It was chilly night as we all drank tea on a table with only two candles lighting up the room.

I sat beside Eld as I drink the tea.

And for some reason I couldn't look at the Heichou's eyes for even a second.

"I will expect we'll be on standby for a few more days, but I heard there are more plans for a large scale expidition in thirty days." Eld spoke beside me. "And we'll be joined by the new recruits who have graduated recently."

'So after thirty days, the 104th training corps that went in the Survey Corps will automatically have their first expedition. But that's such a rush especially for new recruits. Me, myself is also suprised.'

"Are you serious? That's rather sudden, especially since the latest titan attack has undoubtedly taken it's toll on them." Gunther said.

"The brats must've lost all their backbone." Olou spoke out, trying to be come the Lance Corporal once again.

'Says the real brat among us' I glared at him.

"Is that true, Lance Corporal?" Petra asked.

"I'm not in charge of drafting plans but remember, this is Erwin. I'm sure he's thinking much further ahead of us." Heichou answered.

"Well, the situation itself is unusual." Eld said. "The route we advanced at the cost of countless sacrifices to recapture Wall Maria was erased in an instant, then suddenly a completely different hope appeared."

Eld looked at Eren. Everyone's eyes landed on Eren as he looked down.

"I still find it hard to believe, but what does it exactly mean to transform into a titan, Eren?" Eld asked as I saw the Lance Corporal drinking his tea in an usual way.

'Why does he drink his tea like that? He holds the cup with delicacy as if he does not want to break it. Wait a second. Why am I even questioning that?' I kicked away my thoughts and focused on the conversation.

"My memories from that time aren't clear, but it felt like I had lost myself." Eren answered.

"All I can see from Eren before he transformed is that he triggered it with self harm" I added.

"You guys are aware, aren't you? The reports cover everything we know now." Levi said as he took a sip from his tea cup using his style as I looked at another direction to prevent myself from staring weirdly at him. "Well, I'll doubt she'll stay put either way but she might go far and end up killing you, Eren."

"Who's she?" I asked as the doors release a huge bang from someone who maybe banged they're head on the locked door, making me suprised.

Petra opened the door, showing the Squad Leader Hange Zoe.

"Good evening, members of the Levi Squad. How's it feel like living in a castle?" Hange greeted as they looked at me. "Oh by the way, Y/N congrats on getting in the Levi Squad"

"Ah thanks" I said as I drank my tea.

"You're early." Levi spoke.

"I just couldn't stay put." Hange answered as she walked up to us.

"Squad Leader Hange?" Eren asked.

"Sorry for the wait, Eren. I'm in charge of investigating two titans we captured in the city, and I want your cooperation for tomorrow's experiment. I came to get permission for that." Hange explained.

'I guess asking to come along won't hurt. Besides Hange might be fun to hang out with.' I thought as I raised my hand.

"Hange-san, Can I come along with you and Eren in the experiment?" I asked with an excited face that matched Hange's as they gave me a nod.

"Experiment? What would I...." Eren asked.

"Well..... It's the most exciting thing ever." Hange said with a blush as she fiddled their fingers.

"U-um... I can't grant you permission myself. I don't have authority over my decisions." Eren said as I gave a wtf face.

"Levi, what are Eren and Y/N's plans for tomorrow?" Hange asked as they turned to Levi.

"Cleaning the garden and training with me" Levi bluntly said as I gave the Lance Corporal a face of disappointment.

'I do not need more training.'

"No problem then! Its decided." Hange spoke as they took Eren's hand. "Eren, I look forward for tomorrow as well Y/N too."

"R-right. But what exactly are we going to do?" Eren asked as Hange's face began to look like she's about to explain a whole 300 paragraph about the experiment. "Uh, well... what do you mean about experiment-"

"Hey stop it, don't ask" Olou whispered as I look around the squad as their faces look like they want to die rather than hearing Hange explaining.

'Is it that bad?' I asked to myself.

"Oh, I knew it. You sure look like you wanted to know." Hange said with a huge smirk as their glasses shimmer.

I heard the Lance Corporal got up from his chair as it was the cue for me and the rest of the squad to stand up and leave.

'Bye, Eren. You brought this to yourself, I guess.' I smiled weirdly at my brother who looks confused as I went up to my room that the Lance Corporal showed me.

"Good night, Y/N" Petra said as she went in her room as I went in mine as well.

I put on a plain white night gown and lay on my bed.

I couldn't sleep as I tried turning from left to side as I sat up my bed. It was maybe 12 midnight or 1 am. Hange and Eren might be awake but I don't want to disturb them or neither anyone from the squad.

"Why could I not sleep?" I touched my forehead. "Maybe a warm cup of my favourite chamomile tea would help."

