CLAY
That bitch is definitely up to something. There was no way she was just going out shopping with Half Sack. No one else was in the club house. I used this to my advantage. I finished my beer and made my way down the hall to the apartment to see if I could find anything else.
“Jesus,” I said as I opened the door. It reeked of pussy.
On the floor was McKayla’s clothes.
“Bingo.”
I picked up her jeans and went through the pockets. A business card fluttered out of the pocket and on to the ground.
Gabriel Cross, Attorney at Law
“Son of a bitch! “ I shouted.
That little bitch was talking to a lawyer. Perfect, we just got ATF off our ass and now with this porn shit, they’ll lock us up for sure. I wonder if Jax knows his little girlfriend is shacking up with a lawyer. I tucked the card in my pocket for safe keeping and tossed her jeans back on the floor. Back out in the bar, Half Sack was just walking in.
“Hey Clay,” He said.
Him and the girl were friends. Maybe she told him something. I sat down at the bar and lit a cigar.
“I saw you leave with Jax’s girl on the back of your Harley.” I said as I let out a puff of smoke.
He tensed. I could tell he was thinking carefully about what he should say.
“Yeah, she asked for a ride.” He said with a shrug.
I nodded slowly and leaned my elbows on the bar.
“You know, it’s not good to mess with members women. Especially the V.Ps girl.” I said accusingly.
Half Sack swallowed hard and went pale. I could see the nervousness all over him. Perfect.
“You’re not trying to tap that, are you?” I asked quietly.
He shook his head quickly from side to side and sweat broke out on his forehead.
“No!” He shouted as he spun around to face me.
I shrugged and sat up straight.
“Come on, she’s a hot piece of ass. I bet she’s a freak in bed.” I said.
“Clay, she’s Jax’s girl. I would never even think of that!” He said.
I leaned in close and dropped my voice to a whisper.
“Then where the hell did you take her?” I asked him.

He sighed and hung his head.
“She asked me to take her into town that’s all I swear.”
“Why?” I asked him.
He sighed deeply and hung his head.
“She said she was meeting a friend for lunch. I didn’t ask, but I watched her go inside the diner.” He said.
I nodded and flicked ashes off the cigar.
“Tell me.” I said.
He went on to tell me she met a man. A man that was driving a Black Lexus just like the one that brought her here from the airport. It has to be the lawyer.
“What are you gonna tell Jax?” He asked me quietly.
I stood up and put my arm around him.
“Nothing, you’re in the clear.” I said.
I could feel him sigh in relief and I kissed his cheek.
“I want you to tail her. Try not to be seen, or let Jax know. Got that?” I said as I walked into Church.
He nodded and I looked towards the door, waiting for him to leave. When he didn’t get the hint, I pointed at it and he scrambled outside. I shook my head and closed the doors behind me.
JAX
“This place looks abandoned, Jax.” Tig said when we got there.
He was right. The house Marcus was supposed to be hiding out in looked like it hasn’t been touched in years. The door was falling off of the hinges and there were two windows in the front that were boarded up. Old, yellowing, white paint was chipping off of the house and the old wood was visible beneath.
I didn’t say anything back to Tig, I just motioned for Opie and Tig to go around the sides of the house and I went to the falling down door. I took a deep breath and quickly pulled my gun out from my vest. Slowly, I put my hand on the door and opened it just enough that I could fit through. Tig and Opie filed in behind me, after sweeping the yard. The place was covered in dust and was pitch black.
“Shit!” Tig shouted.
I turned fast towards the sound of his voice and aimed my gun. I couldn’t see anything, but I heard him fumbling around.
“I can’t see anything!” He shouted.
“Get the boards.” I said to him and Opie.
Opie and Tig grabbed on to the sides of a board and I took hold of the top and we pulled. With a loud crack, the board came down and sunlight spilled into the shit hole. It was clear that no one had even been inside the place in years. The dust was so thick on the floor that we could see our own footprints.

