Lucy laid on her bed, listening to The Beatles. She wasn't sure if Red would bail Hyde out or leave him there to try to teach him a lesson.

She didn't even hear her window open, "Hey LSD," Hyde said quietly.

Lucy jumped up and instinctively hugged him. Her arms were wrapped around his neck and he hesitated a moment before wrapping his arms around her waist, hugging her tightly. She buried her face in the crook of his neck, sighing contently before remembering she was supposed to be pissed.

"What the hell are you doing here?" she asked, pulling away quickly and tucking her hair behind her ears.

"Missed you too doll, I'm on probation," Hyde smiled.

"Good for you," she said throwing the pillow at him before laying back down, which he caught and sat beside her.

"Oh, you're upset that I just went to jail?" he asked confused. "I'm the one that should be upset."

"Oh suck it up, it was only two hours and fifty six minutes," she sneered, turning to lay on her side.

He was brushing the hair from her face mindlessly. She loved when he did that, it made her stomach flip—which made her more pissed off than she already was.

"You counted the minutes?" Hyde said teasing.

Lucy just stayed silent, knowing it would bother him if she didn't bicker.

His hand stopped brushing away the hair from her face but still hovered there, "Oh what did I do now?" he asked confused.

Lucy shot up, "You! You were stupid! My dad is going to kill you! What if he kicks you out? What if they didn't let you out? You know he wasn't going to get you!"

"God dollface, I really can't win with you," Hyde laughed, amused.

Lucy raised her eyebrows and purses her lips, "Let me give you a hint, getting arrested, is not how you win with me. The guys are in the basement—no doubt mocking you, my parents are in the kitchen—I'd avoid them, Donna's at home, and I don't know where Jackie is—probably having some fantasy about you how she did with Kelso when you all got arrested."

"Alright then, thanks doll," he got up and made his way to the door, "Scale of 1-10 how pissed is Red?"

Lucy thought for a moment, "More pissed than me."

Hyde nodded, "And how pissed are you?"

"Five minutes ago, I'd say 8, now it's more like a 7," Lucy said honestly.

"Oh so how pissed off you usually are?" Hyde smiled cheekily.

"Exactly!" Lucy smiled as he laughed and closed the door.

The Formans sat around the kitchen table as Kitty cheerily put the dishes down, "Well, as you all know, we had a little incident yesterday. And I think as a family we should discuss rational solutions to make sure that this never happens again."

Red let his fork drop to the table with a sigh.

"Can I start?" Laurie asked with an evil smile, "Um, I'm not comfortable living with a criminal."

"You don't have a problem sleeping with them," Lucy muttered, looking up while everyone looked at her. "Did I say that out loud?"

"Anyways," Laurie sang, "I think we should kick Hyde out, all in favor?" she raised her hand.

Kitty pulled her hand down, "Laurie, stop it. Red, what do you think?"

"Kick him out, kick him out, kick him out," Laurie cheered, fingers crossed.

Lucy sent a kick to her ankle causing her sister to wince, "Sorry, but the only one we'd kick out is the legal adult," Lucy faked a smile.

"Laurie, there is no way we're kicking Steven out!" Kitty repeated.

"Steven..." Red said slowly, "We're kicking you out."

Everyone went silent while Laurie clapped, "Yay Daddy!"

"Red—" Kitty started sternly.

"What? Dad that's not fair!" Eric protested.

"Not fair? I took him in, I gave him a shot, he blew it. It's his fault! Look I don't want it in my house, I don't want it around you two! I just don't want it!" Red yelled.

Hyde sunk in his seat besides Lucy and she squeezed his hand reassuringly.

"Red, putting him out on the street is not the solution," Kitty said calmly, "This young man needs our guidance now more than ever."

Hyde brushed Lucy's hand away and pushed his seat back, "No, Mrs. Forman, it's cool. If Red thinks I'm not good enough to live in this house, then I guess I'm not," he said, standing up and walking out.

