《A Broken Hallelujah.》Chapter Five.

Jane kissed down Maura's bare back as they sat together tangled in their bed sheets. Black raven locks cascaded down her back and over her lovers shoulder. Maura closed her eyes as she felt those all familiar strong Italian hands roam over her body and cup her breast. The room light was dim and the thick black curtains were closed. It was late and the two women were exhausted.
After making love and talking the room was still full of passion and they had begun to kiss and touch again. That is when Maura had ended up sittig between Janes toned thighs as the brunette peppered her back with kisses. Each woman had a thin layer of sweat covering their bare bodies but it didn't bring them apart.
A few 'I love you's' were exchanged between the woman and they had finally later beside one another.
'Jane..' Maura spoke softly as she lay looking into her fiancés dark orbs that were staring back at her hazel ones.
'Mm?'
'I love you' Maura whispered softly as she brought up a hand to caress the Italians face.
Jane covered it with her own and smiled gently.
'I love you too' She kissed the blonde and pulled up the duvet to cover them both. Jane opened her arms awaing the doctor to turn and be hugged
Maura smiled and shuffled a little more to snuggle into her lover. Everything was going to be alright. That much she knew. She had a wonderful, beautiful fiance, a good job a family of italians and soon her family will be complete with Jane's and her own baby. Maura knew that tomorrow would be long. She planned to get up early and do some research.
Jane had rolled over to take her fiance in her arms once more as the sun sprinkled in across her face, but was met with nothing but sheets and a pillow. She cranked open an eye in search for Maura and noticed she wasn't in the room, neither were her little purple slippers.

Jane smiled before pulling her aching bare body from the bed and over to the set of draws. She pulled out a pair of white boxers and white sports Sox along with her gray boston PD shirt and shorts. Pulling them all on she headed into the ensuit padding her socked covered feet along.
She brushed her teeth and hair before throwing it up in a loose bun before heading down stairs to find Maura.
'Maur?' Jane called as she entered the kitchen and saw the kettle was boiled. She made her coffee before turning in search of her girlfriend again.
'Maura?' Jane called again.
'In here' She heard a small voice call.
Jane followed the voice and opened the door to the small room with a desk and a bookshelf that Maura called her office.
'Hey, what ya doing?' Jane asked rounding the desk and leaning down to kiss her good morning and looking to the laptop.
'I am researching different methods of same sex couples to have children. I've come across a few but the one that I am interested in is this..' She trailed off clicking into a page full of writing.
'And what exactly is 'this'?' Jane asked pulling Maura up off the chair and taking a seat then pulling her back down upon her lap.
'Its a new experiment scientist have tried in England at oxford and Harvard. Basically they take cells from your bone and fertalize an egg with it. Now the chances it would work is 90% but they have only tried it with one couple and their child was fine. No defects or anything.' Maura explained.
'Well..' Jane replied a little shocked and not knowing what to say.
'Jane, I'd really like to look into this more. It means our child will be souly ours' Maura said.

Jane smiled.
'Maur, its a great idea. If you want it that way then let's do it that way.'
Maura smiled brightly and pulled the Italians face into her joining their lips.
'Oh Jane! This means so much. I'm so happy' Maura exclaimed.
'Alright Maur, let's go eat I'm starving' Jane laughed pushing Maura to her feet and following her to the kitchen.
Jane took a seat at the stool around the island as Maura took off her robe and threw it over to her. Jane caught it and smiled at her fiancé.
'I like the attire' Jane smirked watching the woman from behind.
Maura turned throwing a devlish smirk over her shoulder as she went about making them both breakfast.
An oversized red Sox jersey that Jane had was now hanging loosely around Maura's slim frame and her small manicured feet were covered in a pain of big white sports sox pulled up as high as they go, which was only above the ankle.
'I see its a 'steal Jane's clothes' day today' Jane laughed as she watched the woman move around the kitchen.
'Well, I like to be comfortable the morning after a night like last night' Maura smiled pushing a mug of coffee towards the Italian.
'Its alright I guess, I rather like my view. Turn back around' Jane winked as she took a sip of coffee and the doctor did as she was asked.
Once breakfast was over Maura had offered Jane a...different kind of breakfast that she happily accepted before shoving her into the shower and demanding she be ready for work on time. Jane had laughed and done as she was told and luckily she did make it to work on time, and so did Maura. The pair had spent the rest of the day at work.
Jane had offered to take Maura out for dinner tonight once they were both done with their day but Maura politely declined and insisted on a night snuggled under their duvet on the sofa with a cup of coco and a film.
Jane couldn't say no.
