I swear, my muscles seem to have weird cramps at odd time. For example, I was watching Captain America Civil War and afterwards my hamstring started cramping up.
So I think that my muscles seem to conspire against me.

Monday, calves do you mind hurting and alternating which leg hurting. Make sure to cramp up at the most inopportune moments
Tuesday, hamstrings you need to hurt and especially when you are biking and doing ballet.
Wednesday, how about the arms hurt especially the biceps.
Friday, how about quads hurt.
Saturday, stomach muscles should hurt because Ms. M's class typically does that to us.
Sunday, every muscle should hurt at different intervals or at the same time.