Lucy stood up calmly, putting her plate in the sink, "This is, excuse my language—bullshit, now I'm going to Donna's before I smother Laurie."

Her twin sat at the table a moment longer, "You know what? You're—bull! I—I'm—you're very—I'm very mad at you!"

The gang sat in the basement, Hyde walking from his room to the couch to stuff his things into his bag, Lucy walking from the couch to his room to unpack his things.

"God this sucks! I can't believe Red's kicking you out I mean—I'm sorry, where you supposed to go?" Eric asked.

"He's not going anywhere," Lucy said calmly, snatching the jeans from his hands. "He's staying here!" she called from his room.

"I'll go to the Fotohut, sleep on the floor, we got a hose out back, Mrs. Forman made me a sandwich," Hyde whispered, to not get Lucy's attention.

Fez slowly took the sandwich out of his mouth.

"Man, this is so wrong!" Eric yelled, "I'm not going to let you get kicked out for something that we all do!"

"Hey, don't go dragging me into this!" Kelso said.

"You know what! I'm going to tell Red that I do it too!" Eric exclaimed.

"No!" Everyone chorused.

"Have you suddenly become the stupidest man ever?" Donna asked. "I mean is Kelso no longer the reigning king?"

Lucy shook her head, "It wasn't sudden, it's been happening gradually for years."

"Oh I'm the king!" Kelso nodded.

"This can work. If I tell Red, he's gonna be a hypocrite for kicking you out and not making me go with him. Because I mean he can't kick me out because you know deep down he loves me," Eric explained.

Lucy crossed her arms, standing between Fez and Hyde, "Excuse me? Have you met our father? I got it! I'll go and cry! Dad freaks out when I cry and he usually gives me anything!"

"Look Forman," Hyde sighed, walking to the coat hanger, "I appreciate what you're trying to do, you know, but you getting into trouble is not going to help me get out of trouble, okay?" Hyde asked, looking between the twins.

"Okay," they shrugged reluctantly.

"Everyone just stop worrying, all right? I'll be fine," Hyde reassured them.

"Yes, it will be good for you in the Fotohut. Maybe you will develop some character!" Fez laughed, "Get it? Develop! Okay I'm not funny! Kiss my brown ass!"

The girls sat on the porch, Lucy laying her head on Donna's shoulder, Jackie was humming as she wrote on a notepad.

"Okay, what are you writing?" Donna asked, snatching it away. "Jackie and Steven Hyde, Mrs. Jackie Hyde, Dr. and Mrs. Steven Hyde? Okay, what's going on?"

"Okay, Donna, Steven and I are in love!" Jackie smiled.

Lucy sat up and furrowed her eyebrows, "Okay? What the hell?"

"You do know that he once compared you to a tick right?" Donna asked.

"Oh really? Well, if he thinks I'm suck a tick, then why'd he tell the cops the bag was his when it was actually mine?" Jackie challenged.

"Are you telling me that bag was your's?" Donna asked bewildered.

"Donna, that's what she literally just said," Lucy said annoyed.

Jackie nodded, "Yeah, he went to jail for it! Isn't that fabulous!"

"Oh my god. You—tick!" Donna insulted.

"Jackie you have to come clean and tell my dad, he's gonna kick Steven out!" Lucy explained.

"You're the reason this whole mess happened!" Donna yelled.

"Oh guys stop! My head is...whoo!" Jackie laughed.

"Jackie! Did you hear me? They're kicking Steven out!" Lucy said, shaking the girl.

"Oh, God, no, no, that's perfect. When Hyde is on the streets, he'll have to turn to me, and as I care for him and buy him stuff, his love for me will grow!" Jackie explained.

"Oh my God! Fine, I'll tell them Luce!" Donna sighed, getting up.

"No, no, no. You cannot ruin this for me, you moose!" Jackie whined.

