So over the summer, we had a class where I got to the hallway and everyone else was wearing black!! I was wearing a bright purple leotard and I couldn't believe it. There was at least twelve other dancers and they all decided to wear black except me. It was free dress and black is a free dress. Everyone was then giving me a hard time about it and well, I took it pretty well and didn't mind too much. Honestly, I'm a redhead and I'm used to standing out. So while it was funny and I had to laugh at myself, when it came to class, I didn't mind. Although I have to say, it was kind of funny looking in the mirror and seeing everyone else with black leotards and then me with my purple one.
