《So try and love me while you can [Zacky Vengeance]》Chapter thirteen

I decided to leave Kyle and Troy alone, so I went to Brian’s. He was sitting on the patio, drinking a beer when I got there.
“Hey man. Where’ve you been all day?” He asked.
I sighed and got a drink and sat down.
“Well, I ran into someone today who, well she needed my help.” I said.
He raised his eyebrow and took a drink of his beer.
“Who?” He asked.
“The stripper from the club.” I said.
Brian got this wicked smile on his face and he laughed.
“Oh man. You’ve been fucking all day?” He asked.
I rolled my eyes and shook my head.
“No. She and her alcoholic mom had a huge fight and she ran off.” I said.
Brian stopped mid drink and looked at me.
“What? How old is she? Like 15?” He shouted.
I sighed loudly and shook my head.
“No! She just lives with her mom to take care of her!” I shouted.
Brian nodded and took his drink.
“Okay, so then what happened?” He said.
“Well, I kind of offered her to stay with me.” I said as I rubbed the back of my neck.
Brian slammed his beer down and faced me.
“Are you fucking nuts? She’s a stripper for fucks sake!” He said.
I rolled my eyes and stood up.
“She’s a human too, Brian. She needs help. And she’s got a kid.” I said.
Brian let out a low whistle and shook his head.
“Damn.” He said.
I shook my head and started to say something when Brian’s wife Kate walked in.
“Hey Zacky, what’s going on?” She said.
Brian lit up the minute she walked out. He really was in love with her. And she was one hell of a woman for putting up with him.

“Zacky let a stripper and her kid move in.” Brian said.
Kate sat down on Brian’s lap and looked at me seriously.
“What happened?” She asked.
I sighed and sat back down.
“She was fighting with her drunk of a mom and she pushed her onto a pile of broken glass and she got all cut up so she ran away. She ran literally right into me. I helped her out and we decided she needed to get out of there. Then she tells me she has a son and I couldn’t let him stay there, so I took them both in.” I said.
Kate smiled at me and touched my arm.
“Well, then she must be special. You don’t let just anyone move in with you.” She said.
I smiled and shrugged.
“Or, she’s just really good in bed.” Brian said.
Kate scoffed and hit him in the chest.
“You’re an ass.” She said.
Brian shrugged and I blushed and looked away.
“Is that why you let her move in?” Kate asked me.
I shook my head quickly.
“No, no. Not at all.” I said.
Kate looked back at Brian, who just shrugged.
“I’ve actually never had sex with her.” I said.
Brian choked on his beer and Kate raised her eyebrow.
“What do you mean?! You said she was a freak?!” Brian shouted.
I jumped back up and sighed.
“I lied. I didn’t want you guys to make fun of me.” I said in a small voice.
Kate smiled and Brian shook his head.
“I think it’s sweet. You’re not a pig like these guys.” Kate said as she glared at Brian.
He just shrugged and took a drink.
“Hey, I didn’t fuck anyone either.” He said.

Kate playfully rolled her eyes and Brian kissed her cheek. Somehow, she was cool with him going to strip clubs as long as he doesn’t have sex with the girl. She is the perfect woman.
“So, what’s her name?” Brian asked.
“Kyle.” I said.
They nodded and Kate looked at me for a moment.
“Wait, how are you all staying in your apartment? You only have two bedrooms.” She said.
I shrugged.
“Kyle and Troy are gonna share the spare room I guess.” I said.
Kate shook her head.
“No, they can’t do that. You need to either find a house or set them up in a hotel.” She said.
I nodded and sat back down.
“I know, I’m getting there.” I said.
She chuckled and got off of Brian’s lap. He gave her a playful smack on the ass and she rolled her eyes.
“I’ll call a friend of mine and see if I can help.” She said.
Kate walked back into the house and slid the door shut behind her.
“Look man, I just want you to know that we wouldn’t have said anything to you for not sleeping with Kyle.” Brian said after a few minutes of silence.
I sighed.
“I know.” I said.
Brian stuck his arm out and I bumped my knuckles against his. A few minutes later, Kate slid the door open and stuck her head out.
“Hey, good news. My friend knows of a place not too far from here for sale. You wanna check it out?” She asked.
I nodded and Brian and I stood up and we followed her to the car. When we got there, I could tell that I was gonna like it. It was a two story place on the beach and the inside was beautiful. The whole house had hard wood floors and fully furnished. It had four bedrooms and two full baths and a half bath in the basement.
“This is perfect.” I said softly.
Kate smiled and nodded.
“I figured you’d like it. Oh there’s a pool too in the back.” She said.
I looked outside and sure enough there was s huge in ground pool in the back. I nodded and turned to face her.
“I want this place.” I said.
She grinned and clapped her hands.
“Good, because I sort of already told her you’d take it.” She said with a sly grin.
I laughed and we left to go sign the papers.
