"Reiner. What are you right now?" I heard Berthold ask Reiner as he placed his hands on Reiner's shoulders.

"Relax. I'm a warrior." Reiner answered as he shook off Berthold's hands.

"You're a warrior and you want to trust Ymir?? Isn't she the one who ate Marcel?" Berthold asked.

'Who is Marcel?' I ask myself. I look away in another direction while continuing to listen to their conversation.

"That's exactly why we can trust her. Her motives are simple." Reiner answered. I glanced at the two men as they were looking at Ymir. "After becoming human again, she probably spent a long while living an aimless, selfish life. Until she met Krista. And as cute as Krista is, we have better reasons for wanting her on our side. That also goes for Y/N"

'Why the heck will they want to kidnap me? I know I have a great ass but sir I ain't a good prisoner in bars. I'll probably bust my way out in just a few hours from pure boredom.' I thought.

"Krista's family is affiliated with the church. Y/N looks a slight fraction identical to him with both traits for leadership, coldness and sarcasm. If it turns out Eren isn't the Coordinate, we'll have to come back here again" Reiner discussed as my eyes furrow more from confusion. "If it comes to that, having Krista around will make the search much easier."

The sounds of flare guns are made.

'This is good information to bring back once this is over. What do they even mean when they said 'If Eren isn't the Coordinate'? And what do they mean about me looking a bit like someone?' I asked myself. 'Does Krista know more than the scouts do? Or... Is there something else?'

I saw Reiner come down to me, Eren and Ymir's branch.

"What's going on, Reiner? Aren't we waiting until night?" Eren asked as Reiner came up to the two of us.

"Nope, it's time to go," Reiner told as he held the handle of my blade that was in my gear on his waist. "Eren, Y/N, don't think about resisting."

"How can I resist when I'm tied up" I answered back.

"Come one there's no need to use force." Eren prayed as he had a face of pleading but I can see on the inside he hated it. "Just look at us. We're in no shape to fight you. So go easy on us okay?"

'I bet on all Levi's cleaning supplies that Eren is planning something on Reiner.' I guessed as Eren walked back.

Suddenly, Eren punched Reiner as he fell on his back. Eren began to punch Reiner more in the face despite his not yet healed arms.

"Die! Die! Die!" Eren yelled as every punch he makes, he yells a word. While I was cheering him on.

"Punch harder Eren" I exclaimed until I winced in non-existing pain for Eren because he was kicked back by Reiner.

Reiner locked Eren's arm and neck preventing him from moving furthermore. I on the other hand had to watch since I was tied up and felt lazy in such a situation like this.

"I'll kill you! I'll tear you to pieces!" Eren yelled as he struggled to get out of Reiner's arms. "I'll kill you"

I heard Berthold zip down and sat next to Ymir.

"Hey, why are we leaving early?" Ymir asked.

"Ymir. Do you remember who you are before you became human again?" Berthold asked.

"No, I don't," Ymir answered. "But if it was five years ago... Was it a member of your team?"

After a small stare down between the two, Ymir looked down as she knew the answer.

'So... There are more titan shifters? If Ymir ate one of Berthold and Reiner's team. That means there are more titan shifters.' I guessed.

"I see. Sorry I don't remember." Ymir answered as she looked down.

I heard more screaming by Eren as I looked at Reiner who was locking Eren. Eren was screaming as he bit his not fully grown arm thinking that he would transform.

'I can't attack. I'm useless and tied up. If I attack they'll just transform and kill me.' I thought.

"It's not your fault you forgot. It was the same way for us." Berthold said.

"I see..." Ymir replied. I look down at Eren who looked beat up as his mouth had a bit of blood that he had chewed on his arm.

"Eren also told me he doesn't remember at all" I spoke up.

"So that's just how it works, huh," Ymir said. "Do you resent me for it?"

"That's... I don't know... You probably didn't want to eat a human either. How long did you spend wandering outside the walls?" Berthold asked as it made me look away from Eren and look at Ymir for her answer.

"About 60 years," Ymir answered ss my eyes widened from disbelief. "It felt like I was stuck in a nightmare that would go in forever."

