, you sure did let go to bed"

"Is everyone gone? "

"Yeah, I need to spend time with my lovely wife and they were getting in the way" he grinned at her.

They both went to bed Clara was content with herself and her family. She knew she ment it when she said the vow, for better for worst, in sickness and health. Well now she has added a new one in memory loss and gain, she will be with him. Smiling at it she went to bed with a smile.