“Jax, no one’s been here in a long time.” Tig said finally.
I sighed in frustration and tossed the broken board to the floor.
“Just look around.” I said.
I brushed passed him and went to check out the rest of the house. That fucking whore is covering up for him. Tig was right. No one had been in here in at least 10 years. I finished my search and met Ope and Tig outside.
“I say, we go back to Cara Cara, give Luanne a little more incentive to give this bastard up.” Tig said.
“She’s Otto’s old lady, we can’t touch her.” Opie replied.
He was right. By club law, I couldn’t do anything to Luanne without telling Otto first and he would never let us at her. And I don’t blame him. I wouldn’t do it to McKayla either.
We stood in silence for a while before a thought hit me.
“We don’t have to touch her.” I said.
Tig raised his eyebrow at me and Ope cocked his head.
“Get everyone to the table.” I said as I swung my leg over my bike.
Back at the club house, Clay was glaring daggers at me from his President’s seat. I shrugged it off and brought everyone up to speed.
“We need this shit handled!” Clay shouted at me.
I swallowed back the urge to punch him and looked across from me at Chibs.
“She’s covering for him. All we need to do is give her incentive to give him up. We can’t touch her physically, she’s an old lady. So, how do you bring a whore to her knees?” I said.
I looked around and watched the guys process what I had said. A sly grin broke out across Clay’s face.
“You put a cock in front of her?” Tig suggested.
I rolled my eyes and shook my head. Clay smacked the back of Tig’s head and looked at me.
“You take away her money.” He said.
I pointed at him and nodded.
“Bingo.”
The guys all nodded and chuckled and I looked at Clay.
“What do you think Prez? You didn’t want us dealing in pussy from the beginning. We pull our funds, kick her out of the warehouse, and Cara Cara goes broke. I bet she gives him up faster than she can say ‘gimme that cock, daddy’.” I said.
Clay sat back in his chair and studied me. I could tell he was thinking it through. It was a risk. She might not need us financially, but she definitely needed us for the space. This is the only way I can think of to get her to talk.
“This is your last chance V.P. If this doesn’t work, we’re going to have to get a little more creative.” He said in a low, threatening voice.
My upper lip twitched and I clenched my fists. Clay slammed the gavel down and left the table. Slowly, everyone followed suit except for Opie.
“You good brother?” He asked me.
I sighed and lit a cigarette.
“I don’t know. This is our last shot.” I said.
I blew out smoke from my lungs and he leaned against the door frame.
“It’ll work. You’re right, take away her money and she’ll fold.” He assured me.
I shrugged and dragged myself up from the table. Opie put his arm around my shoulders and we walked out of the room.
“Go home, kiss your kid, and fuck your girlfriend. We’ll deal with this shit tomorrow.” He said with a smile.
I couldn’t help but laugh as I pulled him in for a hug. He slapped my back hard and we pulled away.
“Later, bro.” I said.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Half Sack nervously wiping down the bar. I raised my eyebrow and walked over.
“What’s up, Sack?” I asked.
He shot up straight and knocked over a bottle, sending glass everywhere.
“Jesus!” Chibs shouted.
“Hey Jax, what’s up?” He half shouted at me.
I glanced at Bobby, who was looking over some paper work, and then back at Half Sack.
“Everything okay?” I asked him.
He nodded quickly and bent down to pick up the glass.
“I think he’s experimenting with crack.” Bobby said without looking up.
I chuckled and put my cigarette out as I walked out the door towards my bike.

Azarinth Healer
A new world with nearly unlimited possibilities. A status, classes, magic and monsters. Sounds good? Well, for Ilea it didn't come quite as expected as for some other protagonists, nor was there a king or god to welcome her. The grand quest? Well, she might figure that out someday but for now, a new world with new food is prize enough. Her fists at the ready, she's prepared to punch and get punched, however long it takes and however many limbs she might have to regrow. A story I've started writing now quite a while ago. Transported to another world, somewhat standard fantasy setting with my beginner attempts to make it dark but funny. There are Litrpg elements here but I do hope it's not too heavy and annoying. The fights should be interesting and aren't just numbers vs numbers. Contrary to the title the protagonist will be quite an offensive fighter. Ilea Spears is your average sarcastic kick-boxing fast food worker and soon to be student. She will be transported to another world rather conventionally and will be confronted with survival in the wild. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. My experience is incredibly lacking. If you find yourself hating it early on, do convey your anger in a detailed comment or review :) I want to get better but without any feedback it's simply quite difficult. Quick heads up: Around chapter 120 there are a bunch of longer PoV changes that I discontinued again shortly after. The Arc around chapters 150-200 is darker than the rest and the themes shift quite a bit. Just know that it goes back to what you've come to know after that section. Thank you for reading. Quick update June 2019: Many complaints regarding the formatting, specifically spacing in conversations and of course the usage of the present tense in the first 36 chapters have been addressed. I'm of course learning by the day but compared to how it was before it should be an improvement at least. Chapters usually around 3k words Cover art by Kevin Catalan