It was suddenly quiet as I heard Reiner get up. I saw Eren unconscious on the ground.

'Ah fuck.' I cursed mentally as I knew what was going to happen next. Reiner went up to me as I stood my guard.

"Don't you dare come closer, Reiner or else I'll chop your dick off and feed it to the titans." I grit my teeth as he finally stood in front of me.

"That was a cute threat, Y/N. But I have to do this or else you'll do something dirtier than tour brother's tricks." That was the last thing he had said he had jab somewhere on the side of my neck as I fell unconscious once again.

"Why do you like monkeys so bad?" A girl asked its older brother as he played with his monkey doll. "If you keep it up, you'll turn into a hairy monkey yourself"

"Oh come on, you love flowers. Maybe someday you'll turn into flowers." The older brother said as the two siblings entered the dining room.

"Pfft... Flowers are pretty and smell wonderful, unlike monkeys who are hairy like you..." The girl gave a smug face after she saw her brother's offended face.

"Mom... She's insulting Mr M" The older brother reported to her mother who was cooking supper as he held his favourite monkey doll.

"Even though monkeys are hairy and some they are still unique. That makes them very cool." The siblings' mother answered. "As long as someone has a unique attribute that no one in the world have it means you are amazing and important."

"Well... Mom has a point..." The younger sibling said as the older brother nodded.

"Mom is so smart" The older brother added as the two siblings smiled and forget the small argument.

"Besides I'm willing to throw away Mr M for you, Y/N" The older brother warmly smiled as the younger sibling hugged his brother. The mother affectionately smiled at the scene as she continued to cook for her family.

"Here she comes, Reiner," Berthold informed. Ymir was in her titan form while she swung through the trees. Berthold was holding Y/N in bridal style as Eren was tied behind Berthold's back. The two siblings were both unconscious.

"Right," Reiner replied as he stood up. Reiner let himself fall as he cut his palm using a knife.

And there it was... Thunderstruck down on Reiner as he was now transformed as the Armoured Titan as he ran.

Berthold and Ymir landed on Reiner's back as Reiner ran.

Armin, Mikasa and the others watched Reiner ran away with Ymir and Berthold on his back.

"No..." Armin spoke out as he saw Eren tied behind Berthold and Y/N who was carried by Berthold. "They're taking Eren and Y/N away!"

"Don't stop!" Hannes said from behind them. "Chase after them in horseback!"

And with that, all of them were on horseback as they chased on the Armoured Titan.

"I'm getting them back no matter what!..." Hannes muttered. "Even if it costs me my life!

The Survey Corps had caught up with the Armoured Titan just meters away.

"He's slower than us! We're gaining on him!" Jean exclaimed.

"I can't hesitate this time. I'm going to kill both of them! And if Ymir tries to help them, I won't show her any mercy either!" Mikasa exclaimed with a brutal aura on her face. "I'll do whatever it takes to get the both of them back!"

Ymir on the other hand took Historia out of her mouth. Historia coughed at last as saliva was around her body.

"Krista!" Berthold called out.

"Ymir..." Historia widened her eyes as she saw Ymir. Ymir went out of her titan's nape as smoke flew out. "Ymir!"

"Kris-... No Historia." Ymir coughed out. Historia was still inside the hand of Ymir's titan hand. "Sorry for eating you. You must be mad at me"

"Ymir... What is this? What are you doing? We all came to rescue you, Y/N and Ere-"

"I don't need rescuing!" Ymir cut off Krista that made her startle. "Just stay put... I'm going with Berthold and Reiner... You're coming too. Stay with me. There's no future inside the walls!"

"Listen, Historia. The outside world isn't as bad as you think. Nobody out there will tell you you'd be better off if you had never been born." Ymir reasoned.

"Of course the titans aren't gonna say that! They'll be too busy trying to eat me!" Historia spoke back.

"Everybody has a flaw or two! If you can look past the flaw, they're not that bad!" Ymir argued.

"Ymir! Nothing you're saying or doing is making any sense! Did Reiner and Berthold threaten you into this?" Historia asked as she went quiet.

"Other way around" Berthold muttered.

