George paced back and forth in front of the luggage claim. He had promised himself when he'd meet Dream for the first time, he would confess his feelings.
With all his visa problems he had already put a check on the box, sure the day would probably never come.
But here he was, in Orlando at the luggage claim, about to meet the man he loved so much, that didn't even know about what big news he was about to get.
George was already sure he'd fly back the same day. That Dream would tell him he didn't feel the same way and that their meet up would go horribly wrong.
He had put a tick on that box as well, already so sure he'd get the ticket for the flight back to London within the next hour, the page for last minute flights was already open in his browser, one click away from fleeing the worst situation of his life.
Then finally his suitcase arrived on the conveyor belt and his doom just inched even closer. His phone rang. It was Dream.
"I'll be right outside of customs, when you turn right. Sapnap just left for food, so you will just have to recognize me by my waving", he said without a hello, seemingly really nervous too. "Okay", George replied, feeling tears brimming in his eyes, "I'll be right out" "I can't wait to hug you", Dream said and George nodded. "Me neither", he sighed, wiped away a tear that ran over his cheek, "I'll see you in a minute" "See you in a minute", Dream replied and George could hear him smile. He pressed the end call button and wiped away more tears, contemplating if risking all of this was worth it. If risking being with Dream was worth it.

He took a deep breath. He'd rather have Dream know, than hide his feelings for all the years yet to come. Even if that meant loosing everything he had been waiting for so long.
Another deep breath and he started walking towards customs. He showed them his visa, passport and ID, before he was waved through. And there he was. In America.
He took a right, suddenly saw a tall, blonde guy waving with a wide smile. He bursted into tears again, walked towards Dream and hugged him so tight, as if he could leave if he let go for even a second.
He felt the others arms around his body, a hand on the back if his head and he could smell Dreams cologne, comfort flooding his veins, as he remembered all the nights he had worn Dreams shirt, that he had sprayed with his cologne back in London.
He sobbed, heard Dream whisper: "It's okay, take your time"
And so he sobbed and sobbed, crying for what felt like three years and a day.
"Are those happy tears?", Dream then asked, hand on Georges head gently running through his hair. George shook his head.
God, he'd really do this now. "I'm so afraid", he cried and quickly Dream had loosened his grip to look down at George. "What are you afraid of?" "That you'll hate me", George replied, "Because I'm so in love with you"
Dreams eyes widened, before he started tearing up himself. He hugged George even tighter than before. "I don't wanna go back to England, I wanna be with you so bad, I'm sorry", George sobbed and quickly Dream asked: "You really think I'll let you go now?"
He wiped his own tears, before he added: "George, I'm so in love with you too."

"Are you sure?", George asked and Dream chuckled, wiped away the brunettes tears and slowly loosened his grip to look at him. "Yes, I'm sure. You don't have to go back to England, I promise. We can finally be together", Dream said and George started sobbing again, but this time with a smile on his face. His heart felt full and light and in this sudden rush of relief, he shot forward and kissed Dream right on the lips.
Slowly they eased into it, George sighed as if he had been holding all the tension in this one breath, now melting in Dreams arms like hot wax. "Will you be mine?", he asked and Dream kissed his forehead. "Yes, of course."
The brunette hugged him once more, head against his chest and he smiled when he felt Dreams heart beating just as fast as his own.
20 minutes later:
"Dude, I just went to get Chipotle and you're dating already?", Sapnap asked, "I missed five seasons and the season finale."

They stood at the pinnacle of creation, until mankind fueled by fear and envy banded together and struck them down as the greatest threat to the continued existence of their kingdoms. A great alliance consisting of the Kingdom of Light, the Magocracy of Ken, the Forest Kingdom of the Elves, the Mountain Kingdom of the Dwarves, and the Wild Tribes of the West rose up and the high lich was defeated, his armies destroyed, and his cult scattered. Until You Do It Right
The world ended on December thirty-first of the year two thousand and twenty, precisely at the stroke of midnight. The human race began to be systematically exterminated by the spawn of the System. We were given a chance to defeat them, to take back our place at the top of the food chain. We failed. The first to perish were those who bravely rebelled. The soldiers. The defenders. One by one, they fell. In their final moments, they begged for aid. Nobody replied. The next to succumb were those who feebly cowered. The deniers. The leeches. Together, they fell. In their final moments, they cried out into the darkness. Countless voices replied in kind. The last to decline were those who shamelessly ran. The deserters. The cowardly. Alone, they fell. In their final moments, they whimpered quietly. There was nobody left to answer. The final human to die was a survivor. A runner. As he died, he begged for salvation. His prayers were answered. He was offered a chance to save himself, along with all of humanity, and he took it. This is his story. “I sat in the dark and thought: There’s no big apocalypse. Just an endless procession of little ones.”― Neil Gaiman, Signal to Noise. I am absolutely new to writing and will take any and all constructive criticism. Please give feedback, it is greatly appreciated. I will update the tags as they change, and I hope that you enjoy this little story I'm writing! Quick warning: Seamus is intentionally a flawed character, and this story is going to explore those flaws and perhaps even change a few of them. I do not agree with all of his actions, but it is what it is.
