"Sapnap, I need that teddy bear!", Karl exclaimed when he saw the pastel colored teddy bears hanging in one of the game booths of the fun fair.
Sapnap smiled. "Everything you want."
He reached for Karls hand, pulled him to the booth.
"What do I need to do for one of those teddy bears?", he asked the man that stood on the counter and he replied: "Knock off all the cans twice."
"Alright, bring it on", Sapnap said and Karl smiled widely. He had the best boyfriend on the planet.
The first round was a success, Sapnap instantly knocked off all the cans and chuckled, when Karl gave him a kiss on the cheek for good luck.
But after his first try it only went down hill.
He tried and tried and somehow he either missed or only knocked off half the tin cans.
"Nick, it's fine", Karl said after his tenth try and half an hour.
"No, I'll get it, don't worry", Sapnap replied, threw another ball and kicked off half the cans. "Another try?", the owner of the booth asked and Sapnap nodded.
Another half an hour later there was still no success. "This is rigged old man.", Sapnap told the owner, arm slightly hurting from all the times he threw the ball.
"I promise you it's not, wanna try one more time?", the man asked and Sapnap nodded.
He'd get it this time.
"Karl, babe?" "Yeah?"
Sapnap pulled him close around his waist and smiled, absolutely lovestruck.
"I think I could use a kiss, you know as a lucky charm, from my beloved darling."
Karl giggled and kissed his boyfriend gently.
"It's okay if you don't win the bear, I still have you to cuddle with", Karl then said and gave him another kiss on the tip of his nose.

Somehow that seemed to have done the job, cause the next throw was a full on success.
It knocked all the cans down and Sapnap sighed in relief.
"Which one do you want?", the man asked and Sapnap looked at Karl.
"The pastel red one", he replied and soon he held the bear in his arms.
He gave Sapnap a wide smile and in that moment Sapnap forgot how long it took to win the damn bear. Karl was happy and that was all that mattered.
"I'll call him Robert", Karl said, before he kissed Sapnaps cheek, "Thank you, love"
"No problem, darling", he replied, while he put an arm around Karl.
They walked over the funfair for a little longer, the sun already started setting and they decided to got on the ferris wheel before they'd leave.
So just when the sun disappeared behind the horizon, they had reached the highest point watching over the entire fair.
"I love you, Karl.", Sapnap mumbled, leaning his head against Karls.
"I love you too. A whole lot"
Sapnap smiled, took Karls hand and kissed it. "You make me the happiest man alive"

Makemake
"Makemake—a planet that is found in the far edges of the system known as Sol—was once a metropolis, like all of the other planets that populate the system. Now, like all of the others, it lies as a Sleeping City, forever dormant. No one lives there anymore—it has been vacant for years. In one of the massive cities that used to have a population that was in high numbers a sound could be heard. A distant sound. A beep, or a call, a message—whatever it was, it was an electronic noise. It echoed through the dust cloud filled landscape. The sound went on for a long time. It sat in a sea of quiet; no other noise rolled over the hills and bounced off the ground—only that noise. Only that beep."