"Is that it, Ymir?! I'll help you fight back but to have to let go of me!" Historia cried out. "Even if you can't tell me everything, no matter what happens, I will always be by your side!"

"Ymir! Look... The Survey Corps have almost caught up. If we have left right away, we might have been able to escape. But you had to go back for Krista, and now they're going to catch us!" Berthold spoke out as he looked down. "Hey, Ymir, what did we do all this for, huh? Did you change your mind again? Do you want to tap Krista in the walls with you now? Is that really it, Ymir?!"

"Ymir, hurry and let me go!" Historia exclaimed.

"I can't!" Ymir replied. "Historia. The truth is... I grabbed and took you with us to save myself"

"Huh?"

"I stole the power of the titans from one of their friends, but they're still far stronger than I am. They were going to kill me for what I did. But they told me that if I cooperated and handed you over, they would try to work something out so that my crime would be forgiven. Because you're an important figure in the church who knows the secret of the walls." Ymir told the short blonde who was still in the first of Ymir's titan.

Historia's eyes widened at what Ymir had said as she had remembered something.

"Y/N. Why did you give dad a flower crown but I didn't get one?" The boy pouted as a 4-year-old Y/N placed a flower crown on his father's head.

"Be patient or else you'll get nothing from me" The girl faked the serious look as she kept making another flower crown.

The boy fake pouted once again as Y/N giggled finally placing a white flower crown on her beloved brother.

"See. If you're patient enough, you'll get what you want. The royal flower family is finally complete." Y/N smiled looking at her mom, dad and her brother as everyone had a unique flower crown of their own.

"Thank you, Y/N" Mom thanked matching her daughter's jolly aura.

"Reiner! Protect us!" Berthold yelled.

Y/N opened her eyes as the last thing she saw before the light was blocked by Reiner's titan hand was Mikasa who tried to save her and Eren.

Berthold and Mikasa had eye contact as Berthold was scared as hell when he had looked into Mikasa's murderous eyes that filled with resentment.

Mikasa's dodged Ymir's punch making her move far away from Y/N and Eren.

Everything was chaotic and loud as hell. I was in the arms of Berthold conscious with Eren at his back.

"Whose side is she on?! Where do you stand? I'll kill everyone that goes between me, Y/N and Eren. So make your choice!" I heard Mikasa threaten Historia as I suddenly realized that the Survey Corps were just behind us.

"No, wait!" Historia begged. "Ymir will be killed if she doesn't obey Berthold and Reiner! She doesn't have a choice!"

"I can only afford to care about a select few people." Mikasa coldly said. "What happened six years ago decided once and for all who those people are. So if you thought I'll feel sorry for you, you thought wrong. Because right now, I don't have the time or energy to care. Krista. You have to choose Eren and Y/N or Ymir?"

I look up and saw Berthold wide-eyed with a face of guilt on him. I also realized that my mouth was covered with a cloth same as Eren and that my tied together wrists were tied to Berthold's arm.

"Stop Ymir! Don't fight her! You'll die! Don't move." I heard Historia exclaim as I presume that Ymir tried to attack Mikasa which is a bad choice neither if you're a human or titan.

Eren wasn't having it as he started to kick Reiner trying to do something to escape. While for me, I just decided to wait and see what will happen to my luck in a situation like this.

Me and Berthold we're smushed onto Reiner's hand.

"Stop it, Eren! Don't jostle us!" Berthold exclaimed as I tried to push him using my head for the sake of my private space wearing an 'I'm so done with life' look.

"Good luck with that, Berthold" I heard Trost boy's voice as it made Berthold's eyes widen. "It's impossible for him to calm down. He's the most frustrating guy I've ever met! And I've been around the block! I hate him as much as you do. I'll even help you beat him up. So why don't you come out?"

'Classic Trost Boy' Despite the cloth in my mouth, I chuckled.

"Berthold give them back!" I heard Mikasa threaten.

"This is some kind of joke, right? Reiner? Berthold? Have you been lying to us the whole time?" I heard Connie utter. "How could you do that?!"

"Please say all of this is a lie!" I heard Sasha ask.

