I hate being late to anything. I also hate being just on time. When it comes to me having to go somewhere, I want to be early. At least ten minutes preferably. Being late in the ballet community is so looked down on. Coming in alone late, is the worst. Being late makes me nervous, my hands sweat and my stomach churns. Trust me, being late to ballet class is tough and I hate it. I was late once and you don't just stroll into the classroom. You wait at the door of the classroom and wait for your teacher to nod and gesture for you to come in. Everyone's eyes are on you as you shuffle to the barre. It's so embarrassing.
