《Ballerina Boy》5

So it turns out I had that Harry guy in my fifth and sixth period class.

What a joy.

I seriously have never not liked someone so much before on my first day of meeting them. Like he really just gives me a bad vibe.

I'm so glad the days done though. Well it's been done since the end of seventh period.

All seniors can leave after that since eighth is a free period, but since my cars not here I had to wait for mom to come.

"Hey Lou bear." my mom greeted me as I got into her car.

"Hi mom." I said sitting in the front seat this time.

"So?" she asked. "Did you get in?"

"Yeah." I nodded. "My teacher loved me."

"Oh that's great honey!" she said as I saw Harry come out of school.

He started walking across the school yard with some muscular brown haired guy and a tan guy with raven black hair.

They walked to a red mustang and got into it.

Harry was the driver.

They then left speeding away like no tomorrow.

"I hope you don't drive like that." mom then said as she watched Harry drive like a maniac in the parking lot.

"I don't." I answered as Lottie and Fiz got into the car.

"Hey mom." Fiz spoke.

"Hi girls. How was your day?" mom asked Lottie and Fiz.

"Good." Lottie nodded and sat back in her seat. "I made the cheer squad."

"Good for you!" mom shouted happily. "Fiz?"

"I made it into creative writing for Harrison."

"Yeah, everyone's done good today." mom smiled.

A few moments later Daisy and Phoebe entered shouting about how they made the volleyball team.

"Well." mom said as she finally pulled out of our schools parking lot. "How about we get celebratory pizza before we pick up Ernest and Doris?" mom then asked us.

Everyone agreed in unison.

Mom then drove to this pizza place called Giovanni's Pizza in Winter Haven which is the next city over from Lakeland. It actually didn't take that long to get there.

"I heard this is one of the best New York pizza restaurants." mom said once she pulled into the parking lot.

"It looks small." Lottie said looking forward at the building.

"Just give it a try Lots. It could surprise you." I said to my twin.

"Alright." she nodded and got out of the car like the rest of my family and I had done.

We walked into the restaurant and to the left was a few tables and booths kind of close together and to the right was a wall that had televisions placed onto it. When I looked forward there was a counter with a cash register and then a guy that was behind the counter with pizza making counters next to him.

"Hello!" the man spoke. "Welcome to Giovanni's. You must be new? I've never seen you guys here before."

"Yes." my mom nodded. "We just moved from New York."

"Oh." the man smiled. "Then you're going to like this pizza joint. What can I get you guys?"

"Can we have two large pepperoni pizza's?" mom then asked the kind looking man.

"For here or to go?"

"For here."

"That will be $12.00."

Mom then handed him the money.

"Alright well here are your cups and your pizza should be done shortly." the man said and then turned to give the order to the people that were making the pizza's.

Mom handed us all of our drink cups and we all got our drinks from the soda machine in the corner of the restaurant.

We then put two tables together and then all sat down together at the table.

"So what song did you dance to Lou?" my twin, Lottie, asked.

"You wouldn't know it, it's from an old ballet." I answered.

"Oh, well I'm sure it was good." She smiled.

I nodded with a tight smile and then drank a sip of my lemonade.

Not to long after our conversation started the two pizzas got set down on our table.

We all grabbed a slice and we all practically moaned when we took a bite of it.

"Oh shit that's good." I said eating the pizza.

"Language Lou." mom said but chuckled.

"This is really good." Lottie nodded.

"Told you it would probably surprise you." I smiled and then took another bite from the slice of delicious pepperoni pizza.

"Well this is now our pizza joint kids." mom said as she sipped on her coke.

"Oh mom, how was your first day at work?" Daisy asked our mom.

"It went pretty well." she nodded. "I mean working as a dentist, it usually never goes well, but today it did."

"Did you get to clean anyone's teeth today?" Fiz asked.

"Yeah." mom nodded. "Three kids."

"Oh cool." Fiz nodded.

"So Lottie?" Phoebe then asked out of the blue.

"What P?" Lottie asked raising an eyebrow and then took another bite out of her second slice of pizza.

"Did you see any cute Florida boys that you wanted to see?"

"Well it was weird. I met an Irish boy instead." she laughed.

"You did too?" I asked turning to her.

"Yeah." she nodded. "He's blonde."

"And he's name Niall-" I started.

"-Horan." she finished.

"Well that's funny." Daisy laughed.

We then all kept up with our conversations as we ate.

We finished not to long after and then we all got back into the car and went to pick up Ernest and Doris.

We soon arrived home after that and I then went up to my bedroom to unpack a little.

As I was unpacking my phone began to ring.

"Hello?" I answered not looking at the caller ID.

"Hey Lou!" my friend Stan said happily into the phone.

"Hey S." I said smiling.

"So how was your first day of school?" he asked me.

"Well there's this school called Lakeland Senior High School and inside that school there's another school called Harrison School of the Performing Arts. I tried out for dance and got in!"

"Oh wow Lou!"

"I also heard Juilliard goes there at the end of the year to look at all of the top seniors."

"That's great." Stan said.

"So how was your day?" I then asked.

"Juilliard came by today." he said shortly.

"And?" I asked.

"They expected me for their ballet program!"

"Oh my god!" I shouted. "No fucking way?"

"Yes fucking way!"

"Stan that's fantastic! I'm so proud of you!"

"Thank you!" he said laughing happily on the other end of the phone line.

"Louis get off the phone and unpack!" I then heard my mom shout out to me.

Ugh.

"Stan i'm sorry, my mom told me to get off the phone so I can unpack."

"Oh no, it's cool."

"I'll talk to you later. Bye S." I said.

"Bye Lou, talk to you soon." he spoke and then hung up.

Wow Stan got into Juilliard.

Now it's my turn to show them what I'm made out of.