"Hey now, do you think you can just keep on running away? In your dreams, buddy! For three years, we slept under the same roof and endured hardships together, right?" Jean exclaimed as Eren kept on kicking a part of Reiner as it kept smushing me and Berthold together due to short space. "The weird poses you make when you sleep are artful. We all used to love seeing what pose you'll be making every morning and we used it to predict the weather. But I can't believe it... You were an invader, sleeping peacefully right next to your victims!"

I didn't decide to listen to more of my friends' speeches that made Berthold look extremely guilty.

'I don blame my friends for being like that since I felt that feeling when I found out Annie was the Female Titan. I never showed the emotion of sadness and betrayal except for Levi who was just right there beside me when I burst into tears.'

"Wh-who the hell would ever choose to kill other people?!" My train of thoughts was destroyed by Berthold who looked like he was about to cry as everyone was silent. "Who would ever enjoy doing something like this?! Do you think we wanted to do this?! I can't even blame you for despising us to the point of wanting to kill us... We've done things we'll never be able to take back..."

'Damn..." Once in a blue moon, I felt a bit bad for Berthold when he started to tear up. 'So... Is he saying that someone is forcing them to do this?'

"But we... Couldn't bear to face the things we've done. The time we spent pretending to be soldiers was all that gave us peace of mind." Berthold explained. "It wasn't a lie! Connie! Jean! We may have deceived you but it wasn't all a lie! We thought of you as friends! Neither one of us has the right to apologize. But... Won't someone... Please... Someone, please... Someone, please find us!"

'Ahh shit... I'm not good at telling someone that 'everything will be okay' nor I'm not good at making someone smile.' I thought as I look away from Berthold's teary face. 'People may be thinking that Berthold is being genuine... But. He looks... vulnerable'

"Berthold. Give Y/N and Eren back." I heard Mikasa threaten coldly as she wasn't affected by Berthold's sermon.

"I... Can't do that. Someone has to do this." Berthold replied. "Someone has to be willing to stain their hands with blood."

"You kids! Calm down from there!" I heard Hannes' voice. "Guys you need to get down now!"

'What is even happening right now?' I asked myself. I heard Reiner running fast and a horde? Coming to us?

Abruptly, a shake was made making everyone aware. But we don't know what's happening outside.

'Is there... Are we passing by a horde of titans?' I ask myself once again feeling the abrupt shake.

Unaware, Reiner was roaring as I felt like he was not running anymore.

"What the fuck!?" I grumbled as my words were not understandable due to the cloth in my mouth.

Unexpected, the bright light greeted us as Reiner took off his hands from us. My eyes widened as my theory was right about Reiner bumping into a horde of titans.

Reiner tried to punch out the titans on him. I realized that Berthold was holding me as he had his line hooked onto Reiner's chin.

It was like hell but a bit worse. Soldiers were eaten one by one as others were trying to avoid and fight.

Mikasa sliced Berthold's lines that were hooked on Reiner. Though she fell on a titan's hand.

"You piece of shit! Get your hands off her!" Jean yelled as he sliced through the titan's eyes making it release Mikasa.

"What a noble simp" I spoke out as I successfully shrugged off the price of cloth around my mouth.

Some scouts tried to come after us but they fell when Reiner had sliced off their lines that hooked onto him.

Out of the corner of my eyes, I saw a familiar black-headed guy. Questioning myself if it was him. Though I couldn't see if it was him properly since we were far away.

"Berthold!" Armin spoke as he hangover Reiner's cheek.

"Armin?" I asked as he was quiet for a second. After a while, he gave a sinister smile making me confuse.

"Are you two just gonna leave like this? You're fine with leaving your teammates behind?" Armin asked as I saw Berthold's eyes widened. "You're abandoning Annie? Right now, Annie is being held deep underground in the Utopia District to the North. They're torturing her there"

'So... Armin is trying to trick these two, huh?' I guessed.

"Her screaming taught us that no amount of regeneration could keep her from feeling the pain. They're being really careful not to let her die and even as we speak, they're not having her a moment of rest. They're creating new methods of torture for her" Armin continued and like the look of it, Berthold is affected by the lie. Even Eren thinks it's true.
