Clara had decided to come a day before the end of her two week break. She was glad to be back, he had to do everything in her power to make him remember. With Brad winning her parents heart she had to act fast.
He was a good guy, but definitely not her type. She hoped Kelvin wouldn't come early, so she could have a good night rest.
"Clara? is that you" Why can't the universe grant her a single wish. He frightened her, making her children on the wine she was sipping.

"Fine, am sorry for causing you to chokeon your wine" she watch him grit out the apology.

She stomped her feet to her room, to wear something comfortable. He was lucky she loved him, or he would have heard a lot from her. She heard her door open. "What now? "
"You have a phone call" he said extending her phone to her. She looked at the caller ID, it was a new number and he had answered it. The nerve of him, she rolled her eyes at him.
"Hello"
"Hello beautiful, how are you"
"Brad?"
"At your service"
She looked at Kelvin who was leaning on the door frame.
"Excuse me" she mouthed, he simply shrugged and resumed his position.
"Hold on Brad"
"Anything for you love"
"Mr knight can you please excuse me, it's bad manners to listen to people's conversation"
"If the person need to prepare me super, I will stay and listen so that forget his or her work"
"You are impossible, stay all you like" she turned her back to him putting the call on speak out. If he wants to listen then he shouldn't blame her for what he will hear."
"Sorry, Brad I had to do something, to what do I owe the honor of receiving your call."
"Nothing special, actually I called to see if we could repeat dinner but this time just us on Saturday."

On hearing this Kelvin began shaking his head. Clara looked at him rolling her eyes.
"Ermmm, am not sure I will be free. Let's make it this way, when I come to visit my parents I would come see you. How about that? "
"Guess, I will take that for now. Hope you come soon, you made the dinner special"Lp
She lifted her head to see Kelvin leaving. "Glad I did, will talk to you soon" she ended the call.
Her mom would have an ear full when she calls her. She went down stairs to see Kelvin driving out of the house.
"What was his problem? Am in no mood to think about it" she spoke to her self. Getting a bottle of coke and the TV remote. If he is out pizza it is then. Where called to place her order, it should be delivered in the next thirty minutes.
While waiting for her pizza, she flipped from one channel to the order. However her mind was on Brad. He was too forward for her liking, the names he called her was even worse. The question was what was she doing. She wanted Kelvin to remember and she is leading someone on. Life was indeed full of surprises.
"Perhaps she needs a back up, Brad could be her back up. Maybe just maybe they might have a chance"
