Guys I am a Muslim. And as Muslims, suicide is harambe for us. But we have our therapies for dealing with anxiety and depression, which is reading Quran and offering prayers.
But even for the people with other religions like Hindus, Christians, Buddhists, Sikhs and etc. , I believe they must have their own religious perspectives which would make them don't want to give up on life.
So religion is a big part of me. My life revolves around my religion, and I know I am not perfect, but I try to be the best.
And even if you are not a religious person, you might believe in something else, so just don't give up.