"Jackie, from the bottom of my heart," Lucy started kindly, "Get over it!" she snapped.

"Yeah, don't tell me what to do midget!" Donna said.

Jackie screamed, jumping on Donna and pulling her down. Lucy sighed, "Jackie no! Bad Jackie!" she yelled, trying to pull the two girls apart.

Lucy sat in the kitchen besides her parents, explaining the whole thing with Donna.

"Well, well, turns out you were all wrong about Steven and you wanted to kick him out!" Kitty said.

"Yeah well, thanks for telling us the truth girls," Red nodded.

Kitty agreed, "We know it wasn't easy for you, especially with Jackie choking you the whole time."

Hyde walked in the kitchen, throwing his keys on the table.

"Steven wait, you can stay," Red said, handing Hyde the keys back.

"Cool!" Hyde nodded, taking the keys back and walking back the way he came.

Lucy pushed her chair back, going to follow him but quickly sat down when her mother got up.

"Wait, wait, wait. That's it? Isn't there anything you'd like to say to this brave and noble young man?" Kitty asked Red.

"You're right Kitty," Red started.

Lucy nodded and held her finger up to Donna, waiting for it.

"Dumbass!" Red yelled as Lucy mouthed it along with him. "Do you realize that you put your entire future at risk?"

Lucy furrowed her eyebrows, only just coming to the realization that Hyde had taken the fall for Jackie, and she couldn't fathom why he would. Perhaps Jackie was right and Hyde liked her.

The lecture seemed to go on for hours, Lucy spun in her chair, bored out of her mind but too afraid to move and attract the wrath of her father.

"And we love you," Kitty smiled, exhausted after her husband's yelling.

"So, uh, just so I'm clear, everything's back to normal right?" Hyde asked nervously.

Red sighed, "Yeah, yeah."

There was a general sigh of relief amongst those in the kitchen and Lucy was about to get up when her twin burst in-her idiot twin.

"Alright Dad, I've got something to say!"

"Eric! For the love of God don't!" Donna warned.

"Dad! I do it, too," Eric said, oblivious to Donna's warning and Lucy's gestures. "That's right, so you can't kick Hyde out."

"Honey," Kitty started nervously, "We already decided not to kick Hyde out."

"Oh," Eric said in defeat, "Then, yay!"

Red stepped closer, "So you do it too huh? Since when?"

"Since when?" Eric asked unsure.

Eric looked to Lucy who shrugged and Hyde who tried to remember.

Young Hyde lit the candle, Kelso laughed underneath his headgear, while Eric grinned awkwardly, Lucy was eating a box of M&Ms.

"I'm am so baked, I think. No, yeah I am, I think," Eric nodded.

"Any buzz I had, you just killed," Young Lucy grimaced, Hyde passed her the shared blunt again and she smiled, "Yay!"

"You know guys, I have been living my life all wrong, all I ever thought about was school: studying, reading, homework," Kelso listed, "Well that's over. Thanks, Hyde."

"Hey man, don't thank me, thank my mom. If she hadn't have passed out, I couldn't have raided her stash!" Hyde explained.

Kelso nodded excitedly, "You have the best mom ever."

"Hey, guys, you know what? Yesterday, I was wrestling with Donna and I felt her boob! It was beautiful and squishy," Eric said excitedly.

"Pig," Lucy sang.

"Hey, Lucy your stuffing is falling out," Hyde said casually.

"What!" Lucy squealed, looking down, "Oh that was mean!" she whined.

"Squishy! Hey guys, I had this dream that I was kissing my English teacher, and when I woke up I was stuck to my bed!" Kelso laughed.

"Kelso, man, that's not normal. You could die!" Hyde lied.

"Mr. Willis?" Lucy asked casually taking a chip from the center of the table.

"Yeah," Kelso nodded.

"Yeah, I have those dreams too," Lucy nodded before grimacing, "Minus the being stuck to my bed."

