"What? Are you jealous?", George asked, after Dream had rolled his eyes at a selfie of George and Karl.
"Maybe", the blonde said, crossing his arms.
"I don't understand what you suddenly have against Karl" "I don't have anything against him, I have something against the way you guys get along"
"What does that even mean?", George asked and Dream looked off to the side. "He gets to cuddle you and stuff"
"You wanna cuddle?" "Yeah", Dream replied, blush dusting his cheeks, "Yeah that would be nice"
George chuckled. "You can just say so"
He got closer to Dream, placed his head on his chest and cuddled close to him.
"Better?", he asked and the blonde nodded despite being all tense and nervous.
George relaxed in his arms, closed his eyes.
Dream looked at him, felt his heart pounding in his chest. He pulled him closer, teared up.
He had wanted this for so long, just him and his George in his arms.
Since the brunette came to the US they barely spent time together and this for a change felt like heaven.
"Hey, are you okay?", George asked when he felt how Dream was shaking from keeping in his sobs. Gently he wiped away the tears, hugged him again, one hand reaching into his hair gently running his fingers through the blonde waves. "What's wrong?"
"I'm really happy", Dream mumbled, "Cause I have you here and because you're not an ocean away or with anyone else. Because I can finally hold the person I love most in this world in my arms"
"I'm the person you love most?", the brunette asked, bringing enough distance between them to look at his face.
"Would that be so bad?", Dream asked, hands trembling.
George smiled, kissed his cheek. "No, actually that would be pretty cool"

Dream pulled him in for a tight hug, a sob leaving his lips. "I'm sorry, I'm too emotional"
"There's no too emotional. It's okay, I promise", George said, "I'll go and get you some tissues"
Dream pulled him back onto his lap, before he could fully stand up, face pressed against Georges chest. "Stay, please?"
Georges heart melted and he gently ran his fingers through Dreams hair, before kissing his head. "Okay"
"Thank you", the blonde mumbled relaxing in Georges arms, leaning back on the sofa with him on his lap.

An MC who receives shortcuts, handouts, learns things unnaturally fast or has OP plot armor. Jordan is not a special individual. Jordan is not OP and he likely never will be. He's no different than any other citizen in the Galilean Powers and will certainly face as many defeats as he does wins. He'll suffer losses and grow as an individual, while the Powers evolves around him as well. This is semi-hard sci-fi/NanoPunk and takes place in a fictional version of our future solar system. Centered around technology that's plausible in the near-centuries to come. Everything abides by the laws of physics/thermodynamics (As best that I understand them, at least. I'm no scientist.) No artificial gravity, inertial dampeners, teleportation, FTL, or hand-wavy materials will be found in the Project Starfarer universe. Just advanced automation, nanotechnology, cybernetics and AI.