I stood up and put on some slippers while I took a candle with a candle holder placed on it. I slowly opened the door and make my way down stairs and silently pass the room where Eren and Hange were still talking.

I reached to the kitchen and set the candle down on the kitchen table. I have successfully searched for a chamomile tea as I brewed it.

"Just me and my chamomile tea~ trying to make me sleepy~ cuz I ain't buzy~" I randomly sang as I poured the kettle that contains the tea to my cup.

"What are you doing here, brat?" I heard a voice as it made me jolted.

"What the fuck" I turned around and saw the one and only Levi heichou who looked like he wanted an explanation while he had a teacup on his hand.

"What are you doing here?" He asked once again as I took my cup and sat on a chair infront of a table.

"None ya business, sir" I answered and took a sip on the hot tea on my hands. Levi's eyebrows furrowed.

I was dumbfounded when the Lance Corporal sat beside me and drank his black tea, quietly.

"Why are you here?" I asked as my question met with a long silence that I already suspected. "Well to answer you're question. I couldn't sleep."

"I can say that's my answer as well" Levi answered as my eyes landed on the tea that he is drinking right now. My eyes furrowed.

"I may know a reason why you can't sleep." I pointed at the black tea, he was drinking. "If you drink to much of black tea it will cause you sleep problems. I don't encourage you to stop drinking black tea though."

"Hmm..." Levi answered as he kept drinking the black tea.

"Well... try drinking chamomile tea.. it might help you sleep. It helps me sleep and relax so it became my favourite out of all the kinds of tea" I said as I went up and poured chamomile tea in another tea cup and gave it to the Lance Corporal and gave him a smile unintentionally. "Try it. It never hurts to give another tea a shot."

Levi looked at the tea and took it, giving a sip.

"So... How's it?" I asked feeling a little sleepy as I gave a yawn.

"It... taste like flowers." He said as he set down the teacup on the table.

Levi looked at the girl who was sleeping on the table as the empty tea cup was on her hand from drinking.

"It taste likes flowers........ You even smell like flowers..." The Lance Corporal said as he stood up and cleaned the table.

He stopped infront of the sleeping girl contemplating if he would carry her back to her bed or wake her up.

Levi had no choice but to carry the sleeping girl up to her chambers.

'She's as light as a feather..... No.... she's as light as a flower and smells like one' Levi kicked away his thoughts and opened Y/N's door to her bedroom and set her on her bed.

Levi immediately left and shut the door.

Before he would go to his own room, he quickly took a cup of Y/N's favourite tea and continued to go to his own room.

I was woken up by the light of the morning as I saw Petra waiting.

"Good morning Y/N. You've got to change quickly. We'll be going in 30 minutes." Petra informed as she went out of my room.

I touched my legs and saw it was fine so I stood up and immediately remembered what happened last night except for the fact that I was supposed to be at the kitchen sleeping.

"So the Lance Corporal carried me." I silently spoke. "Ehhhh no big deal."

I quickly did a small bath the changed and went downstairs.

After a horse ride, we arrived at a place were 2 titan corpse were there.

Hange screamed in pain for they're so called babies.

"Sawney! Bean! Tell me.... tell me this isn't the truth!" Hange screamed as she fell on her knees.

People were around us. Petra informed me on who was Sawney and Bean before we set off to go here.

"Why in the walls would someone kill Hange-san's titans?" I asked quietly.

"Our valuable experiment subjects.... was it a soldier?" Gunther asked behind me and Eren.

"Yes... The culprit is still on the loose." Eld answered. "Apparently it a happened on sunrise. When a guard noticed, they got away with their three dimensional maneuver device."

"So it was premeditated operation by at least two people?" Gunther said.

'It could be. If the person had good skills they would just do it by themselves. So..... Inside the Garrisons, Survey Corps nor the Military Police Brigade has a spy?'

"Sawney!" Hange cried out as the Lance Corporal appeared on my left.

"Look at that. Squad Leader Hange is going mad." Olou spoke with a smirk that I wish I could I wipe it off right now. Petra elbowed Olou on the rib which made me satisfied.

"What's going on?" Eren asked on my right who had a hood over his head.

"Let's go" Levi said. "The Military Police Brigade will take over here."

"Yehh" I answered as I look back at the dead corpses of Sawney and Bean.

"What can you see?" Commandet Erwin spoke between me and Eren as I got startled when he both touched our shoulders. "Who do you think is the enemy?"

"Probably someone against us" I quietly answered as the Commander was quiet.

"Sorry, forget I asked." He said as he left with Levi leaving Eren dumbfounded.

'Who is the enemy? Probably if you asked people the majority of it would be the titans but..... The enemy could be somebody more than expected'