"No! I meant my Spanish teacher—the girl!" Kelso explained.

"Sure Jan," Lucy raised her eyebrows.

"Hey guys, I'm having the best time ever! I think—no, yeah, I am," Eric nodded.

"Eric!" Red's voice snapped them back into attention, "Are you on it right now? I asked you a question! Since when have you been using this?"

Eric stammered, "Uh about a week ago tomorrow," choosing not to say that it's been at least four years.

"Uh, what?" Donna cupped her hand to her ear, "Yeah! Coming Mom!" she yelled, shooting up and running out.

"What? I would never! In the home we share!" Lucy held her hand over her heart, feigning shock.

"Well we know that dear," Kitty said quickly, "Now, you're both smart boys, what were you thinking?"

The boys stammered a bit, while Lucy gestured to her brain, "Oh the problem is we weren't thinking!" Hyde said finally, Lucy nodded excitedly, as if playing charades.

"And, you know, with the times..." Eric added, seeing Lucy gesture to her watch.

Hyde nodded, "Yeah the times were, like...pssh. And uh—"

"Peer pressure," Kitty whispered.

"And the peer pressure! Thank you Mom," Eric nodded, "And you know, I found that today, uh—You know, the need to experiment—"

"Oh! Don't try this blaming society crap with me!" Red yelled, "You know who's fault this is? Do you?"

"Well I have a pretty good idea," Eric winced.

"It's mine," Red answered.

The three teens nodded in shock and acceptance, glad none of them got the blame.

"The problem is, I've been too lenient," Red scolded himself, "So from now on, no more easy-going, devil-may-care, everybody's-best-friend dad."

"Oh there it is," Lucy sighed.

Kitty laughed, "Its just, I'm so very nervous."

"I'm cracking down, and I'm cracking down hard. Starting right now, fun time is over!" Red yelled.

Eric looked around in disbelief, "So where was for fun time?"

"You're both idiots you know that!" Lucy hissed as she stormed upstairs.

"What?" the boys looked at eachother in confusion for a moment, baffled by the girl.

The gang sat in the basement, relaying the events of the day to the rest of them.

"Take it back!" Kelso demanded.

"No Kelso, I'm sorry, confessing to Red makes Eric the king!" Donna explained.

"Hey! I shot my toe with a BB gun once!" Kelso pointed out.

"Just let him be king," Lucy whispered.

Donna sighed, "You're right Kelso you're the king."

"Thank you!" Kelso cheered.

Lucy shrugged, "Only thing he has going for him."

"When I say For the love of God don't! Then for the love of God don't!" Donna exclaimed.

Eric sighed, "Donna, that could've meant anything."

"Me giving you the cut it out signal could've meant anything?" Lucy asked.

Eric shrugged, "Okay I'm sorry I made a terrible mistake."

"Alright, excuse me, but I think we've all lost sight of what's really important here! We're in love," Jackie said, hugging Hyde.

Lucy sunk down in the couch, leaning on her twin and stealing a magazine, avoiding looking at the two. Hyde grimaced as Jackie hugged him and looked at Lucy in confusion, before he began to understand.

"Alright, you know what?" Hyde stood up, pulling away from Jackie, Lucy didn't turn around but watched from the corner of her eye, "Enough of your girly fantasy crap. None of this would've happened if it wasn't for you. So get this through your little Easy-Bake Oven head, I don't love you, I don't like you, I can barely stand to look at you, okay?"

Jackie giggled, "Oh Steven, you're such a bad liar!" hugging him again, and Lucy was reabsorbed in her magazine.

"No, Jackie, I helped you because you're Lucy's friend—that's it!" Hyde started before Red burst in.

Red took a deep breath to see if they had been smoking, "Oh don't mind me, I'm just here to install this smoke detector."

"Smoke detector," Kelso said, "Does that detect any kind of smoke?"

"Long live the king," Donna chuckled while everyone else looked at Kelso in disbelief.
